Apple Will Curb Your Internet Freedom Until Congress Crushes Its Monopoly

Apple has consistently proven itself to be driven by greed and a dangerous political agenda.

Why is the 'greatest serial murder ever in American history' being COVERED UP?!

Not sure if you’ve noticed, but our culture has become rather apathetic when it comes to death. It seems we can’t even begin to process a tragedy before the next one strikes … and then the next one.

“We have this culture of death,” says Daniel Horowitz. “We become mind-numb robots at a time of the internet where we should know more than ever,” and yet “we know less than ever; we care about less than ever.”

“We’re gonna talk about a story that should be the greatest crime story of our lifetime, and I’m not exaggerating,” he says – a story that is “probably the greatest serial murder ever in American history.”

What’s perhaps most disturbing, however, is the fact that so few people know about this story.

Between the years of 2016 and 2018, Kenyan national Billy Chemirmir was accused of smothering 22 elderly women to death and stealing their jewelry in several different senior centers across the Dallas metroplex.

But there are likely dozens more who died at Chemirir’s hand – victims who will never receive the justice they are owed.

Despite loads of evidence – DNA, blood, stolen jewelry, break-ins, and suspiciously proximate deaths – Chemirmir’s killing spree went on for two years, but “nothing was done security-wise … [or] in terms of police investigators,” Horowitz explains.

It wasn’t until an alleged victim miraculously survived Chemirmir’s attacks that he was finally identified.

However, Chemirmir has only been convicted of two murders and has now escaped the death penalty. Collin County, a notoriously conservative division, “will not seek the death penalty” despite the fact that “they caught the guy a million times over with every form of evidence you can imagine,” says Horowitz.

“This implicates jailbreak; it implicates the lack of death penalty; it implicates our criminal alien problem we have; it implicates the lack of regard for the lives of our seniors – ageism against older people; and frankly also implicates racism, because particularly the older generation is viewed as mainly white and they’re expendable,” says Horowitz.

What’s even more upsetting is that these tragic deaths could have been avoided.

The crime began long before Chemirmir went on his murderous rampage. He was granted a tourist visa in July 2003 from Kenya but became an illegal alien when he overstayed his visa by several years. Somehow, Chemirmir was able to obtain a green card through a marriage that was likely fake, all while living illegally in the United States.

“Just from an immigration standpoint alone, this guy should have been out,” says Horowitz. According to the law, “anyone who remains [in the U.S.] illegally is not only deported but barred from re-entering the country for ten years, but they liberally created this loophole in law and allowed him to remain.”

Further, before the killings began, Chemirmir was indicted on three separate occasions for DWIs and charged with causing bodily injury to his girlfriend.

“This man should have been deported many times over,” Horowitz says.

But he wasn’t, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. It gets so much worse.

Joining Horowitz on the show are Ellen French House and Cheryl Pangburn, the daughters of two of Chemirmir’s victims.

Together they discuss “the most unbelievable story of all time.”

We now know WHY Apple deplatformed Glenn Beck (well … kind of)

Yesterday, Glenn Beck received the following message from Apple Podcasts: “We found an issue with your show, ‘The Glenn Beck Program,’ which must be resolved before it’s available on Apple Podcasts. Your show has been removed from Apple Podcasts.”

This notification came with zero explanation and zero means of rectifying the issue, but thankfully people rallied around Glenn in support of his shows being restored. Even people on the left who diametrically oppose Glenn on nearly every issue spoke out against the censorship.

Luckily Apple listened and restored Glenn’s shows.

Well, sort of.

“1915 episodes of [a] three thousand plus catalog” were restored, but where are the other 1,000+?

Yesterday Glenn got his answer via an article in Variety. Apparently he was deplatformed due to a “trademark dispute.”

“Wow – over 3,000 episodes all over a trademark issue?” says Glenn, clearly skeptical of the situation.

He recalls a minor trademark issue that was resolved with Apple back in June, involving one single episode.

Could this massive deplatforming have something to do with that? But “why would you remove over 3,000 episodes for a dispute with one?” asks Glenn.

Unfortunately, Apple has not responded to that question yet. We have a feeling, however, there’s more to this situation than concerns regarding a trademark.

Although the situation is incredibly frustrating, Glenn is reminded of something incredibly important: “The elites have always wanted to control what you see and what you hear; now Big Tech is giving them the means to do it,” he says.

But fortunately, you have choices.

“This is why we built TheBlaze,” Glenn says.

