So, President Trump has responded to the constant provocations from North Korea by promising “fire and fury” should the communist regime continue to threaten the United States.
BREAKING: Pres. Trump: "North Korea best not make any more threats...they will be met with fire, fury." https://t.co/WV3P9c460O pic.twitter.com/z9TXkUUQqH

It’s a funny thing when the American news media and other blue checkmarks on Twitter are more concerned with President Trump’s words than they are with North Korea obtaining nuclear ICBMs. But here we are.
This is 2017:
Is Trump threatening a nuclear war? Does he realize the consequences to South Korea and US troops in the region? https://t.co/Mdu9i1EoEy pic.twitter.com/TUBcrtflbz

If you had a normal national legislative body, they would remove an erratic president for threatening to enter an obliterative nuclear war.

What are Americans to think when Trump essentially threatens a nuclear war like this? Are we to believe him? Is it a lie, or is it real? https://t.co/INZgry3iBT

Last summer I reported that Trump asked a foreign policy leader three times why the US had nuclear weapons if we couldn't use them. https://t.co/w4JskMPNdl

Your periodic reminder that Trump has publicly fantasized about using nuclear weapons for decades.

Trump wants to go to war. He will go to war. That is what dangerously useless leaders do - divert attention outwards, take a massive risk.

Oddly enough, the only intelligent point in all of this crap was made by a North Korea parody account on Twitter.Despite Falling Poll Numbers, Trump Boosters Still Confident He Can Deliver On His Campaign Promise Of Nuclear Annihilation

Orange-faced oaf Donald Trump threatens DPRK with "fire and fury," yet delivers only wind and flatulence. pic.twitter.com/r7BrTBJrnQ

Trump’s language was forceful … but ultimately just words. His actions toward North Korea have not departed from the Obama administration policy of “strategic patience.” Maybe the president will change in response to North Korea’s actions, but so far he hasn’t announced a new strategy.
That is why it is all the more alarming that the news media is more upset with Trump’s words than with North Korea’s nukes.
How do we stop the mainstream media from warping the national narrative? We push back together. With the truth.
