Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin takes on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell in a special free episode of LevinTV.
“Today is Mitch McConnell Day on the LevinTV program,” Levin explained. “Mitch McConnell, this is your life. And quite frankly, much of it is pathetic.”
This week, President Trump expressed frustration with Sen. McConnell after McConnell vented about the president, chastising Trump for unrealistic expectations of what the Senate can accomplish with a slim majority. McConnell is making lame excuses.
The majority leader claims that the president has “excessive expectations,” but the truth is the failed progress in Congress is a failure of leadership. McConnell set those expectations when he promised Republicans would repeal Obamacare “root and branch.” That failure is on him.
Some may ask, “What do you expect McConnell to do with such a slim majority? Can’t you see the Republicans are too ideologically divided on Obamacare for anyone to unify them?”
The fact of the matter is, McConnell is responsible for helping the liberal Republicans in his conference get elected, squashing conservative challengers with an iron fist.
Mark Levin’s message in tonight’s episode is simple: For conservatives to advance our agenda in Congress, Mitch McConnell needs to go.
And yes, Levin does his McConnell impression.
