In a follow-up congressional hearing on the assassination attempt on Trump, the FBI revealed a surprising twist regarding Thomas Crooks’ social media.

That is that he may have been a far-right terrorist.

The update comes after the FBI unearthed a social media account that it claims may be tied to Crooks. The account left around 700 comments between 2019 and 2020 and appeared to reflect “anti-Semitic and anti-immigration themes.”

“Some of these comments, if ultimately attributable to the shooter, appear to reflect antisemitic and anti-immigration themes, to espouse political violence and are described as extreme in nature,” FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate said.

Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” isn’t convinced.

“I’m just wondering, do you trust the FBI?” She asks. “Do you trust the FBI’s anti-Semitism narrative?”

Gonzales then notes that Crooks had donated to ActBlue, an organization that funds Democrats, and was in a BlackRock commercial.

But Crooks' background isn’t the only thing that makes Gonzales skeptical of the narrative the FBI is now attempting to push.

“Do we trust the FBI to not feed us a narrative that they want to use against us, because this is the same FBI who is investigating grandmas who waved their American flags, who [were] led in, sent on a guided tour by Capitol Police on January 6,” Gonzales says.

“This is the same FBI who are calling parents domestic terrorists who show up at school board meetings. This is the same FBI who’s raiding pro-life protesters homes. This is the same FBI who raided Mar-a-Lago over some classified documents,” she continues, adding, “Do you trust them to not just feed you a narrative that is against half of the country?”

CIA had active contractors amongst cabal of intel officials who suggested Biden laptop was Russian fake



Scores of former intelligence officials ran block for Joe Biden ahead of the 2020 election after the New York Post threatened his campaign with damning facts about his son's laptop and its contents. It turns out that active elements of the security state similarly conspired to cure the narrative and thumb the scales in Biden's favor.

Background

Less than a month ahead of the 2020 election, the New York Post reported about the incriminating contents of Hunter Biden's laptop and raised various questions about then-candidate Joe Biden, especially about his shady ties to Ukraine.

The report noted, for instance, that a Burisma board adviser thanked Hunter Biden for introducing him to Joe Biden about a year before Biden allegedly extorted the Eastern European country as vice president to get the prosecutor investigating Burisma fired.

The report also painted Joe Biden as untruthful and referenced other damning evidence on his son's laptop, such as videos of Hunter Biden having sex and smoking crack and suggestions of questionable business with China.

Elements of the intelligence community antipathetic to President Donald Trump swooped in to shield Biden in the final weeks before the election, releasing a public letter on Oct. 19, 2020, asserting that the Hunter Biden laptop story had "all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation" intended to hurt the Democrat's candidacy.

Not one of the intelligence officials had apparently seen the evidence of which they spoke before signing the letter, and no signatory has since expressed regret.

Biden used the misleading letter, which was further spun by the liberal media, to great effect.

In his Oct. 22 debate with Trump, Biden said, "Look, there are 50 former national intelligence folks who said that what this, he's accusing me of is a Russian plan. They have said that this has all the characteristics — four — five former heads of the CIA, both parties, say what he's saying is a bunch of garbage. Nobody believes it except him and his good friend Rudy Giuliani."

Michael Morell, one of the former CIA directors Biden referenced, later testified to Congress that he organized the letter to "help Vice President Biden," but more specifically, to help "him to win the election."

Morell also made clear that the Biden campaign was involved and "helped to strategize about the public release of the statement."

According to Morell, the call he received from then-Biden campaign official Antony Blinken got the ball rolling on the deception.

74% of Americans surveyed told the Technometrical Institute of Policy and Politics in a 2022 survey that the FBI and the intelligence community deliberately misled the public and voters. 79% of respondents said that a truthful interpretation of the laptop would have likely changed the election's outcome more in favor of Trump.

The CIA versus Trump

The House Committee on the Judiciary, its Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government, and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence released a report Tuesday revealing that former CIA acting director Michael Morell and ex-CIA inspector general David Buckley were both active contractors with top secret clearances for the agency when they signed the letter.

The congressional investigators reached this conclusion on the basis of information provided them earlier this year by Robert Dugas, CIA deputy general counsel for litigation and investigations.

Morell has denied being a contractor at the time, telling the New York Post, "If you write that, you would [be] wrong."

