Over at Fox News, Shepard Smith is hosting the coverage of the Great American Eclipse, and he is so over it.
The Washington Free Beacon captured a bizarre and funny clip from Fox News in which Smith mocks the eclipse, holding his mouse and phone in front of him to show how the eclipse works.
“If I put this here, and my phone here, I have a total eclipse of the phone!” he exclaims.
“It’s fascinating, it’s amazing, OH MY GOD the moon has gotten in front of the – Okay, well, I don’t know. It’s interesting-looking,” Smith said.

People watching Fox today tweeted their appreciation.
But some were put off by Smith’s eccentric behavior.
Errrr.....is anyone watching Shepard Smith? I'm honestly wondering if he's high or drunk.— Angela.Kay (@DeepSouthProud) August 21, 2017
Sorry Shep, had to jump over to CNN to get the scientific perspective of this rare event. I like to have fun, too, but.. see ya tomorrow.— Mrs. Padilly (@MrsPadilly) August 21, 2017
