Closing out the week on the radio, Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin ripped in to the people defending DACA – Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty for illegal immigrants who happened to arrive as minors.
DACA is “lawless, through and through,” Levin said, arguing Obama’s executive order was “one of the most brazen acts of lawlessness undermining the Constitution in modern American history.” Congress has the power to establish immigration laws. Not the president. Not the courts.
“The purpose of immigration isn’t to accommodate the desires, the needs, or the demands of foreigners who are here illegally,” Levin said.
Yet U.S. residency or citizenship is literally becoming an entitlement according to countless talking heads and foreigners. Including, ironically, those who vilify and demonize America with every breath. And not a single person can defend DACA on constitutional grounds.
