Harris seized evidence of abortionists' lucrative butchery of babies. Activist reveals who helped him fight back.

Pro-life citizen journalist and Center for Medical Progress founder David Daleiden published undercover videos in 2015 showing Planned Parenthood officials callously talking about butchering, playing with, and trafficking baby parts.

Then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris, whose various campaigns have netted substantial contributions from Planned Parenthood, evidently could not tolerate this exposé of the abortion regime's apparently lucrative and unlawful repurposing of victims' remains.

After allegedly meeting with executives from the abortion organization, Harris targeted Daleiden and authorized a raid on his home, kicking off what would become a years-long effort to punish the pro-life activist and to hide his damning evidence from the American people.

Daleiden, who still faces eight felony charges, revealed Wednesday to "Blaze New Tonight" who in Washington, D.C., helped him surmount the Democratic suppression campaign and ultimately publish the videos for the edification of the American public: Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and other Republican elements of the House Oversight Committee.

"Big shout-out goes to ... the House Oversight Committee and especially Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene for finally being able to release this footage unredacted, in full, which was subpoenaed by Congress during their initial investigations in 2015," said Daleiden.

'You can see exactly what they were so afraid of the public being able to see for themselves.'

Greene announced on July 30 that she was releasing the full versions of the undercover videos, which were previously featured at a March congressional hearing titled "Investigating the Black Market of Baby Organ Harvesting."

During the March hearing, Greene expressed concern that the abortion regime operates with little to no federal or independent oversight, meaning it can engage in the types of conduct alluded to in the undercover videos.

Blaze News reached out to Greene's office for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

Daleiden further explained to "Blaze News Tonight" that thanks in part to Greene and in large part to the perseverance of his team, "the cover-up plan by Planned Parenthood and Kamala Harris has not been totally successful. They tried to bury these facts and this evidence for the past eight years, but it's all starting to come out, and you can see exactly what they were so afraid of the public being able to see for themselves."

The videos

The Center for Medical Progress posted a video on July 14, 2015, showing a senior director of medical services at Planned Parenthood, Deborah Nucatola, state between sips of wine, "We've been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, 'I'm not gonna crush that part, I'm gonna basically crush below, I'm gonna crush above, and I'm gonna see if I can get it all intact.'"

"I'd say a lot of people want liver. And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they'll know where they're putting their forceps," continued Nucatola. "The kind of rate-limiting step of the procedure is calvarium. Calvarium — the head — is basically the biggest part."

Nucatola, who was later reprimanded but ultimately faced no actual consequence, indicated further that body parts could run interested parties anywhere from $30 to $100 per specimen.

It soon became clear that this would be nowhere near the CMP's most provocative undercover video.

'Oh, there's some lungs, there's some kidneys.'

An undercover reporter from the CMP recorded conversations at the National Abortion Federation's commercial trade show posing as a laboratory wholesaler. The reporter spoke with Ann Schutt-Aine, then chief medical officer of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, as well as with the branch's vice president of abortion access, Tram Nguyen.

"I'm like, 'Yeah, I have a leg for you.' I'm like, 'Oh s**t, if other people were to hear me, they'd like, "You are f****** evil,"'" Nguyen says in the video. "You have to come and play with our tissue and see if it's cool enough for you."

Responding to the reporter's suggestion that there is competition for baby organs that are "more profitable," Schutt-Aine says, "You told me about the proposition, and so now every time I do a [dilation and extraction], I'm like, 'Oh, there's some lungs, there's some kidneys.'"

"If I can't get [the baby] out intact, I can still get you a good sample," Schutt-Aine boasted, adding that she can cannibalize livers and lungs for buyers "without much difficulty at all."

Rather than address the possible criminality raised in the videos, Kamala Harris and other Democratic officials have targeted the group that brought it to light.

The lawfare

"As California attorney general, Kamala Harris had a choice," Daleiden told "Blaze News Tonight." "When our reporting was first being released in the summer of 2015 showing Planned Parenthood's top-level leadership callously negotiating the harvesting and sale of aborted baby body parts from late-term, partial-birth abortions, Kamala Harris could have chosen to investigate Planned Parenthood and investigate the taxpayer-funded Planned Parenthood mega centers."

Daleiden indicated that Harris instead decided to investigate him and his undercover team.

Following the initial release of the footage, then-California AG Harris said she would look into whether the pro-life activist broke laws when exposing Planned Parenthood. Daleiden's house was reportedly raided, and his computer and hard drives were seized. She was cheered on by the abortion outfit and other activists.

