Bill Maher and Seth MacFarlane cross swords in heated debate over COVID vaccine efficacy: 'Djokovic didn't need it!'

Bill Maher brashly challenged "Family Guy" creator Seth McFarlane on the effectiveness and safety of the COVID vaccine.

Maher declared on his "Club Random" podcast: "I would think this country did not allow for natural immunity to be considered. And I know this is a subject dear to your heart. Like, even if you had the disease, you still had to get a vaccine. That’s powerfully stupid. They don’t do that in Europe."

MacFarlane claimed that the theory of natural immunity for COVID-19 was "debunked."

"Don’t you know people have had COVID four or five times? I do. That’s not natural immunity. There’s no immunity there. You’ve had COVID five times," MacFarlane argued.

Maher pointed out that high-risk groups, such as the elderly and the obese, should be vaccinated against COVID-19. However, he contested that tennis star Novak Djokovic and NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers "didn’t need it!"

MacFarlane asked the "Real Time with Bill Maher" host what the "downside" of "getting a vaccine."

Maher fired back, "Well, the fact that you don’t even have a clue what’s the cost of getting a vaccine that you don’t know the answer to that. You completely want to shut your eyes to the fact that there are repercussions to all medical interventions, including a vaccine, including all vaccines."

"They come, they say side effects, just like every medication does. You can see it in the literature. They can’t write it on their back on the vaccine. So you have to dig them," the liberal HBO star ranted. "And of course, there is a vaccine court because so many people have been injured."

Maher noted, “This is not a screed to say don’t do vaccines. I’m not against doing vaccines. I’m against doing vaccines that I don’t think I need. I should be able to decide that for myself inside my body.”

In February, a study was published that declared that natural immunity provides "at least as high, if not higher" levels of protection against COVID-19 as two doses of an mRNA vaccine. The research analyzing 65 studies from 19 different countries was published in The Lancet – one of the oldest and most respected medical journals in the world.

In November, a study found that people with natural immunity to COVID-19 have better protection against the respiratory disease than those who received mRNA vaccines.

Bill Maher tells Roseanne Barr her Tweet was racist & her reaction is PERFECT

Roseanne Barr is standing her ground.

The actress and comedian was “canceled” along with her show, “Roseanne,” in 2018 after posting what some called a racist tweet about former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett.

Barr referred to her as the offspring of the “Muslim Brotherhood & Planet of the Apes.”

Years later, she’s not letting the cancellation of the number-one sitcom in America force her to her knees.

In an interview with Bill Maher, she made sure everyone was aware of this.

“You tweeted something that I don’t even know if you thought it was racist; it certainly was,” Maher said to Barr.

“It was not,” Barr responded, clearly annoyed. “I thought the b**** was white.”

"She looks just like the picture,” Barr added.

Maher then let her know that she wasn’t going to get herself “out of this by reiterating that.”

“Everybody in power’s got to be made fun of,” she argued.

“If you can’t take a joke, f*** you, you fascist. That’s how I feel, Bill.”

“And you know what? I don’t give a f*** what color your ass is, if you ain’t doing right for your own people or anybody’s people in this country, where people are sleeping in the streets,” she said.

“I don’t give a f*** about your feelings.”

Bill Maher’s explanation of 'what this country is' is so spot-on even Candace Owens can’t help but laugh

Bill Maher doesn’t always hit the nail on the head, but when he does, it’s usually funny. During a recent episode of “Club Random with Bill Maher,” Candace Owens couldn’t help but laugh at Maher’s description of "what this country is."

“This country reminds me of like a medieval European country where a 5-year-old ascends to the throne and inherits it,” Maher explained, “and so all the courtiers have to pretend that whatever brain fart that comes out of the mouth of this 5-year-old toddler is something that we have to take seriously and treat as valid and debatable.”

“That was a very incredible analogy,” laughs Candace in agreement; although she does admit that there are people in pockets of the country who still have their wits about them.

“You don’t see that stuff in Tennessee,” she said.

Bill Maher SHUT DOWN by Vivek Ramaswamy over the topic of racism: 'All right, I'll vote for you'

You never know what’s going to come out of the mouth of anti-woke liberal Bill Maher. Sometimes he speaks with wisdom, sometimes with stupidity. Some of his comments during his recent interview with GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy unfortunately fell into the latter category.

“That you are a person of color is an advantage,” Maher says. “I think it is the right moment, [and] I think it’s happening in the right party.”

“In the past, in the recent past, including sometimes the present, they are racist,” Maher says of members of the Republican Party.

“I think they’re better than they used to be, but there’s still a lot of racism in that party.”

Vivek’s response deserves a round of applause.

“I’ll give you a quote,” he begins. “The remedy to past discrimination is present discrimination. The remedy to present discrimination is future discrimination.”

“That’s racism too,” he tells Maher.

“I’ll use an analogy,” Vivek continues. “Based on you lighting that [cigar] and watching [it] taper out, ... it's like the last burning embers of racism. That's where we are, actually. ... What I don’t want to do is, right as that’s burning out, I don’t want to come in and throw kerosene on it by saying, ‘Don’t be racist.”’

“All right, I'll vote for you. You got me with that one,” says Maher.

Bill Maher asks Riley Gaines a question about Lia Thomas that sucks ALL the air out of the room…

Riley Gaines is known as something of a heroine, at least from the perspective of conservatives, for her courageous fight against male participation in female sports.

Gaines has been at war against trans swimmer Lia Thomas since 2022, when Thomas tied Gaines for fifth place in the women's 200-meter freestyle final at the NCAA championships and was given a trophy while Gaines went home empty-handed.

Gaines recently met with Bill Maher to discuss the situation, but let’s just say their conversation took an odd and rather uncomfortable turn.

“How big is her cock? You’ve seen her cock, right?” Bill asks.

Although Gaines attempts to make light of conversation by saying, “We all did,” Bill won’t let the subject go.

“What kind of a cock is it? Describe her cock,” Bill presses.

“First of all, this is a 6'4 man, right?” says Gaines, trying to keep the conversation respectful.

“Well, a trans woman,” interjects Bill, adding, “She does go through life as a woman, correct?”

“I'll be frank here — I don't use she/her pronouns when referring to Thomas, and I call it a male,” Gaines boldly states.

“I think even using the term 'trans woman' is giving Thomas some of our language as women, and ... I do not believe trans women are women,” she continues.

*Insert applause*

Our hat is off to Riley Gaines, who not only dodged an incredibly uncomfortable question but also simultaneously stood her ground.

Well played.

Anti-woke liberal Bill Maher says THIS is when he KNEW the left had lost its way

In a day of political tribalism, Bill Maher is a bit of a rarity. He claims he’s an anti-woke liberal, which is probably why Dave Rubin says he “kind of [makes] sense but also [doesn’t] make sense.”

“How liberals can be on the wrong side of this issue is the biggest mind boggler for me,” he told Sharon Osbourne on an episode of “Club Random with Bill Maher.”

What is this mind-boggling issue Maher speaks of?

It actually dates all the way back to September 11, 2001, when the United States suffered the worst terrorist attack in the country’s history.

Maher apparently criticized the part of traditional Muslim culture that discourages education for women and demands they cover every part of their bodies, including their faces.

“Somehow when I criticize traditional Muslim societies for the way they engage in what you have to call gender apartheid – putting f****** bags over women's heads … I'm the bad guy,” he says.

The early wokeists apparently called him “Islamophobic” – or “whatever bullsh** word you wanna call it,” he adds.

“That’s when I knew they had lost their way,” he admits.
