Levin: The liberal media wants to 'eliminate the Second Amendment'

LevinTV host Mark Levin began his radio show Wednesday evening by calling out MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough and New York Times "conservative" columnist Bret Stephens over their half-baked positions on gun rights and the Constitution.

To start things off, Levin played audio of Stephens saying former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens called the Second Amendment “a relic of the 18th Century.” Levin also highlighted Scarborough assailing Americans' Second Amendment right to purchase AR-15-style rifles as a “big lie.”

Levin fired back at Stephens, Scarborough, and others in their respective misinformed anti-gun camps by explaining what the founders intended with the Second Amendment, how the Left contorts their meaning, and what's really hiding behind all the bluster about "commonsense" gun restrictions.

“The real intention here is, in fact, to eliminate the Second Amendment,” Levin explained. He went on to note how so many in the anti-gun legacy media crowd are desperately trying to conceal that fact and also pointed out just how poorly they’re hiding it.
