At a press conference Wednesday, President-elect Donald Trump responded to a reporter’s question regarding whether he still plans on releasing his tax returns by saying, “I don’t think so … I won.”

Trump said the only people who care about his tax returns are liberal reporters. Those comments sparked awe and outrage from indignant lefties on Twitter, who are probably still in denial that Trump won the presidential election.
Trump mocking a reporter for asking about his tax returns.
Says he doesn't need to release them because "I won"

Trump just used "I won" to avoid accountability on his financials. That is the position of a despot, not the president of a democracy.

They don't care because "I won" is the Trump equivalent of its legal because the president does it. #TrumpPressConference

The Erdoğan theory of democracy now espoused by Trump - I won, so I can do whatever I want, full stop.

Remember that Trump campaign commitment to release his tax returns when the audit is over? Not gonna happen. “I won.”

The Left seems to have forgotten that President Obama made similarly dismissive remarks when after Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz. (F, 32%) questioned him about special interests in 2010, and again right after his 2015 inauguration.
Who’s the arrogant "despot" now?
- Why bashing the MSM is a win-win for Trump
- Trump and the media: Star-crossed lovers
- Liberals SHOCKED that Trump would hire minority female Nikki Haley