"David Daleiden engaged in an elaborate criminal conspiracy to deceive the public and ban abortion in this country, and now he’s paying the price," a Planned Parenthood spokeswoman told Politico following the raid. "The only people who engaged in wrongdoing are the extremists who broke multiple laws to spread lies about Planned Parenthood — and it looks like they're finally being held accountable."

'What Kamala Harris did was unconstitutional and vindictive.'

Daleiden was slapped with multiple lawsuits and a raft of criminal charges, including those brought by Harris' replacement and future Health Secretary Xavier Becerra. Emails obtained by the Washington Times revealed that Harris' office also collaborated with Planned Parenthood to draft legislation effectively targeting Daleiden — to amend the law to criminalize the secret recording and dissemination of communications with health care providers.

The late legal scholar Ronald D. Rotunda noted at the time the correspondence between Harris' office and the abortion outfit made abundantly clear that the Democratic AG is a "tool of Planned Parenthood" and that she was "working with Planned Parenthood to protect it from criminal prosecution."

"The state attorney general is supposed to represent the people of California, not a particular industry in California," Mr. Rotunda told the Times. "What would people say if the attorney general would be working with the local slaughterhouses to help them cover up instances of cruelty to animals?"

Former Los Angeles District Attorney Steve Cooley, who has represented Daleiden, recently told the New York Post, "What Kamala Harris did was unconstitutional and vindictive."

"Kamala Harris opened this investigation at the behest of Planned Parenthood, and the two AGs that followed her have kept it alive," added Cooley.

The Post indicated that neither Harris' office nor the California Attorney General's Office responded to their requests for comment.

"There has been a lot of twists and turns with the lawfare over the year that really was engineered by Planned Parenthood and Kamala Harris," Daleiden told "Blaze News Tonight." "They are the first ones who started to use this really unprecedented kind of lawfare to try to suppress free speech."

Now, however, the cat is out of the bag.

Daleiden stated last week, "Planned Parenthood repeatedly told Congress, the courts, and the public that it had 'rebuffed' any opportunity to sell aborted baby body parts in Texas."

"This finally-released undercover footage shows that in reality, Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast was ghoulishly eager to rip healthy babies out of vulnerable patients whole and alive and mutilate their bodies after to sell body parts for top dollar," added Daleiden.

Yet another de-transitioner comes forward, suing doctors who she claims cut her up at 16 after two appointments and a single consultation: They 'affirmed that chaos into reality'

A Nebraska woman who underwent a sex-change surgery at the age of 16 is suing the medical practitioners who cut off her breasts, left her in a constant state of pain, and likely rendered her infertile.

Luka Hein's complaint, filed Wednesday in the District Court of Douglas County, Nebraska, accuses University of Nebraska Medical Center and UNMC medical practitioners Dr. Jean Amoura, Dr. Perry Johnson, Dr. Stephan Barrientos, and therapist Megan Smith-Sallan of malpractice, alleging their "misleading descriptions and false claims" pertaining to sex-change mutilations were in violation of the state's Consumer Protection Act.

The lawsuit contends that Hein, put "on the fast track" for mastectomies at 15 years of age, ultimately had her breasts removed "when she was not old enough to understand the ramifications thereof or consent thereto" and after her "parents had been manipulated into consenting."

Prior to her delusion-affirming treatments, Luka was reportedly having suicidal thoughts and harming herself. To further compound her anxiety and confusion, Luka indicated her parents were getting a divorce and she had been "groomed online and preyed upon by an older man out of state."

According to Hein's complaint, inside an hour into her first therapy session at the UNMC Gender Clinic, her therapist "diagnosed Luka with gender identity disorder and began steering her toward transgender medical treatment with Defendant Amoura at the gender clinic."

The suit blasts UNMC and those who savaged Hein's body not only for "using surgical means to treat a mental health disorder" but for failing to "wait and see if Luka's gender dysphoria would resolve with time"; "to develop a different diagnosis"; "to warn Luka that the mental health of patients does not improve with surgery"; "to obtain a proper pre-operative mental health evaluation"; and/or "question Luka's self-diagnosis of trans-identification before amputating her breasts."

Harmeet Dhillon, the founder and CEO of the Center for American Liberty, is representing Hein in the case. Dhillon has previously represented other victims of gender ideology, including de-transitioner Chloe Cole.