Beside the possibility that unnamed signatories were similarly active spooks, the report noted that others "had special 'Green Card' access to the CIA at the time of the statement's publication, allowing them to gain entry to secure CIA facilities."

According to the report, former CIA chief of staff Jeremy Bash, the ex-husband of Thursday's moderator in the Trump-Biden debate, and former National Security Agency deputy director Richard Ledgett, were both serving the agency at the time they signed the letter as independent contractors with top secret clearances.

Other active elements of the CIA were also peripherally involved.

"High ranking CIA officials, up to and including then-CIA Director Gina Haspel, were made aware of the Hunter Biden statement prior to its approval and publication," said the report.

The agency conveniently refrained from seizing upon the "opportunity at that time to slow down the CIA's process for reviewing publication submissions and ensure that such an extraordinary statement was properly vetted."

The report suggested that the revelation about the active status of Morell and Buckley "raises concern that these officials abused the access of their positions to curate, promote, and received expedited approval of the statement."

Indeed, the PCRB continuously requested quick decisions from officials within the CIA and partners at ODNI about the status of publication of the statement. This occurred after Morell specifically requested an expedited review process and during a time when he had contracting status and was under consideration to be named President Biden's CIA Director.

The report also indicated that the signatories' decision to leverage their titles in favor of a narrative favorable to Biden "inappropriately embroiled the Agency in the domestic political process."

Gateway Church founder Robert Morris resigns days after reported molestation victim speaks out



Robert Morris, the founding pastor of the popular Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, resigned Tuesday after admitting to engaging in "inappropriate sexual behavior with a young lady."

Blaze News previously reported that the "young lady" in question, who was allegedly 12 when the sexual abuse began, is Cindy Clemishire, now 54.

"It was kissing and petting and not intercourse, but it was wrong," Morris said in a statement to the Christian Post. "This behavior happened on several occasions over the next few years."

"It went on for many years," said Clemishire, troubled by the pastor's apparent revisionism. "He says there was no sexual intercourse, but he did touch every part of my body and inserted his fingers into me, which I understand now is considered a form of rape by instrumentation. I was an innocent 12-year-old little girl who knew nothing about sexual behavior."

"I was 12 years old. I was a little girl. A very innocent little girl," added Clemishire.

The Board of Elders of the megachurch revealed in a statement Tuesday that it had accepted Morris' resignation.

"In addition, the Board has retained the law firm of Haynes & Boone, LLP, to conduct an independent, thorough, and professional review of the report of past abuse to ensure we have a complete understanding of the events from 1982-1987," said the statement.

The elders appeared eager to walk back the phrasing of their internal June 14 statement, where they wrote, "Pastor Robert has been open and forthright about a moral failure he had over 35 years ago when he was in his twenties and prior to him starting Gateway Church. He has shared publicly from the pulpit the proper Biblical steps he took in his lengthy restoration process."

'They're basically lying and minimizing the crime.'

The elders added in their initial statement, "Since the resolution of this 35-year-old matter, there have been no other moral failures. Pastor Robert has walked in purity, and he has placed accountability measures and people in his life."

On Tuesday — after Clemishire suggested "they're basically lying and minimizing the crime" — the elders noted that they previously "did not have all the facts of the inappropriate relationship between Morris and the victim, including her age at the time and the length of the abuse."

They claimed that they were previously commenting under this misapprehension that Morris' "extramarital relationship, which he had discussed many times throughout his ministry, was with 'a young lady' and not abuse of a 12-year-old."

'He told her to close her eyes.'

"We are heartbroken and appalled by what has come to light over the past few days, and we express our deep sympathy to the victim and her family," added the elders. "For the sake of the victim, we are thankful this situation has been exposed."

Clemishire recently shared her story with the Wartburg Watch, a watchdog blog that details incidents of abuse within various churches. Clemishire indicated that she only fully came to grips with what she was subjected to as a child after watching a description of predatory grooming on television.

Clemishire noted that decades ago, a young traveling evangelist, then in his 20s, befriended her parents, and over time became a family friend whom she regarded as "safe and friendly." That safety and friendliness proved illusory on Christmas night 1982 when the evangelist, Robert Morris, allegedly molested her.

Morris allegedly "told her to lie down on her back and touched her stomach. He told her to close her eyes. Then he touched her breasts and felt under her panties. He warned her: 'Never tell anyone about this because it will ruin everything.'"

