Send THIS to a Biden voter

Hunter Biden just might be the most irresponsible criminal of all time, and he isn't trying to hide it.

Leaving his laptop at a computer repair shop is among one of the self-defeating things he’s done, giving America all sorts of insights into what he — and his father — have been up to.

“You can say, ‘Oh, well, Joe Biden didn’t know any of this,’ but you can’t say there’s no evidence,” Stu Burgiere says.

And even the Washington Post is airing the receipts.

The Post brought attention to a contentious debate during which Joe Biden claimed his son made no money in China. The outlet then mentioned that in court last week, Hunter said he earned hundreds of thousands of dollars from Chinese business deals.

Then, the House GOP released bank records of the payments Hunter Biden received from Russian oligarchs and others, and the total cleared was $20 million.

Stu recalls that the response by the left and the media was to say something along the lines of, “They showed $20 million being transferred to all sorts of members of the Biden family, but not directly to Joe. Where’s the proof? Where’s the evidence of the transfer to Joe?”

“First of all, are we children here? The guy's vice president of the United States,” Stu continues. “He’s not going to get a Venmo from some Russian oligarch. That’s not how this works.”

Stu notes that while the media seems willing to sweep any foreign business dealings by the Biden Crime Family under the rug, they spent nearly all their airtime trying to take down Trump for supposedly colluding with Russia.

“This is the same media that spent years and years and years and years on Russia, with every little development every day being ‘the walls are closing in and evidence has finally come to prove all our accusations against Donald Trump,’ and that evidence never showed up,” Stu adds.

Hunter Biden deducted prostitutes and sex club from his taxes, possibly violated sex-trafficking laws, says IRS whistleblower

Hunter Biden, whom President Joe Biden claimed is the "smartest guy" he knows, deducted tens of thousands of dollars in payments he made to prostitutes and a sex club from his taxes, according to Internal Revenue Service whistleblower testimony released Thursday by the House Ways and Means Committee.

Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-Mo.) indicated in a press conference Thursday that two IRS whistleblowers have provided evidence of "misconduct and government abuse that is resulting in preferential treatment for the president's son, Hunter Biden."

Extra to describing alleged efforts by the Biden administration to intervene in and hinder the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden, the whistleblowers further highlighted some of the first son's apparent improprieties — beyond those acknowledged in the sweetheart deal his attorneys struck with U.S. Attorney David Weiss Tuesday, requiring him only to "plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges of failure to pay in 2017 and 2018."

The second, unnamed IRS whistleblower detailed in a June 1 interview how the Democratic president's son allegedly attempted to get tax breaks for his debauched behavior.

"Some of the items that he deducted were personal no-show employees. He deducted payments that were made to who he called his West Coast assistant, but she was essentially a prostitute," testified the whistleblower, who indicated he had begun investigating Biden "in November of 2018 after reviewing bank reports related to another case. ... Those bank reports identified Hunter Biden as paying prostitutes related to a potential prostitution ring."

The 2018 investigation was apparently an offshoot of an IRS probe into a "foreign-based amateur online pornography platform."

"He made payments — there's an $18,000 wire that is made to one of these individuals, and on the wires they say $8,000 in wage and $10,000 in golf — $10K golf club member deposit," said the whistleblower. "And we know that $10,000 went to pay for a sex club. He went to a sex club, and we've talked to the person that owned that sex club, and they confirmed that he was there."

Shapley, the other whistleblower, also noted in his testimony that in 2018, there "was a $25,000 [payment] to one of his girlfriends and it said, 'golf membership.' And then we went out and followed that money it was for a sex club membership in L.A."

Damon Lawner, the founder of the elite Beverly Hills sex club Snctm, wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post this week that Biden had once been a member.

"Hunter was a member at Snctm and I canceled his membership after 1 party because he's a scumbag," wrote Lawner.

Lawner, banned from the club shortly after making this admission, told the Los Angeles Times, "Posting what I did on my Instagram about Hunter was me letting people know that the type of behavior that he exhibited was something that upsets me. ... I knew that the consequences could be me not being part of Snctm anymore, but I was willing to take that risk."

The former club owner told the New York Post that Biden had been kicked out for "grabbing women's asses" and acting "like a spoiled child," adding, Hunter Biden is "a really bad guy — not a good person. He’s just not."

When asked about Lawner's ban, a spokesman for the club told the Times, "As stated, we neither confirm nor deny the identities of past or present attendees. We uphold a strict code of conduct to protect our members' safety and privacy, and any infringement leads to a lifetime ban."

Biden's $10,000 payment to the club ultimately led to Lawner receiving an IRS subpoena, reported the Post.

Concerning the first son's various alleged prostitutes, the IRS whistleblower said, "In some situations, they were on payroll, and that was to get them health insurance."

"There were expenditures for one of — he called it his West Coast assistant, but we knew her to also be in the prostitution world or believed to be in the prostitution world. And he deducted expenses related to her. She relates to the sex club issue. And then there were — and I know that my counsel brought this up earlier. There were some flying people across state lines, paying for their travel, paying for their hotels. They were what we call Mann Act violations," added the whistleblower.

The Mann Act, also known as the "White-Slave Traffic Act of 1910," is a sex-trafficking law that criminalizes the transportation of "any woman or girl for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose."

Shapley said, "There were multiple examples of prostitutes that were ordered basically, and we have all the communications between that where he would pay for these prostitutes, would book them a flight where even the flight ticket showed their name. And then he expensed those."

Shapley suggested that Biden had expensed these contractual dalliances to Owasco P.C., an entity incorporated in 2006 for which he was the director.

