George Clooney helps raise $28 MILLION for Biden — then joins push to OUST him

President Joe Biden may continue to claim he’s fit to remain president, but his supporters aren’t so sure.

In a recent New York Times op-ed titled, “George Clooney: I love Joe Biden. But we need a new nominee,” Clooney makes the case for Biden stepping down and allowing another Democrat to take on Donald Trump in the 2024 election.

“I love Joe Biden. As a senator. As a vice president and as a president. I consider him a friend, and I believe in him. ... In the last four years, he’s won many of the battles he’s faced. ... But one battle he cannot win is the fight against time. None of us can,” Clooney wrote in the op-ed.

“It’s devastating to say it, but the Joe Biden I was with three weeks ago at the fund-raiser was not the Joe ‘big F-ing deal’ Biden of 2010. He wasn’t even the Joe Biden of 2020. He was the same man we all witnessed at the debate,” Clooney continued.

“Joe Biden is a hero; he saved democracy in 2020. We need him to do it again in 2024,” he concluded.

While Sara Gonzales and Dave Rubin agree that Biden is unfit to be in the White House, they’re not totally sold on Clooney’s little think piece.

“How many shots of Casamigos did he have before he wrote that thing,” Rubin jokes, while Gonzales laughs. “First off, Joe Biden did not save democracy. Secondly, he has not done anything positive, if you really care about America, in the three-and-a-half years of this sham, absurd administration.”

Rubin believes this all actually has “something to do with Barack Obama.”

“At the end of that event, the way he carried him offstage,” Rubin explains. “The way he put his arm around him was so condescending, and that was Obama to me, signaling to everybody, 'Don’t worry, this is really me in charge.'”

“They’re realizing, 'Uh-oh, Biden is not going to win so we better replace him quick so that we have a chance for Barack to have his fourth term,'” he adds.

Gonzales notes that on May 20, Clooney called a top White House official to complain about Biden condemning the ICC and calling its arrest warrants outrageous “because Joe Biden was dissing his wife.”

Strangely enough, Clooney also threw a massive fundraiser with Biden, where together they raised around $28 million for the Biden campaign.

“Then shortly afterwards, we hear George Clooney is all of a sudden like, ‘Oh, you know, changed my mind,’” Gonzales says, wondering what's really behind the sudden change.

Biden fails to prove he’s NOT an ‘incompetent boob’ at first solo press conference of 2024

President Joe Biden held his first solo press conference of 2024, and just like the debate and the interview that followed it — it was a disaster.

Stu Burguiere, while concerned for the country, can’t help but laugh.

“Let’s start off with the big news leading up to the nonsense, which was Joe Biden calling Volodymyr Zelenskyy ‘President Putin.’ That was how this day started out,” he says, stifling a chuckle.

While Biden is attempting to prove that he’s not an “incompetent boob,” as Stu puts it, what he did at the NATO conference in Washington, D.C. — was the opposite.

“Your situation here is ‘I need to show my competence, and that that competence won’t blow up a major international situation,’ perhaps literally, and what you do on that day — to be clear — is to do exactly what Vladimir Putin would want you to do,” Stu says.

“Like you actually go on and say he’s the president of Ukraine. What a start,” Stu laughs again.

Biden then took the stage at his press conference, where it got worse.

“At one point, he starts bragging about both the economy and the border. And that is the clearest example that this man has completely lost his mind. There’s no way a person who is coherent could possibly brag about the border of the United States of America,” Stu says.

Though Biden had caught himself after he called Zelenskyy “Putin,” he did not catch himself later when he called Vice President Kamala Harris “Vice President Trump.”

“Not a good sign,” Stu comments, “not a positive development.”

Despite the obvious being that the press conference was bad, Stu believes it actually wasn’t that bad for Biden.

“He did stay on his feet, he started to fade a little bit towards the end, some of the stuff is pretty boring. The whispering started to kick in about halfway through when he did a lot of it,” Stu says, adding, “It’s really off-putting, it’s really weird, nobody’s ever liked it, but he continues to do it.”

4 ways Biden made things WORSE while trying to defend his mental agility

Special counsel Robert Hur has released a report that has many questioning President Biden’s mental state.

According to the report from the Justice Department, it was found that Biden had willfully retained classified materials as a private citizen — but there will be no charges filed against him.

One of the reasons for that decision is that Biden is allegedly losing his memory.

“He’s basically unfit for trial,” Pat Gray comments, adding, “and apparently, you have to be a lot sharper for trial than you do to be president of the United States of America.”

Biden, of course, strongly denied this in a press conference, but then forgot where his son Beau got a rosary and mixed up the presidents of Egypt and Mexico.

When Biden tried to defend what he had done with the classified documents, he then mixed up the definitions of classified and private.

“So what I was referring to, I said classified, I should have said it should be private because it was a contact between the president and the vice president,” Biden said in the press conference after an angry outburst.

“You don’t know the difference between classified and private, really? That’s a problem too,” Gray laughs.

“Man, does he get angry at the drop of a hat,” he adds.

Jeffy agrees with Gray, noting that his anger could mean something else.

“It’s almost as if that’s a symptom of something,” he says.

Biden then went on to blame his staff for mishandling classified documents when a reporter asked if he takes responsibility for “being careless with classified material.”

“I take responsibility for not having seen exactly what my staff was doing,” Biden responded.

“He just threw his staff under the bus,” Gray says, shocked.

WATCH: Biden struggles to get through another disastrous press briefing, ignores questions

On “The Rubin Report,” host Dave Rubin talked about President Joe Biden’s disastrous gaffe-filled press briefing, the Supreme Court’s blocking of the Biden administration vaccine mandate, and a chilling warning from Ronald Reagan concerning big government.

First, Dave shared some of the most cringe-worthy moments from Biden's most recent press conference. It was filled with stumbling, nonsensical statements, a call for more social media censorship, and the President's ignoring of any questions from the press.

Next, Dave discussed the Supreme Court’s mixed rulings in a pair of cases challenging the Biden administration on COVID-19 vaccine mandates. The Supreme Court blocked the OSHA vaccine mandate for large businesses but upheld the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.

Finally, Dave shared a clip of President Ronald Reagan describing how big government can entrench itself in our lives and describing the slippery slope that can lead to totalitarianism and authoritarianism. It would be hard to articulate the slippery slope argument better than the great communicator himself did as he called for a more limited government.
