Video: Another group of suspected illegal aliens arrives in California by boat — then quickly flees scene on foot

Another large group of suspected illegal aliens arrived in the United States by boat, according to a video shared recently on social media, the New York Post reported.

The video, captured Thursday morning, showed approximately two dozen individuals offloading from a small ship docked at a marina in Newport Beach, California. The suspected illegal immigrants are seen hopping over the fence to exit the harbor. One man appears to cover his face as he walks past the cameraman. The individuals seem to split off from one another, heading in separate directions toward the neighborhood across the street from the harbor, the video showed.

Newport Beach Mayor Will O’Neill addressed the video in a post on X, writing, “I’m aware of a video showing a mass of people offloading from a boat in our Harbor. I’ve been in touch with the [Orange County] Sheriff’s Department who patrols our Harbor to find out how we can do better.”

O.C. Sheriff Don Barnes recently reported that maritime smuggling operations are becoming more common, with a nearly 140% increase from 2020 to 2023. He noted that “state restrictions on communications with federal partners hinder” Harbor Patrol’s efforts to combat illegal immigration.

“The state should repeal laws that restrict communication with our federal partners,” Barnes said, referring to California’s "sanctuary policies," which prevent local law enforcement agencies from coordinating and cooperating with Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.

O’Neill said that he “wholeheartedly” agrees with Barnes, stating that “our law enforcement’s hands get tied behind their backs by Sacramento’s ‘sanctuary state’ policies.”

“Our nation’s border crisis is serious, lawless, and dangerous. The approaches taken by the administrations in D.C. and Sacramento have made it significantly worse,” O’Neill continued. “As it has been said, every city is now a border city. We must expect better from people in charge of enforcing our laws.”

In April, a video shared online showed a large group of suspected illegal aliens arriving at a Carlsbad beach by boat.

North County leaders are calling federal and state authorities to secure San Diego’s borders. This comes after Saturday’s incident where a boat carrying migrants sped up to the shore in Carlsbad. #viralvideos #migrants #border #sandiego #beach #carlsbad #carlsbadcalifornia #news #localnews #boat #panga #immigrant #immigration #foryou #foryoupage #videoviral #viralditiktok #lifeguards #shore #coastal #borderpatrol #northcountysd #sd #suv #pressconference #federal #state

The man who recorded the video told KGTV, “To see it live like that. I mean, even police and border patrol said they never caught it live like I did.”

“So to see one coming toward the shore at 40, 45 miles an hour and not turning, it was like a movie ... and the lifeguards were sitting right there, so I thought it was a planned, staged event,” he added.

According to him, 22 people jumped off the ship after beaching it and leaving it behind.

“It looked like a military exercise,” he said.

About half of the individuals jumped in an SUV and fled the scene, the man noted. Another video captured the vehicle dramatically speeding away while one individual was still attempting to jump into the backseat. The remaining illegal immigrants “started walking towards Carlsbad,” the man stated.

Border Patrol agent allegedly exposes genitals to YouTubers, brags about penis size before kissing adult film star

Border Patrol agent allegedly exposes genitals to YouTubers, brags about penis size before kissing adult film star

An alleged U.S. Border Patrol agent was filmed bragging about and exposing his genitalia to a pair of YouTube hosts before appearing to kiss an adult film actress.

YouTuber and comedian Danny Mullen was filming at the U.S.-Mexico border near Jacumba Hot Springs, California, when he and other hosts were approached by what appeared to be an official Border Patrol vehicle.

Speaking from the driver's seat, an alleged Border Patrol officer told the group a joke about "the first guy on the moon."

"He said something beautiful ... he's out in the abyss, he said 'no racism, no borders, just seven billion losers that are not the moon like me.' Just kidding," the agent said before he drove away.

Soon thereafter, the agent is heard commenting on the appearance of one of the hosts.

"She's unusually hot," the agent said in reference to Holly Day, an adult film star who was accompanying the comedians. "What kind of career are you?" the agent then asked.

"I'm a porn star," Day replied.

The border agent is then seen showing his phone to the adult actress while saying "I'm not that big, but ..."

"Oh, it's his penis!" Day said while looking at the agent's phone screen.

Approximately a minute later in the video, the same man then exposed his penis to Day and Mullen, with the on-screen caption reading "the gentleman reveals himself."

Then, the border agent showed Mullen and actor Leo Dottavio a photo on his phone, also allegedly of his penis.

"I'm fat though," the man said while showing the pair his phone. "So this looks like seven inches, around? It is seven inches around."

Before departing, the border agent also appeared to kiss Day on the lips while standing in front of the Border Patrol vehicle.

Mullen confirmed exclusively that the man in the video was indeed a U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent and that the crew were at the U.S.-Mexico border on January 11, 2024.

