Levin backs Trump on 'squad' tweets: 'A hell of a lot of Americans' are 'sick and tired' of these congresswomen

Monday night on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin jumped into the fray of the most recent Washington, D.C., high drama over President Donald Trump's tweets about the gaggle of far-Left House freshmen otherwise known as "the squad": Democrats Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, N.Y; Rashida Tlaib, Mich; Ilhan Omar, Minn; and Ayanna Pressley, Mass.

Levin pointed out that there are "a hell of a lot of Americans who are sick and tired of these freshman members of Congress" and the "horrendous things they've said about Jews and the horrendous things they've said about our country."

"Their ideology is not garden-variety liberalism; they're the burn-down-the-country crowd," the host continued. "Nobody's talking about their race; they keep talking about their race. The president didn't mention their race."

"And it is worth noting that they do hate the very country they live in," Levin added, discussing Omar and Tlaib. "It's not a matter of debate on policy and so forth, which is how they try to make it."

Levin also said that the president didn't start this fight. "He's obviously frustrated by this, as president of the United States, as are many of us," he said.

"I suspect, as a man who loves his country ... I suspect he's had enough of this, that he's not sitting there analyzing this politically."

"These are backbenchers who said hateful, outrageous things about their own country," Levin concluded. "Nobody's mentioning their color; people are outraged by what they're saying."