House committee releases IRS whistleblowers' testimonies detailing alleged efforts by Biden admin to spike Hunter Biden criminal investigation

The House Ways and Means Committee has released "credible whistleblower testimony alleging misconduct and government abuse that is resulting in preferential treatment for the president's son, Hunter Biden."

Committee Chairman Jason Smith (R-Mo.) indicated in a press conference Thursday that two Internal Revenue Service whistleblowers, one of whom is 14-year IRS veteran Gary Shapley Jr., have provided evidence demonstrating an unfair and unequal enforcement of tax laws by the federal government as well as proof that the "Biden Department of Justice is intervening and overstepping when it comes to the investigation of the president's son."

Smith blended summary and insights gleaned from the IRS whistleblowers' testimonies, stating during the June 22 press conference that as the result of an apolitical, "ordinary course of work" investigation initially launched in 2018, the IRS recommended "charges against Hunter Biden that included attempt to evade or defeat tax, a felony; fraud or false statements, a felony; and willful failure to file returns, supply information or pay tax."

"These tax crimes cover an estimated $2.2 million in unreported tax on global income streams to Mr. Biden and his associates from Ukraine, Romania and China, totaling $17.3 million from 2014 to 2019," continued Smith. "Mr. Biden personally received $8.3 million dollars. Whistleblowers detail foreign payments to Mr. Biden including: $664,000 from the Chinese company State Energy HK; a large diamond worth $80,000; and a Porsche worth $142,000 dollars."

"These payments are just a fraction of the total, but they provide insight into a world of wealth and influence that no ordinary American would recognize," added Smith.

This might be especially true of the child Hunter Biden sired out of wedlock, for whom he desperately tried to pay less in child support, citing a "substantial material change" in his "financial circumstances."

In light of Biden's alleged tax crimes, Smith suggested the plea deal the first son just received amounted to a "slap on the wrists for charges that have put other Americans behind bars."

Hunter Biden's attorneys struck a sweetheart deal with U.S. Attorney David Weiss Tuesday, whereby the first son will "plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges of failure to pay in 2017 and 2018."

Instead of having to go to jail, prosecutors agreed to recommend that the younger Biden receive only probation and pay the amount of taxes he originally owed.

According to the whistleblowers, Hunter Biden is not just the beneficiary of preferential treatment as it pertains to his criminal investigation, but of interventions and supportive overreach by the Biden Department of Justice.

Smith said the testimonies detail "a lack of of U.S. attorney independence; recurring unjustified delays; unusual actions outside the normal course of any investigation; a lack of transparency across the investigation and prosecution teams; and bullying and threats from the defense council. This was a campaign of delay, divulge and deny."

One of the IRS whistleblowers reportedly stated, "After former Vice President Joe Biden became the presumptive Democratic nominee for President in early April 2020, career DOJ officials dragged their feet on the IRS taking these investigative steps."

For instance, the investigation was delayed by a drawn-out effort to authenticate a WhatsApp message in which Hunter Biden demanded payment from Chinese officials.

In the message shown by Ways and Means Republicans, Hunter Biden appears to have written, "I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. ... I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction."

Concerning the authentication of this message, IRS whistleblowers suggested investigators were told by U.S. Attorney Lesley Wolf that "because the evidence would be found in the guest house of former Vice President Biden, 'there is no way' a search warrant for evidence would ever get approved."

According to the committee, the ostensible purpose of such delays was to reach the statue of limitations, thereby killing the investigation.

While possibly critical evidence was put out of reach, actionable information about investigators' progress was made easily accessible to Hunter Biden's attorneys, according to the whistleblowers.

Smith noted that in one instance, investigators had probable cause to search a storage unit in Northern Virginia in which Biden had stored documents. However, "attorneys for Biden were made aware prior to any search, providing them valuable time to remove any materials that could be useful evidence."

The Ways and Means committee further indicated that U.S. Attorney of Delaware David Weiss had multiple attempts to bring charges denied, despite Attorney General Merrick Garland telling Congress that Weiss had all the authority necessary to pursue the charges.

For having brought their concerns to the attention of the American people, the committee chairman indicated, "the IRS employees who blew the whistle on this abuse were retaliated against, despite a commitment IRS Commissioner Werfel made before the Ways and Means Committee to uphold their legal protections. They were removed from this investigation after they responsibly worked through the chain of command to raise these concerns."

The committee has so far concluded that the Biden administration is keen to provide "preferential treatment to the wealthy and well-connected, including the son of the President of the United States."

MADNESS: Hunter Biden gets ZERO jail time for crimes that would land anyone else behind bars

Hunter Biden is in trouble — but not that much trouble apparently. Another case of nepotism will likely spare him from having to face any severe consequences.

“I don’t know a single lawful person that has a gun that is legal,” Beck says, “who doesn’t sweat going into another state, making sure beforehand [they are] legal.”

Except Hunter Biden.

The president’s son doesn’t have to sweat because his tax evasion and gun possession charges will likely be written off as misdemeanors, resulting in no jail time.

While President Biden was busy “making sure we don’t have guns,” Beck says, “his son lied on a document, signed his name to the document, saying, 'No I’m not a drug user.'" Now the fact that Hunter will likely receive minor consequences for a gun violation that would land most people behind bars has nothing to do with the president — or his connections, or his power, or the obvious nepotism at play. Couldn’t be.

The irony is glaring.

Biden “is all over wanting stricter restrictions on guns,” but when “his son violates a pretty basic one that is clearly marked out on paper where your signature is a felony — a felony to knowingly provide false information — he gets a misdemeanor,” Beck criticizes.

Hunter Biden has “committed crime after crime after crime ... and yet none of this is going to affect him at all,” Burguiere agrees.

“Madness,” Beck calls it, but he “[doesn’t] think the Hunter Biden story is done by any stretch of the imagination.”
