All you need to learn about the Senate’s version of Obamacare “repeal” you can learn in 17 seconds from Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber.
In an appearance on CNN, Gruber gave the thumbs up:
ACA architect Jonathan Gruber on the AHCA: "This is no longer an Obamacare repeal bill. That's good." https://t.co/vdwP2Ad3Sj

Of course, not even the House bill was a "repeal bill." Which speaks all the more to the utter futility of putting Republicans in power to reform health insurance. The ideas that will work are unacceptable to America’s ruling class.
Jonathan Gruber knows subterfuge when he sees it. That's why he's so impressed with the GOP Obamacare bailout bill.

Almost the entire bill is about Medicaid..because it doesnt heal the individual market. It doesnt repeal regs and subsidies.

The bill keeps Obamacare (regs, subsidies, medicaid expansion) but repeals the funding mechanisms (taxes, mandates). more insolvent

And all the proposed reforms from 3-6 years from now are a joke. will never come to fruition because the system will collapse by then.

The Republican Party. That is why conservatives can’t have nice things, like functioning health insurance markets.
