Do Democrats actually have a strategy?

Polls at the moment are about as bad for Democrats as they are for Republicans. At the dawn of the Obama era, the Democrats were publicly floating the term "permanent majority," given their numbers nationally and in Congress. Now they're at their lowest numbers nationally and in Congress since before the Great Depression. Here's my look at how the party plans to rebuild its brand.
