Total CNN Meltdown …

After President Donald Trump’s speech last night in Phoenix, the CNN crew went into complete meltdown mode. It is as if there actually are two Americas: The one CNN sees, and the one Trump voters see. Here are a few of the highlights:

Don Lemon … CNN anchor Don Lemon shed any notion of impartiality when he came on air immediately after the speech was over and said that Trump’s speech was a “total eclipse of the facts” and that Trump himself was “unhinged.” Those were two highlights of a completely unhinged Lemon performance. Here, watch.

Not hinting, straight-out saying Trump has mental issues … Over the weekend, CNN media “critic”/cheerleader Brian Stelter not only questioned whether Trump is a “racist” but whether he has the mental fitness for office. Then last night, the CNN panel discussed at length whether or not Trump has “early-onset dementia.” This seems like a coordinated effort by the folks at CNN. They can’t get over the fact that he won.

Trump wants a “civil war” … Lemon followed up his unhinged opener by stating unequivocally that Trump is “clearly trying to ignite a civil war in this country.” Part of his argument was based on the fact that Trump continues to say, correctly, that the Left isn’t going to stop at Confederate statues — which has been proven true, with Washington and Columbus both coming under attack. Then came Lemon’s laughable line that there wasn’t violence on both sides in Charlottesville, when there clearly was.

Stelter unmasked … If you want to see a supposed media “critic” acting as the leftist that he is, look no further than Stelter’s “Reliable Sources” email last night. It is proof positive that he and the rest of the gang at CNN just don’t get it. The lack of self-awareness would be funny if it weren’t so Sad!

Warning, your head may fall off from shaking so much …

ESPN reassigns Robert Lee from Charlottesville … If it weren’t so pathetic, this would be funny. ESPN has reassigned its Asian American reporter named Robert Lee from covering the University of Virginia home football opener. ESPN has tried to cover it up by saying it was a mutual decision and had nothing to do with political correctness. Which might be believable, if ESPN were not already far past the point of no return in social justice warrioring.

Media normalizing Antifa … Over the past week or so, I’ve highlighted many times how the media has tried to normalize the violent anarcho-communist thugs of Antifa. NewsBusters’ Brent Bozell and Tim Graham have done a great job outlining how the media has done so.

Speaking of violent leftists … The media are trying their best to completely erase from history that a violent man, radicalized by watching Rachel Maddow and MSNBC, shot at and almost killed Rep. Steve Scalise on a practice baseball field. The Daily Caller outlines how the WSJ has scrubbed history.

No, Trump did not bankrupt the Secret Service … After USA Today ran a report on how Trump’s travel schedule and extended family have “bankrupted” the Secret Service, CNN gave the report top billing. Except one thing: USA Today forgot to mention that it is normal both for the Secret Service to blow past overtime allotments AND for Congress to legislatively fix it. Not only normal, but routine. The Daily Wire has the story.

Tell a friend …

I can’t fight back alone against the mainstream media. I need your help. There are two ways you can help. First, send your friends – and even your enemies – over to the WTF MSM!? email subscription page and get them sign up. Second, email me at reno@conservativereview.com with anything questionable you see the media do. Together, we can fight back.