Senators and others rally behind Glenn Beck after Apple Podcasts removes his show

Senators and others swiftly rallied to support BlazeTV host Glenn Beck and condemn Apple after Beck announced that his show had been removed from Apple Podcasts.

"We found an issue with your show, The Glenn Beck Program, which must be resolved before it's available on Apple Podcasts," a notice stated. "Your show has been removed from Apple Podcasts."

After Beck announced the news, TheBlaze later shared a message from the Apple Podcasts team declaring, "Congratulations! Your show, The Glenn Beck Program, is available on Apple Podcasts." But Beck's show still does not appear to be available on the platform.

"We have millions of listeners on Apple. It has always been fair to us. I cannot imagine what we might have done to deserve this as we do our best to hit their standards. This will mean the loss of a major fan base and revenue. We have abided by their rules," Beck told TheBlaze.

While he noted that he is "praying that it is all just a mistake," he also noted that he is afraid it may be "more sinister as we were not given any notice, strike, or even a note explaining what we might have done."

In a post on X, Beck noted, "After over 5 hours of my entire catalogue of podcasts episodes (over 3,000) being removed from Apple, and despite receiving a confirmation email congratulating me that my podcast is 'Now Available,' The Glenn Beck Program is STILL not available on Apple Podcast. Still no explanation for why it was removed. Help us keep the pressure on them until we get answers."

Republican Sen. Mike Lee of Utah was among those who used their public platforms to support Beck and oppose Apple's move.

"It looks like I may have to go elsewhere to listen to podcasts. If @Apple is going to remove @glennbeck’s program from its podcast offerings, a whole lot of us are going to say 'we found an issue with @Apple,'" Lee noted.

GOP Sen. J. D. Vance of Ohio also sounded off about the Big Tech giant.

"Need some answers from Appple ASAP. This looks an awful lot like a major American corporation engaging in election interference," Vance wrote.

Donald Trump Jr. also highlighted the issue, declaring, "Big Tech censorship is the biggest threat to free speech and free expression in America. Apple is now engaging in open election interference by censoring @glennbeck for telling the truth about Joe Biden's corruption!!"

Jeremy Boreing of the Daily Wire praised Beck and said that the move by Apple must have been a mistake.

"This must be a mistake. Glenn is one of the best men in the business and perhaps the greatest living broadcaster. Make this right," Boreing posted.

Ed Krassenstein, who noted that he disagrees with Beck much of the time, also commented on the matter.

"Conservative commentator Glenn Beck has reportedly been banned from Apple/iTunes without any explanation," Krassenstein wrote. "First I must say, I completely disagree with so much of what Glenn Beck has to say, and I think a lot of his politics are absurd. With that said, if Beck has actually been banned merely for voicing his free speech, I think it’s wrong of Apple to do. It will be interesting to see what reason Apple gives for this banning, or if it was done by mistake. I am unaware of any recent major controversy, or hateful over-the-top message that Beck has spread over the airwaves."

Breaking: Apple Podcasts deplatforms 'The Glenn Beck Program'

"The Glenn Beck Program," which airs free of outside influence or censorship on BlazeTV, appears to have been deplatformed by Apple Podcasts.

In addition to being prevented from going live with his latest episode, all of the show's previous podcasts have been removed.

The host of the program, nationally syndicated radio host and Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck, indicated that the Apple Podcasts Team notified him early Wednesday afternoon that his show had been removed after they had "found an issue with [his show] ... which must be resolved before it's available on Apple Podcasts."

"I have a feel these 'issues' with @Apple and others will keep happening the more we're over the target," wrote Beck.

— (@)

In a corresponding video, Beck expressed confusion about what "they're basing this one on," noting that there had been no warning or strikes."

— (@)

The episode the corporate giant appeared keen to preclude from going out to millions of listeners was entitled, "Trump vs. Biden: Which is the Crime Family?"

Beck publicly pondered whether "today's podcast asking who the REAL crime family is had something to do with this apparent censorship by Apple," adding that the show will still be available at BlazeTV.

BlazeTV host Steve Deace tweeted, "Oh my. Even if it is a glitch, these 'glitches' only seem to go one way."

In light of this latest apparent effort to silence the conservative host, TheBlaze announced that it would be offering $30 off BlazeTV subscriptions with the code "WILLNOTBECENSORED."

TheBlaze reached out to Apple Podcasts for comment, but did not hear back immediately.

This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