Blaze News previously noted that the alleged molestation, which included digital penetration, apparently continued until March 1987, at which point Morris was a pastor at Shady Grove Church, which would eventually become the Gateway Church – Grand Prairie Campus.

Clemishire's father reportedly found out what was going on and called the head pastor of Shady Grove to report Morris. He apparently gave the head pastor an ultimatum: have Morris leave the ministry or deal with the police.

Morris left the ministry for two years and would later suggest in his 2011 book "From Dream to Destiny" that he had done so on account of an excess in pride.

According to the Wartburg Watch, Morris' wife, Debbie, allegedly called up the victim after her husband's ouster and told Clemishire, then still a minor, that she "forgave her."

'We must be consistent in our efforts to protect Texas kids.'

Texas state Rep. Nate Schatzline (R) was one of the many who called on Morris to resign, noting that while he believes in "restoration, the details that have recently come to light are deeply disturbing and are unacceptable for anyone, especially a spiritual leader. I wholeheartedly condemn these actions and any attempt at covering them up."

Schatzline, himself a pastor, added, "We must be consistent in our efforts to protect Texas kids, and that starts with exposing it regardless if they are a leader in the church. These actions demand public exposure, should never be tolerated, and any person who harms a child should and must be held accountable."

BlazeTV host Allie Beth Stuckey noted on X, "Child molestation isn't just a sin, it's a crime. This should've been handled by civil authorities, which God gave us to keep evil in check. Instead, it was brushed under the rug after he was 'restored.'"

Clemishire has indicated the statute of limitations for criminal or civil action has almost certainly run out.

"Let's set something straight: repentance and restoration does not include restoring an accused abuser to a leadership position (if, in fact, the claims against him prove true)," added Stuckey.

In a Tuesday letter obtained by KDFW-TV, Clemishire noted that she would have preferred for the church elders to have fired Morris rather than let him resign.

Clemishire indicated further in her letter that while it was Morris who molested her, those in his orbit added insult to injury. When she asked Morris to reimburse her for the counseling she needed "as a result of this abuse," Clemishire said his attorney "attempted to blame [her] for the abuse." She added that at least one Gateway elder was aware of Morris' sexual abuse of a minor but chose to believe the pastor's account of events.

"This is just the beginning," wrote Clemishire. "I wholeheartedly and sadly believe I am not the only victim. I encourage anyone who has been sexually victimized by a leader of Gateway Church to take the bold step forward and say something. Now is the time."

Clemishire said to the congregation of the church, "My heart is equally broken for you. Please remember our faith is in Jesus, not an institution or a man in the pulpit. Keep your faith!"

There was a concerted public-private campaign during the pandemic to downplay the strong likelihood that COVID-19 — a virus that would go on to kill millions worldwide — did not originate in the controversial Chinese communist lab that long engaged in dangerous experiments on coronaviruses with the help of U.S. taxpayer dollars.

While the Chinese communist regime did its part to bury evidence of a potential lab leak as the virus was first spreading, then-director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Anthony Fauci ultimately did the heavy lifting in terms of narrative curation.

Anthony Fauci and the virologists in his orbit worked feverishly to suggest that the virus had a zoonotic origin, concealing their own doubts about that possibility while denigrating those who would suggest otherwise.

There was cause, after all, for them to engage in revisionism and propaganda. Elements of the Western medical establishment admittedly didn't want to alienate China by assigning it any blame over the deaths of multitudes of Americans, and Fauci had his fingerprints on the American grant money poured into dangerous work at the Wuhan Institute of Virology via disgraced zoologist Peter Daszak's EcoHealth Alliance — whose gain-of-function subcontractor was ostensibly among the patients zero who took ill in late 2019.

The lab-leak theory was censored on social media, especially on Facebook, which directly coordinated with Fauci. Talk show hosts, talking heads, and once respected newspapers dutifully parroted the approved talking points.

Yet, not all were convinced in Washington, D.C., the media, and the medical establishment — certainly not Stanford University's Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, epidemiologist and co-author of the "Great Barrington Declaration," and Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.).

Both Bhattacharya and Paul are among those featured in "The Coverup," a new documentary series presented by Blaze Media and Free the People, which debuts today on BlazeTV.

