Expert predicts Trump’s next ‘MAJOR’ move following Mar-a-Lago search affidavit decision

Donald Trump hinted at his next "major" response to the FBI’s recent raid of his Mar-a-Lago home, and award-winning journalist and author John Solomon has a pretty good idea of what the former president is planning to do next.

“A major motion pertaining to the Fourth Amendment will soon be filed concerning the illegal Break-In of my home, Mar-a-Lago, right before the ever-important Mid-Term Elections. My rights, together with the rights of all Americans, have been violated at a level rarely seen before in our Country. Remember, they even spied on my campaign. The greatest Witch Hunt in USA history has been going on for six years, with no consequences to the scammers. It should not be allowed to continue!" Trump posted on Truth Social.

So what is this major move "pertaining to the Fourth Amendment"? Solomon joined Glenn Beck on the radio program to give his best guess and to offer more details concerning the raid and alleged corruption within the FBI.

"There is this long, six-year battle between the FBI and Donald Trump, and of course, it starts with Russia collusion, which we now know is completely contrived, a political investigation that had no predicate, no merit whatsoever," Solomon began. "Then as the presidency is coming to an end, as Donald Trump's leaving office on January 19, 2021, he declassifies the documents the FBI never wanted out in public. They didn't want these documents out. These are the way they handled their informants, what they knew before they signed the FISA warrant, and what they were telling the court versus what they knew internally.

"That just inflamed the FBI all more all the more," he continued. "Then in the last hour of the Trump presidency, I'm told at 11 o'clock on January 20, 2021, the FBI and the Justice Department grab those documents. They made up an excuse ... they grabbed them and for 19 months they've kept them from the American public despite a lawful order of a sitting president."

Asked by Glenn if Trump could have had the documents the FBI didn't want the public to see at Mar-a-Lago, Solomon said, "I've asked the president, 'Do you have the documents?' He's told me 'no.' That's why he gave me permission, as a journalist, to go to the non-public section of the National Archives and try to find these documents."

Solomon explained to Glenn that he now knows where the documents are and is taking "multiple actions" to negotiate with the Justice Department and the National Archives to get the documents "in the near future."

"I hope to have some really good news later this week," he added.

Solomon went on to recap FBI corruption that’s existed for decades. "This is an agency that has … a very big history of abuses. Time and time and time again," he stated.

Glenn then pivoted to Federal Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart's rejection on Monday of the Justice Department's request to keep the entire affidavit for the Mar-a-Lago search warrant sealed and asked Solomon what he believes Trump will likely do next.

"My reporting indicates that the [former] president is considering filing a motion to remove magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart," Solomon answered. "And, I think the president is going to ask that a special master be appointed, a court-appointed independent person, to take the documents from the FBI and go through them and say, 'These are privileged. These aren't. These are overly expansive, they shouldn't have been collected, like passports.' And not leave the FBI on an honor system given all we know. So, I think that's what we're going to see the president do."