"We were there just to make some YouTube content and learn more about the border crisis," Mullen told Blaze News. "But yes, that was a real border agent and he showed us his penis both on his phone and in person."

"Once he heard that Holly [Day] made adult films, it seemed like he wanted to prove to us that he was worthy of being in the industry, as well," Mullen added.

Multiple U.S. Customs and Border Protection press officers did not respond to a request for comment regarding the incident. This article will be updated with any applicable responses.

Border Patrol calls for agents to relocate to US-Canada border amid 846% spike in migrant crossings

Border Patrol officials recently released an internal memo requesting agents to volunteer to be redeployed to a northern border sector that has experienced an 846% spike in illegal migrant crossings since October.

According to a memo obtained by Fox News' Casey Stegall, Border Patrol leadership asked agents currently stationed in other northern sectors and at the southwest border to voluntarily relocate to the U.S.-Canada border's Swanton sector, which covers New Hampshire, Vermont, and New York, to "increase detection and custody operations, transportation and flight line security operations."

The area is "experiencing an increase in illegal entries," primarily due to "Mexican migrants with no legal documents" attempting to enter the United States, Border Patrol Assistant Chief Juan E. Garcia's memo explained.

"Due to the increased numbers, stations are task saturated with processing large groups, which has contributed to gotaway events, pedestrian, and vehicle incursions," the memo stated.

While it is unclear when the internal memo was sent, officials requested that volunteers submit their applications by February 23 to prepare for redeployment to the Swanton sector from March 1 to April 1.

Swanton Sector Chief Patrol Agent Robert N. Garcia stated that agents had seen an increase in families traveling with young children attempting to cross into the United States, even throughout the winter months.

"Illegal crossings of the Canada/U.S. border in sub-freezing temps continued last week, as #BorderPatrol Agents apprehended 115 subjects from 12 countries—mostly Mexican nationals," Garcia wrote on Twitter. "Unfortunately, perilous weather has done nothing to deter this traffic. Don't risk it!"

From October to January, the sector experienced an 846% increase in migrant encounters and apprehensions compared to the same period the previous year.

In January, Border Patrol agents encountered 367 migrants, more than the previous 12 Januarys combined. However, the average annual number of border encounters in the Swanton Sector over the past 12 years is only 28.

From October to January, there were a reported 55,736 total northern border encounters. During that same period, the southern border experienced 874,449 total encounters.

Former Yuma Sector Border Patrol Chief Chris Clem said the U.S.-Canada border is often overlooked because the southern border migrant crisis is "astronomical."

Clem explained that "electronic travel authorization allows [migrants], basically visa-free, to fly in from Mexico to Canada, which means now they have access to move about Canada freely. And then at that point, they're coming in."

He called for a "policy response" to the surge of migrants entering the country.

"We have to stand strong. We ought to stand firm with our partners. We need the administration to reach out to Canada, just like we need them to reach out to Mexico and hold them accountable to make sure both borders are secure," Clem added.

Hundreds more Haitian illegal immigrants land on Florida beaches

On August 6, U.S. Border Patrol and U.S. Coast Guard intercepted a human-smuggling ship just offshore Florida near Key Largo, carrying over 300 illegal aliens from Haiti. The ship had run aground in shallow waters.

According to Adam Hoffner, division chief for U.S. Customs and Border Protection's Miami operations,113 illegals jumped in and swam ashore. Those who made land were taken into Border Patrol custody and then medically screened. The 218 illegal aliens who remained on the smuggling vessel were transferred to U.S. Coast Guard ships and, according to the Miami Herald, will likely be sent back to Haiti.

Chief Patrol Agent Walter N. Slosar said that the incident was being treated as a "national security mission," and that authorities were still trying to identify the human smugglers among those who had been on board.

Border Patrol Agent Adam Hoffner told NBC News that the smugglers responsible "treat the individuals like a commodity, and the more on the boat, the more money and profit they make."

Hoffner noted that U.S. Border Patrol has dealt with 16 illegal landings since August 4, resulting in the detention of 263. These Florida encounters do not include maritime interdictions, such as the recent July incidents near Boca Chita Key (where 163 Haitian illegal aliens were stopped and repatriated) and off Delray Beach (where 32 Haitian illegal aliens were prevented from making land).

Over 800 Haitians have landed illegally in the Florida Keys so far this year, while 2,953 Haitian migrants have been interdicted at sea since October 2021.

There have been numerous incidents like these since the Biden administration released thousands of Haitian illegal immigrants — previously housed at the encampment Del Rio, Texas — into the U.S. interior, despite claims that it would expel them from the country. The administration did, however, expel 4,000 Haitians on 36 deportation flights in May.

The assassination of Haiti's president Jovenel Moïse has made the Caribbean nation more volatile, which may prompt more U.S.-bound migration.