"The Coverup" explores the evolution of the Fauci-anointed COVID-19 origins narrative, the corresponding censorship campaign, various underlying motives and vested interests, and the ultimate breakdown of truth, breaking new ground and making Fauci's job of spinning yarns before Congress next week all the more difficult.

In BlazeTV host Matthew B. Kibbe's deep-dive in the first episode of the series, entitled "Dissident," he speaks to Bhattacharya about the research agenda that set the stage for the deadly outbreak and assesses what was at stake for the powers that be — and for Fauci in particular — where narrative control was concerned.

"He's in a tough position," said Bhattacharya. "If people understand that what has happened the last three-and-a-half years in the COVID pandemic is potentially, maybe even actually, a result of this kind of research agenda and Fauci was one of its champions, he is in a very tough spot."

"Millions and millions of people have died. Economies have been devastated," continued Bhattacharya. "The poor of the world, children, vulnerable people have been hurt by this mad science experiment. ... You would go down in history as one of the world's greatest monsters."

Later in the episode, Bhattacharya discusses the nature of the infrastructure shoring up the deadly research agenda as well as the possible link between officials' cognizance of a possible lab leak and the draconian COVID protocols they ultimately promoted.

Smells like a government cover-up: Reporter claims Hawaii governor is HIDING THE WHOLE TRUTH from Maui residents



Unlike Joe Biden, who just cleared his schedule up enough to finally pay a visit to Maui, investigative journalist Nick Sortor has been on the island for some time now.

“Locals in the area say that the number of those killed is closer to 500” and that “the morgues are running out of body bags,” reports Sara Gonzales, citing the Daily Mail.

“There was one resident that told the outlet, ‘I know there are at least 480 dead here in Maui, and I don't understand why the authorities are not saying that.’ ... Have you seen anything on the ground to indicate that the government has not been truthful about the death toll so far?” Sara asks Sortor.

“I know at this point that the government has not been truthful over the death toll,” including “the death toll of the children,” Sortor says.

As for the morgues, Sortor says there’s only one official morgue in Maui, and it’s currently full with hundreds of people.

“I can't confirm that they died in the fire yet, but for whatever reason, the morgue is full, and they had to set up a temporary one over at the police station,” he says.

“They've now frozen this confirmed dead number at 114; it has not risen here in the past two days. I can't tell you why though,” Sortor continues.

But that’s not all the government is lying about, according to Sortor.

On August 18, he tweeted:

Sortor, someone who specializes in reporting on natural disasters, swears that “this is the most catastrophic failure of government that [he has] ever seen.”

Apparently authorities were “barring residents from using water to put out fires,” and “firefighters were trying to put out fires with no water.”

“And when I tried to go and confront the mayor of the town, he ran away from me,” Sortor says.

Granted “they kept schools closed that day,” “there were no sirens to tell the children to get out,” and “cell signal was out,” so it’s no surprise that people are enraged and demanding answers.

But it’s looking more and more like authorities don’t like being questioned.

“Since [Sortor] arrived and started pressing the local government, [he’s] been followed and ... threatened.”

Sara then plays a clip of Sortor being approached during an interview. A mysterious man suddenly shows up claiming he’s been trying to reach Sortor and then accuses Sortor of taking up valuable resources by being in Maui.

If Tafari Campbell drowned tragically, then why are authorities refusing to disclose basic facts about the incident, including the identities of the sole witness and the 911 operator?

According to the Daily Mail, “Massachusetts State Police are covering up information about the drowning of Barack Obama’s personal chef, labeling the incident an accident but continuing to withhold information under the guise of an ongoing investigation,” reports Sara Gonzales.

“The state apparently is citing a public records law exemption that allows police to withhold any information that could jeopardize an act of investigation.”

That’s all well and good – except they’ve already ruled out foul play and deemed the incident an accident, which delegitimizes the necessity of an exemption.

The only thing that is still pending is Campbell’s toxicology report, “but clearly that would not affect anything,” says Sara.

So why the secrecy?

“I have several different theories,” Sara tells Stu Burguiere and Logan Hall.

She has a hard time reconciling how “this really strong swimmer … [drowned] in eight feet of water.”

Stu acknowledges that drowning accidents do happen, but the ongoing concealment of basic facts certainly raises suspicion.