Dhillon told the Daily Mail, "Coercive methods were used to coerce the family into agreeing to it, such as a false representation about the mental health fallout from not doing it. 'Your daughter will commit suicide if you don't agree to this,' was communicated to her parents."

"Doctors should not behave to vulnerable children or families in this manner, period. Doctors should not be mutilating and permanently disfiguring children, period, without some medical necessity, which did not present itself in this case," added Dhillon.

The Center for American Liberty noted, "No child should have to go through the irreversible trauma that UNMC doctors put Luka through. And if she wins her lawsuit, perhaps no child will."

Hein, originally from Minnesota, told the Daily Mail, "I was going through the darkest and most chaotic time in my life, and instead of being given the help I needed, these doctors affirmed that chaos into reality."

"I don't think kids can ever consent to having essentially full bodily functions taken away at a young age before they even know what that means," continued Hein, who is also bringing a $2,250,000 tort claim against the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska. "I was talked into medical intervention that I could not fully understand the long-term impacts and consequences of."

Besides the scars on her chest, the suit notes that the testosterone treatments Hein was subjected to over the course of four years "caused the disruption of her endocrine system, heart damage, deepening of her voice, pain in her vocal cords, joints, lumbar spine, hands, wrists, elbows, and pelvic area, as well as permanent dysregulation of her reproductive organs."

Hein is one of a growing number of victims to take legal action against the medical professionals and institutions who hacked away various parts of their bodies to remedy feelings of body dysphoria.

TheBlaze reported in March that Layla Jane took action against the Kaiser Permanente hospital system, which began giving her puberty blockers at the age of 12 and amputated her healthy breasts the next year.

Chloe Cole filed a suit against the Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals who performed, supervised, and/or advised transgender hormone therapy and surgical intervention on her between the ages of 13 and 16.

Gov. Tim Walz makes Minnesota a 'refuge' for confusion-affirming genital mutilations and hormone treatments for kids

Minnesota's Democratic Gov. Tim Walz issued a decree March 8 underscoring that his state is a "refuge" for those who seek and provide confusion-affirming genital mutilations and irreversible hormone therapies to kids and adults alike.

Walz suggested that his admittedly symbolic executive order, which comes amid legislative efforts by red states to protect children from irreversible and dangerous procedures, secures the "rights" of "LGBTQIA+ community members" to "affirming their gender identities through safe and scientifically proven treatments."

John Helmberger, CEO of the Minnesota Family Council, criticized the move, stating, "People who struggle with their gender identity deserve compassionate care that will help them become comfortable in their bodies, not mutilate them."

The order

The Democratic governor recently signed the "Protect Reproductive Options Act" into law, establishing abortion as a "fundamental right" in a state where the practice of killing the unborn was already legal. Similarly, while largely symbolic, Walz's latest decree further codifies his administration's commitment to executing LGBT activists' agenda.

"All state agencies must, to the fullest extent of their lawful authority, pursue opportunities and coordinate with each other to protect people or entities providing, assisting, seeking, or obtaining gender affirming health care services in Minnesota," wrote Walz.

While protecting those seeking and providing irreversible confusion-affirming procedures, Walz's executive order requires the Minnesota Department of Health to:

  • prepare a report by Dec. 31 "summarizing the literature on the scientific evidence about the safety and effectiveness of affirming care and its public health effects";
  • "refuse to approve any health maintenance organization contract or evidence of coverage that discriminates against individuals on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression";
  • take action "on any complaints of unfair or deceptive acts or practices by a health maintenance organization related to the denial of medically necessary gender affirming health care services," which may have implications for religious health care providers unwilling to violate the Hippocratic Oath or their consciences; and
  • "accept health maintenance organizations' determinations that medically necessary gender affirming health care services are comprehensive health maintenance services."
Walz admitted that nothing in Executive Order 23-03 "should be construed to change Minnesota law or to require coverage of services that are not considered medically necessary" and that the radical procedures he reckons may be necessary for some Minnesotans to live as "authentic versions of themselves" are already "legal and protected."
This executive order parallels legislation in the Democrat-dominated state House, which would make Minnesota a "trans refuge state" by shielding transsexuals and health care providers from repercussions for traveling to the state for transsexual conversion therapy, reported the Associate Press.

The context

Walz's decree comes just days after Tennessee Republicans joined others around the country in passing bills to protect kids from genital mutilations.

