Tuesday evening on “The Mark Levin Show,” Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin invited CR senior editor Daniel Horowitz onto the program to discuss the GOP’s capitulation in the omnibus spending bill.
While Republicans insist that they scored several “wins”, Horowitz expertly explained what’s actually in the bill, guiding you past the government’s spin.
Take the Obamacare bailout, for example. OMB Director Mick Mulvaney said it was not in the bill. What he doesn’t tell you, as Horowitz explains, is that the Trump administration is unconstitutionally funding that bailout with administrative action – bypassing Congress – so there’s no need to put it in the bill.
Why aren’t Republicans fighting for their priorities? Because “Republicans seek office, while Democrats seek power,” Horowitz said.