“Let’s say this was nothing,” he ruminates. “They have to know that this is going to inspire thousands of conspiracy theories … so why not be as open and deliberate as possible?”

Sara agrees, adding that “some conspiracy theories are that [Tafari Campbell] was writing a book and … was found with head trauma and three to four feet of water was washed up on shore on the Obama estate, and then also that nobody called 911 for hours; Obama’s own personal coroner was flown from Washington, D.C., to perform the autopsy.”

“These are crazy things,” she admits, but “who are you going to trust? The mainstream media?”

“For the time being, until we get a different media ecosystem in there … you’re going to see a lot of conspiracy theories going viral,” adds Hall.

Personally, Sara thinks there’s a good chance that Campbell “could’ve done something to piss off Big Mike.”

A House subcommittee report affirms that the 'Proximal Origin' paper was not the result of rigorous scientific research but rather a coverup.

Beijing previously indicated that fewer than 90,000 died in China from COVID-19. Turns out, the number is likely well over 1.5 million —  just in the first few months of 2023.



The Chinese communist regime tried to cover up the outbreak of COVID-19 and has done its best in the intervening years to downplay the strong likelihood that the Wuhan lab — known for its dangerous gain-of-function experiments on coronaviruses — was the source of the virus that has killed millions worldwide.

The world has grown wise to both deceitful efforts. Now, it appears as though another narrative favored by Beijing is collapsing.

Whereas the Chinese regime suggested that the number of COVID-19 deaths inside China was under 90,000 since the beginning of the pandemic, the number is likely well into the millions — just for the first few months of this year.

As of Feb. 9, China's official COVID-19 death count was 83,150 deaths.

Researchers at the time suggested this figure was a gross undercount since it only included those infected with the virus who died in hospitals but not those who died at home, reported the New York Times.

According to the Guardian, beside requiring that COVID-19 deaths take place in hospitals to be counted, China also stipulated that only deaths caused by pneumonia and respiratory failure following a COVID infection would be counted, meaning sepsis and other complications associated with the virus didn't factor.

Zuo-Feng Zhang, chair of the epidemiology department at the Fielding School of Public Health at University of California, Los Angeles, told Time magazine in January the reported number was likely only "the tip of the iceberg."

On the basis of a report from Peking University, which indicated 64% of the Chinese population had been infected by mid-January, Zhang suggested 900,000 likely had died inside a window of just five weeks, presuming a conservative 0.1% case fatality rate.

Yong Cai, a demographer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill who studies mortality in China, told the Times that the official figure was "certainly an underreport of all [COVID] deaths. ... There's no question about that."

Shengjie Lai, an epidemiologist at the University of Southampton, intimated that with the hospitals overloaded and the ICU beds maxed out following the relaxation of China's "zero COVID" restrictions, many Chinese died outside of hospitals.

Earlier this year, the Times provided four estimates from academic teams concerning post-restriction death counts based on: 1) the Shanghai outbreak; 2) travel patterns; 3) recent testing data; and 4) American death rates. The estimates were 1.6 million, 970,000, 1.5 million, and 1.1 million deaths, respectively.

These stood in stark contrast not just with Beijing's official count but with the World Health Organization's claim that China has only seen 121,536 COVID-19 deaths since January 2020.

This week, official data briefly appeared on a provincial government website that hinted at the academic teams' estimates being in the right ballpark.

Cremation tallies were shared Thursday to the government website for the eastern Chinese province of Zhejiang, reported the Times.

While the data was only available briefly before being taken down, epidemiologists have since had an opportunity to pore over a cached version of the information.

They learned that cremations rose 70% in Zhejiang in Q1 2023 to 171,000 — 72,000 more than in the same period last year.

Ben Cowling, an epidemiologist at the University of Hong Kong, reckons that if the new data out of Zhejiang, which has a population of roughly 65.8 million people, is extrapolated to China's population of 1.4 billion, the death toll is nowhere near the official count but rather "consistent with the estimates of around 1.5 million."

Researchers at the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Hong Kong reportedly also reached a rough estimate of roughly 1.54 million deaths from December 2022 through March on the basis of the cremation figures.

The Times further intimated that the cremation figures, coupled with substantial declines in life expectancy around China, are together indicative of untold carnage. If the real death count ever comes out of China, it will likely dwarf America's.
