Declassified: Biden's memoir sparks legal firestorm
If Joe Biden has accomplished anything during his presidency, it’s letting the world know he isn’t the brightest commander in chief.
First it was the incessant gaffes and his poor policy decisions, and now it’s documenting classified information and sharing it with a ghostwriter for his memoir.
This sparked a classified investigation into the potential legal ramifications of his actions. The investigation uncovered evidence that Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials that included military and national security information.
However, In special counsel Robert Hur’s report, he concludes that Biden will not face any charges.
“This report is filled with damning indictments against Joe Biden, multiple violations of the Espionage Act, one after another after another, a black-and-white case,” Mark Levin says, disturbed by Hur’s conclusion.
In the report, it’s claimed that Biden would not be charged because of his deteriorating mental state.
“We wouldn’t charge him because he’s an imbecile,” Levin scoffs. “If only Donald Trump had such a prosecutor.”
Biden went on to say in a press conference that he did not willfully retain and disclose classified materials.
“He’s a serial liar,” Levin says, adding that “apart from the mental problems, he’s got character problems.”

Unveiling the dark secret: Why the two-state solution was rejected
Hamas leader Khaled Mashal has boldly proclaimed his rejection of a two-state solution — but this is nothing new.
Hamas has said over and over again that a two-state solution is not the way, but it falls on deaf ears in the United States.
“We have nothing to do with the two-state solution,” Mashal was heard saying on Memri TV. “We reject this notion, because it means that you would get a promise for a Palestinian state, yet you are required to recognize the legitimacy of the other state, which is the Zionist entity.”
Mark Levin doesn’t believe the two-state solution is right either, but not for the same reasons.
“In this second state, what exactly would it look like?” Levin asks. “It would be an armed encampment with advanced missiles, advanced jets, nuclear weapons, right on their border thanks to Iran.”
“It would be hordes and hordes of men prepared to rush into Israel at any time at any moment and to rape and pillage because Israel would not be able to defend its border, because it wouldn’t have much of a border to defend when you surrender 30% of your country,” he continues.
“Israel is supposed to accept this.”
Neither Israel nor Hamas want this solution, but Hamas’ reasoning is that they want Israel gone — and so do those who fund them.
“Iran doesn’t give a damn about a two-state solution with the Palestinians,” Levin says, “but Iran wants the Palestinians there, and so does Turkey, for the purpose of obliterating Israel and destroying the Jews.”
Khaled Mashal has said that rather than a two-state solution, Hamas will agree to a completely independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital and the right of return included.
“This from a man who is Hitlerian, who is genocidal, and this from a man in a leadership that can’t point to a single historical, biblical, or legal justification for the so-called misnomer Palestinians to have one inch of land in the ancestral homeland of the Jewish people,” Levin explains.

Levin: The rampant slavery our administration refuses to acknowledge
The modern educational system and media love to dwell on the slavery of the past — but they seem to have no problems with the slavery of the present and future.
Mark Levin does have a problem with it, and he’s tired of the Biden administration shoving it under the rug.
“There are at least four places on the face of the Earth where slavery is practiced and openly and supported: the continent of Africa, the Middle East region, Southeast Asia, and America,” Levin explains.
Slavery is spreading in America as the border remains open, thanks to the Biden administration and its policies. However, the Democrat response is hardly any different than it was to the slavery of 160 years ago.
“Democrat Party policies led by Joe Biden and Democrats in the Congress and their media supporters are promoting slavery on the southern border,” Levin says, noting that women and children are sold into pornography and sex slavery.
In an article from the Heritage Foundation from last year, Emma Waters reported that “about 50,000 people, primarily from Mexico and the Philippines, are trafficked into the U.S. annually.”
Waters went on to write that this past April, “a whistleblower told Congress’ House judiciary Committee that the ‘United States federal government has become the ‘middleman’ in a multibillion-dollar human trafficking operation targeting unaccompanied minors at the southern border.”
“If they gave a damn about what was going on on the southern border, they’d be leading with this story at least once a week. That there’s modern-day slavery taking place in the United States of America,” Levin says, disturbed.

Levin: Exposing the link between Hamas and Iran
While Israel has long maintained that Iran was involved in the October 7 Hamas attack, the Biden administration has gone to great lengths to deny a connection.
But the administration's adamant refusal to admit this connection is now being challenged by a recent discovery.
The Israel Defense Forces have uncovered a complex network of insidious underground terror tunnels in Gaza. The tunnels are filled with weapons, supplies, and even a precision-guided missile factory.
The tunnel system is being directly linked to Iran.
“There’s a very complex tunnel system,” Mark Levin comments. “There’s air conditioning; there’s a guided missile factory in there — all kinds of stuff. This is where your money and the cement and the fuel, this is where it’s all gone: to build this underground terror empire.”
The tunnel stretches one hundred meters and was being used to improve Hamas’ rockets and build precision components.
The IDF’s intelligence efforts found proof in its investigation of the tunnels that the Hamas terrorists learned under Iranian guidance how to create and build precision components, strategic weapons, and were schooled on technological knowledge in the field.
“So why does our administration keep denying the connection? Because they are ideologically committed to breathing life into the Iranian regime,” Levin explains.

