NYPD officer clobbers woman who appears to assault him, knocking her flat on her back. Police were arresting her boyfriend — an attempted murder suspect.

Cellphone video caught the moment a New York City police officer hit a woman who appeared to assault him during the arrest of her boyfriend — an attempted murder suspect — knocking her flat on her back on a Harlem sidewalk.

What are the details?

The video shows officers arresting the suspect on West 136th Street near Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard just before 5 p.m. Tuesday when Tamani Crum — a 19-year-old Bronx resident — rushed up to the scene, the New York Daily News reported.

Crum confronted an officer sources identified as Kendo Kinsey, the Daily News said. The pair appeared to exchange initial contact, with the officer easily sending her backward a few feet.

But Crum moved toward the officer again and appeared to hit or slap him on his right shoulder — and then the cop apparently had enough.

With that, the officer hit Crum fast and brutally hard, appearing to strike her in the face or head, after which Crum fell to her back on the sidewalk.

One witness is heard yelling in the video as Crum held her hands to her face, telling the cop, “You’re wilding, bro!” and referring to Crum as "a little girl."

The officer who hit Crum and another officer then picked her up and handcuffed her. Police said Crum was charged with assault on an officer, obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest, the Daily News reported.

Former NBA player Etan Thomas posted video of the incident on Twitter and noted that the cop who hit Crum "has ZERO business being a police officer & should be fired immediately." Thomas then asked Mayor Eric Adams if he has "the moral courage to publicly condemn this?”

Rev. Al Sharpton was supposed to hold a press conference about the incident Wednesday afternoon, the paper said.

What did police have to say?

The NYPD stated that the officer’s actions were justified, the Daily News reported.

Kinsey and other cops were arresting 22-year-old Elvin James — a suspect in an Aug. 12 case of attempted murder, the paper said. During his arrest, James was found with a loaded gun and drugs, police added to the Daily News.

Also during the arrest, an angry crowd gathered and began assaulting officers, the paper said, citing NYPD statements. One officer suffered a minor head injury, the Daily News said.

Faith Harrell, 27, was hit with the same charges as Crum, along with menacing and harassment, the Daily News reported. A 26-year-old woman was given a summons for spitting at an officer, the paper added.

As thousands gathered at French’s funeral, their message of solidarity was clear: America cannot tolerate such senseless slaughter.

'All Cops Are Bast**ds' acronym at North Carolina RV park results in big-time backlash, alleged death threats

Those of you familiar with leftist militant-speak and shenanigans know the acronym "ACAB" stands for the phrase, "All Cops Are Bastards."

And of course we've all been used to seeing those letters plastered on protesters' signs and spray-painted on federal buildings, particularly since nationwide rioting began nearly a year ago with the police-involved death of George Floyd.

But this time the "ACAB" acronym ended up on a roadside sign for a motel and RV park, which may not seem terribly unusual — except for the fact that the sign isn't a beacon in a woke metropolis like Portland or Seattle.

No, this time the "All Cops Are Bastards" sentiment was on full display on a sign in Maggie Valley, North Carolina — a town boasting fewer than 1,800 residents and nestled in the Great Smoky Mountains.

As you can imagine, there was just a little bit of backlash.

Here's what Our Place Inn posted Saturday on Facebook:

"EXCELLENT!!! ACAB got everyone's attention just like we knew it would," the message read, accompanied by an image of the sign with a scenic backdrop. "Posts are spreading like wild fire and a discussion has started. So now let's talk about police reform."

The post then delved into the beliefs of Our Place Inn regarding police reform and what the RV park wants to see happen, including better training, education, and resources for officers, along with better transparency, more mental health professionals, social workers, and other specialists to help cops, and a "national database of misconduct."

Our Place Inn then asks readers to "share with us your thoughts on police reform!"

