This spending bill was a continuing resolution that included funding the government $24 billion above the House-passed Ryan Budget and continued funding for Obamacare and Planned Parenthood while lacking a single spending cut. The Senate voted to pass the bill on November 1, 2011 by a roll call vote of 69-30.