TheBlaze previously reported that HB 1 passed in a 26-6 vote along party lines on Feb. 13 in the state Senate and again in the state House on Feb. 23 in a 77-16 vote. Despite threats and protest, Gov. Bill Lee (R) signed the bill into law, thereby establishing more concrete and sweeping prohibitions on the mutilations of youth in the state.

Wyoming's state Senate also passed a bill last month prohibiting child sex-change surgeries and the use of puberty blockers on children.

Senate File 144 was titled "Chloe's Law," after the 18-year-old woman Chloe Cole, who raised alarm about her gender transition and the consequences transsexual activists often ignore or downplay.

Chloe's Law bans "physicians from performing procedures for children related to gender transitioning and gender reassignment," which if performed, are "grounds for suspension or revocation of a physician's or health care provider's license."

ABC News reported that at least eight states — Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Mississippi, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Utah — have passed laws or policies prohibiting or restricting confusion-affirming procedures for minors. Local legislatures in 23 other states are mulling over similar legislative protections for children.

The consequences

Walz intimated in his decree that by enabling children to go under the knife or to take sterilizing drugs as a remedy for gender dysphoria, he is ensuring "members of the LGBTQIA+ community, are safe, celebrated, and able to live lives full of dignity and joy."

The report he has commissioned the MDH to produce may turn up some evidence at odds with his suggestion.

For instance, the MDH may come across the the study published on September 19 in the Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy that explained how puberty blockers, also known as luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone agonists or GnRHa drugs, are not just creating sexless adults, although GnRHa is a drug "licensed to chemically castrate men."

The study underscores how the drugs Walz believes to be safe keys to dignity and joy are depleting victims' bone density, hampering their cognitive development, and producing a myriad of harmful emotional effects.

Dr. Michael Biggs, a professor of sociology at the University of Oxford, noted in his study that among the irreversible side effects of the puberty blockers was a halting of critical bodily growth, including that of genitals. Upon the introduction of GnRHa to men, the penis would cease to grow, and growth would not resume upon terminating treatment.

The American College of Pediatricians reportedly indicated that GnRHa drugs "arrest bone growth, decrease bone accretion, prevent the sex-steroid dependent organization and maturation of the adolescent brain, and inhibit fertility by preventing the development of gonadal tissue and mature gametes for the duration of treatment."

"Clinicians need to explain how they are sure that some of the adolescents being prescribed GnRHa would not have grown into gay or lesbian adults, with their sexuality and fertility intact," wrote Biggs.

The MDH may also come across the warnings issued by Nobel prize-winning sociologist Dr. Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard, director emeritus at the Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology, who told Germany's leading feminist magazine that "taking hormones is inherently dangerous."

Nüsslein-Volhard stated that hormones "add something to the body that is not intended there. ... The body cannot handle it in the long run."

As for the consequences of genital mutilations, the number of victims decrying those persons and policies who helped subject them to a "lifetime of irreversible physical and psychological damage" appears to be ever growing. Among those for whom Walz's promise of refuge would no doubt ring hollow are Chloe Cole, Michelle Zacchigna, Navy SEAL Chris Beck, and Prisha Mosley.

Former patients of 'Dr. Teetus Deletus' — the Miami surgeon who mutilates transsexuals — speak out about post-op problems

The victims of a Miami-based sex-change surgeon have begun to speak out about the horrific aftermath of their operations.

Sidhbh Gallagher, the Irish surgeon who has called herself "Dr. Teetus Deletus" in reference to her profitable removal of patients' healthy breasts, runs the Gallagher Plastic Surgery clinic.

The clinic, based in the Coral Gables neighborhood, offers mastectomies, "body surgery," and so-called "gender confirmation" operations and reportedly executes between 400 and 500 dysphoria-affirming mutilations a year.

According to the Independent.ie, Gallagher puts a minor under the knife at least once a month, having boasted to the New York Times in September that she performed 13 breast removals on minors in 2021. Some of her patients have been as young as 13 and 14.

Gallagher claims on her website to want to "raise the bar for surgical treatment of transgender patients." The mortifying stories shared by former patients would suggest she has a long way to go in that endeavor.

Nightmare after nightmare

Reddit hosts a page that lists the various doctors across the globe who are willing to transmogrify people suffering from body dysphoria. In addition to providing recommendations, it also aggregates stories from former patients.

Gallagher is featured on the subpage for sex-change surgeons in the American South along with the testimonies from some of those who have allegedly suffered at her hands.