Mark Levin: The attacks on Trump are 'monumentally outrageous'
While the Democrats are still yelling about the 2020 election, they’re doing as much as they can to alter the course of the next one.
Mark Levin pins this interference on “Joe Biden personally, and his surrogates at the Department of Justice, and his party members in the judgeships and the unelected prosecutors and the would-be unelected jurors should there be trials in these Democrat cities.”
It’s “monumentally outrageous,” he adds, noting that Biden has “interfered up and down.”
Levin is of course referring to the attacks on Donald Trump, which he says are “undermining our voting system.”
Trump is currently at the mercy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, where a three-judge panel will debate the limits of presidential immunity.
The panel, which features “two radical leftists,” is set to decide whether or not the former president should be granted immunity from a four-count criminal indictment that charges him with plotting to overturn the 2020 presidential election and inciting a violent riot at the Capitol.
Levin doesn’t believe the panel of judges is promising.
“The worst of the bunch was appointed by Biden,” Levin says, referring to Judge Florence Pan.
“This was done to try and impact and interfere with the election and to get Joe Biden re-elected,” Levin warns.

Levin: Foreign regimes have been pumping money into American universities for decades
Authoritarian countries like Qatar, China, and Russia have been pumping billions of dollars into American colleges and universities since 2001 — and the mainstream media has remained silent.
“It’s been going on for decades, right under our noses,” Mark Levin says, adding, “the ruling class in America has failed us, so horrendously.”
According to a December 19 report from OffThePress.com, “Foreign nations have donated $43 billion to American universities since 1990.”
Elite universities have “massively underreported” the funding.
Why fund American universities as a foreign country?
“They’re buying minds, hearts, and souls,” Levin explains, and it shows.
According to a recent study, higher levels of campus anti-Semitism and a decline in free speech norms are associated with the underreported funding. The increase in anti-Semitism across universities has hit an astounding 300%.
This increase has been “linked to $13 billion in undisclosed foreign funds from 2014 to 2019” by “governments in the Middle East, China, and Russia.”
Harvard, Yale, and Georgetown were among the top recipients.
These foreign countries are using this funding “to promote terrorism, to buy the minds of our people in our own schools and to buy politicians in this country,” Levin says.
Despite the clear money trail and influence on American students, the mainstream media seems unbothered.
“Isn’t this breaking news? That academia has been bought and paid for by communist, fascistic, Islamist regimes by monarchies? Isn’t that important to know?” Levin asks, adding, “these colleges and universities have become Stalinist-like rat nests.”

Dana Perino introduces 'the amazing Secretary Hillary Clinton' while participating in Clinton Global Initiative 2023 Meeting
Dana Perino of the Fox News Channel, who served as one of the moderators for the second Republican presidential primary debate of the 2024 election cycle, recently moderated a session at the Clinton Global Initiative 2023 Meeting and even introduced former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as "the amazing Secretary Hillary Clinton."
Perino, who served as White House press secretary during a portion of President George W. Bush's tenure, co-anchors "America's Newsroom" and cohosts "The Five" on the Fox News Channel.
Clinton, the wife of former President Bill Clinton, served as a U.S. senator from New York and later as secretary of state during a portion of President Barack Obama's time in office. She was tapped as the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee, but ultimately lost the election to Republican Donald Trump.
The session Perino hosted at the Clinton Global Initiative Meeting was titled "Journalism on the Frontlines: How protecting freedom of the press supports all human rights." The panel included Dow Jones CEO and Wall Street Journal publisher Almar Latour, Washington Post opinion writer Jason Rezaian, and Jodie Ginsberg, president of the Committee to Protect Journalists.
After moderating the panel, Perino introduced "the amazing Secretary Hillary Clinton," warmly shaking Clinton's hand once the Democratic figure walked on stage.
Jordan Schachtel highlighted the footage of Perino praising Clinton.

During the GOP primary debate on Wednesday, Perino said to the candidates that if they all remain in the race, former President Donald Trump will clinch the GOP presidential nomination. "So, which one of you on stage tonight should be voted off the island?" she asked, instructing the candidates to write down their answer.
While some of the candidates appeared like they were going to follow Perino's instructions, former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley asked Perino if she was serious, and then Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said he would decline to do as Perino had instructed. Ultimately, none of the candidates opted to take part in the stunt.

Levin: Making America great again. Reagan and Trump's similar rise to the presidency
Donald Trump and Ronald Reagan have more in common than you might think.
According to Mark Levin, Reagan was the “greatest vote-getter in Republican history” despite coordinated attacks on his candidacy.
“The same propaganda or wrong analysis or intentional effort to undermine Trump was used against Reagan,” he explains.
While Reagan and Trump have incredibly different personalities, their roads to the White House were both unlikely and quite similar.
In a 2016 article from New York Magazine, Frank Rich writes, “Reagan and Trump’s opposing styles belie their similarities of substance. Both have marketed the same brand of outrage to the same angry segments of the electorate.”
Levin disagrees with Rich’s “cheap shots,” but agrees with the overall idea.
“The same jeering press attracted some of the same battlefront allies (Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Phyllis Schlafly), offended the same elites (including two generations of Bushes), outmaneuvered similar political adversaries, and espoused the same conservative populism,” Rich continued.
And Levin believes Trump can do it again.
“He already served for four years. We the American people are quite familiar with him, and we are quite familiar with the people who are trying to undermine him,” Levin says.
