Levin: Since 'infested' is now a racist word, 'is Elijah Cummings a racist?'

Wednesday on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin responded to the mainstream media gaggle claiming the word "infested" is now a racist slur, after President Trump called Baltimore "rat and rodent infested" in a tweet last week.

Levin pointed out that Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Maryland, called his own district "infested" back in 1999.

"Is Elijah Cummings a racist?" Levin asked. "Because it would appear he is a pioneer of applying that word to his own city of Baltimore. Now, Elijah Cummings doesn't use the word 'infested' when he talks about white neighborhoods. He doesn't use the word 'infested' when he talks about causasian-oids. No. He used it talking about his own community of Baltimore, which is certainly majority minority. And so I have to ask the question: Is Elijah Cummings a racist?"

"What happened to that 16 billion dollars, over two years or so, that poured into the city of Baltimore? You have the House Chairman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, and he doesn't go into his own city, he doesn't take his staff of investigators into his own city, as the president suggested, to find out what the hell's going on. If it's drug-infested and people are walking around like zombies, and you're getting all that kind of money, why are you focused on the president's children? Why are you focused on their bank accounts and their communications?"

But they feel more noble — they feel more moral than everybody else — because they figure they can talk about it," Levin said.