Rylan, a biological woman from Ohio whose Twitter account has been deleted but whose tweets were archived, wrote in on Aug. 22, "In August, I flew to Miami to get top surgery from Dr. Gallagher. 3 weeks later, a local surgeon had to rush me in to remove over half a foot of dead, rotted tissue. Gallagher dismissed every concern, including hollow cavities that formed on my ripped-open incision."

"Complications started 4 days after surgery, a hematoma on my left side that I sent her a photo of. She said was 'just bruising,'" continued Rylan. "The next day, my incision tore open and bled significantly. It was agony. I went in for my post-op the day before I flew home, anxious for a solution."

According to Rylan, Gallagher's team blamed the issue on her weight, giving the wound the nickname "blowhole."

This alleged patient of the TikTok surgeon noted that she had been bleeding interminably, dropping golf-ball-sized blood clots. Ultimately, she indicated that she had been rushed to the ER.

Rylan noted that after doctors did what they could for her in the ER, she wrote to Gallagher's clinic detailing the ordeal. An assistant at the clinic allegedly quipped that Rylan had merely been "menstruating" out of her side.

Rylan detailed the ordeal in full via a TikTok video that went viral, in which she underscored how lucky she was to still be alive.

As a result, Gallagher was met with significant backlash online.

Prompted to publicly address Rylan's suffering, Gallagher confirmed that "this patient's experience was valid. ... We cannot have a situation where a patient feels disrespected, joked about, and that we will put them in any sort of danger, and that's on me that that was this patient's experience."

One redditor, u/dinosaur-rainbow, posted on Nov. 25, "I had top surgery with Dr. Gallagher over four months ago and am STILL having complications after my incisions opened in two places and got infected, which I ended up having to go to the ER for."

The alleged former patient noted, "I didn’t find out until after surgery that her practice has only been open since 2020 and she is not a member of ASPS (American Society of Plastic Surgeons)."

One transsexual patient posted to the plastic surgery website RealSelf noting (warning: the page contains extremely graphic images) that he would be best off selling his "body to science and let[ting] my wife put me on display in a vat of formaldehyde at Ripley's, Believe It or Not, museum."

"My vulva looks like it was attacked by a shark and the incisions are coming apart," said the patient, suggesting Gallagher had told him, "That's what I do for all my girls."

Other alleged patients complained of gruesome scars and never-ending recoveries, with one calling Gallagher, "the latest surgery hustler to roll into town with a scalpel looking for crash test surgery dummies."

Christina Buttons of the Daily Wire reported that a week after a double mastectomy, one Gallagher patient stated, "The infection I got from surgery has been getting steadily worse despite antibiotics to the point that now my incision is open and cannot be reclosed."

Gallagher told the New York Times, "I can say this honestly: I don’t know of a single case of regret."

The Times confronted her with the fact that Grace Lidinsky-Smith, whose breast Gallagher's clinic cut off, later noted that the surgery "had been a mistake born out of a mental health crisis."

Preying on the vulnerable

The Daily Mail reported in October that a complaint had been filed with the Federal Trade Commission accusing Gallagher of luring "vulnerable and impressionable" adolescents on TikTok to seek mastectomies and genital mutilations.

The surgeon apparently runs two TikTok accounts: "thevagicianmd" and "gendersurgeon."

In one TikTok post, Gallagher pouted with the caption "Just realized I only get to Yeet 4 Teets next week."

\u201cTurns out my surgeon is on tiktok advertising her services (username: gendersurgeon). She loves talking about "yeeting the teets", which I guess is the, uh... professional term for double mastectomy these days?\u201d
— Grace (@Grace) 1613226576

The complaint claims that Gallagher and her clinic have "engaged in unfair, false, and deceptive practices in the aggressive advertising and marketing to minors of their plastic surgery services, namely mastectomies of healthy female breasts, as proven safe, effective, and medically necessary."

Gallagher was further accused of obfuscating the mental and physical dangers involved in the surgeries she otherwise made light of and peddled online.

While the Irish surgeon appears to still be in business, Florida is making it harder for people like her to mutilate children.

The state’s Board of Medicine and Board of Osteopathic Medicine adopted rules on Nov. 4 prohibiting doctors from conferring puberty blockers to children and performing sex-change operations on minors.

Florida Surgeon General Joseph Lapado said the decisions would "protect our children from irreversible surgeries and highly experimental treatments."