Oh boy, did they ever. The post attracted more than 7,000 comments — three times the number of residents of the town. Here are few of them:

  • "I hope the next thing we see on that sign is 'UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT' or 'SORRY BUT WE ARE CLOSED BECAUSE OF SOME DUMBASS WE HIRED....FOR SALE,'" one commenter wrote.
  • "I hope this goes viral... not in a way that furthers your message, but in a way that closes your doors," another commenter said.
  • "Disgusting and ignorant," another commenter opined. "Your sign below says, 'be kind to all' yet the acronym on the sign above is calling "all" cops bastards. The duplicity shows ignorance and simple-mindedness. NOT the virtue of kindness you are pretending to stand for. MY cop is NOT a bastard. #backtheblue"
  • "Thanks for narrowing down where I will stay when going to Maggie Valley," another commenter declared. "BTW call Al Sharpton the next time you are in an emergency."

More repercussions

Amid the furor, the RV park posted a follow-up message Sunday saying a group called "Feeding the Multitudes" cut ties with Our Place Inn after the donors for Feeding the Multitudes — "prioritizing their hurt feelings over feeding their neighbors in need" — pulled their donations.

"In the past, we have worked together with [Feeding the Multitudes] on multiple projects, volunteered to help pass out food for/with them, helped clear their warehouse when it was infested with mice by taking multiple trips of supplies to the dump, and we even provided them with their new magnet logos that are currently on their trucks," according to Our Place Inn, which added phones are not being answered "due to death threats over ACAB."

Feeding the Multitudes on Sunday offered its own version of things on Facebook:

Our purpose is to be a light to anyone without questions, judgment, or prejudice. No one should have to choose between food or their beliefs. We only partner and work with Haywood Outdoor Pantries. We are NOT a partner of Our Place Inn, and their views are not ours. We are proud supporters of our Law Enforcement Officers and Firemen and First Responders. We just happen to have been at an event that they were at as well as two other vendors. We will continue our journey but have from this point on severed ties with the Inn but not with Haywood Outdoor Pantries because like us they have been caught in the crossfire. We look forward to continuing our journey. At the end of the day it's all about getting food into the hands of those that need it.

'This is a beautiful moment that the mainstream media won’t report on': Blexit demonstration concludes with 2,000+ minority people singing 'The Star-Spangled Banner'

Conservative firebrand Candace Owens shared a moving video on her Twitter page Monday featuring more than 2,000 black and Hispanic demonstrators singing the national anthem during a Saturday Blexit demonstration in Washington, D.C. At the time of this reporting, Owens' video has been viewed more than 447,000 times.

What are the details?

As highlighted by the Daily Wire, an estimated 2,000-plus Blexit — "black exit," a movement Owens created in 2018 to encourage black Americans to leave the Democratic Party — demonstrators marched over the weekend.

Owens' video captures the moment that the demonstration concludes with a singing of "The Star-Spangled Banner."

Owens shared the video on Twitter with a stark comparison between Black Lives Matter protests and the Blexit demonstration.

She captioned the video, "Black Lives Matter protests end with rioting, looting, and the destruction of minority communities. BLEXIT protests end with 2,000+ black and Latino Americans singing the national anthem."

"This is a beautiful moment that the mainstream media won't report on," she concluded. "I'm so proud."

As seen in the video, following the singing of the national anthem, demonstrators break into chants of "USA! USA!"

Saturday's demonstration saw the thousands march in support of back police officers and law enforcement officials.

On Saturday, Owens tweeted, "Black and Latino Americans do not support the Marxist, anti-police rhetoric that has become fashionable in the media. Today, thousands of us have descended upon Washington D.C. to #BackTheBlue. Minorities do not belong to the Left."

Fox News on Sunday reported that Owens told demonstrators that President Donald Trump has supporters all around the country because he clearly supports law and order.

"There are people all around the country that support this president because he supports law and order. It's that simple," Owens said during the Saturday march. "Law and order should be what you want no matter what color you are. If you are an American, you should want law and you should want order. That is the way forward."
