Prominent victim of the sex-change regime endorses Trump in gut-wrenching ad

De-transitioner Chloe Cole announced Monday that she is endorsing President Donald Trump because of his plan to protect children from the ravages of the ideologically captive and unscientific sex-change regime, which Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, alternatively support.

"When I was 12 years old, doctors led me to believe that I was transgender," said Cole, now 20. "I was told that puberty blockers, hormones and surgeries were my only options. They were wrong."

Cole noted that her body has been irreversibly transmogrified and that she must spend the rest of her life dealing with the consequences.

The de-transitioner went into greater detail in 2022, telling the Florida Boards of Medicine and Osteopathic Medicine Joint Rules/Legislative Committee, "At 13, I started taking puberty blockers and testosterone. At 15, I underwent a double mastectomy in which my breasts were removed and my nipples were grafted. And yet, at 16, after years of medically transitioning, I came to realize I severely regretted my transition."

Despite having been a "very feminine girl" from a young age, Cole noted she was soon barraged by "inappropriate content" in "an echo chamber of far-left ideology," which suggested sex and gender are separate and that children suffering from confusion ought to go under the knife.

'He's committed to protecting children from these rash decisions.'

Last year, Chloe Cole filed a suit against the Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, which performed, supervised, and/or advised transgender hormone therapy and surgical intervention on her between the ages of 13 and 16.

Cole accused the defendants of "failing to provide [her] with competent informed consent regarding the treatment options available and the relevant risks and benefits of treatments."

The lawsuit also accused the defendants of "manipulating [her] and her parents into a false decision making matrix by deliberately obscuring relevant information, by presenting false and misleading information, and by thwarting their rational decision making process through inserting an emotionally supercharged ultimatum of a grossly exaggerated suicide risk when no such risk existed for Chloe."

While Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, and other Democrats support so-called "gender-affirming care" for adults and children alike, Cole's concerns about informed consent raise what may be a universal problem with the sex-change operations — especially if patients are not made aware of recent studies and government-sponsored investigations indicating "gender-affirming care" is largely ineffective and dangerous and based on bad science.

Dr. Melanie Crites-Bachert, a urologist and osteopathic surgeon with expertise in pelvic reconstruction, recently told Blaze News that when it comes to sex-change medical interventions, "Informed consent is severely lacking here. You're not giving patients all of the information that they need to make these types of decisions, especially minors."

"I still think that adults are not given the proper informed consent," continued Crites-Bachert. "But when you're talking about children, this is the most vulnerable of our population. They are vulnerable at that time in their life where hormones are everywhere. ... They are being promised a magic injection or a magic pill: 'Oh yes, all of your problems will be solved.'"

Cole emphasized in her ad that when it comes to protecting kids, the choice is clear.

"Today, Kamala Harris is pushing children into these procedures, limiting their choices later on in life," said Cole. "That's why I'm voting for Donald Trump — because he's committed to protecting children from these rash decisions."

The last time Harris ran for president, she indicated in an American Civil Liberties Union questionnaire that she would use her executive authority to ensure that transvestites and so-called "non-binary people" who rely on the state for medical care would be provided with "comprehensive treatment associated with gender transition," including sex-change mutilations.

Harris, who has since signaled support for sex-changes for minors, clarified that she would also ensure taxpayer-funded sex changes for federal prisoners and illegal aliens, stressing that "transition treatment is a medical necessity."

The Biden-Harris administration indicated in July that it supported overturning bans on sex-change mutilations for minors.

Neera Tanden, domestic policy adviser to President Joe Biden, said in a statement obtained by the Guardian, "Families should have the freedom to make the medical decisions that they and their doctors determine are best for them — which is why we oppose attempts to limit healthcare for transgender individuals in the courts or through legislation."

The activist outfit Advocates for Trans Equality endorsed Harris on July 22, stating, "A Harris Administration would not only uphold but also expand upon the protections for transgender Americans established by the Biden Administration."

Tim Walz has similarly staked out an extreme position, issuing a gubernatorial decree on March 8, 2023, making Minnesota a "refuge" for those who would provide confusion-affirming genital mutilations and sterilizing hormone therapies to kids and adults alike.

"All state agencies must, to the fullest extent of their lawful authority, pursue opportunities and coordinate with each other to protect people or entities providing, assisting, seeking, or obtaining gender affirming health care services in Minnesota," wrote Walz.

Trump, meanwhile, has repeatedly pledged to penalize health care providers that provide sex-change medical interventions to minors if elected in November.

Trump vowed in February 2023 to "stop the chemical, physical, and emotional mutilation of our youth because no serious country should be telling its children that they were born with the wrong gender."

To this end, he indicated he would:

  • revoke the Biden-Harris administration's "cruel policies on so-called 'gender-affirming care'";
  • sign an executive order instructing every federal agency to cease all programs that promote the concept of gender transition;
  • lean on Congress to defund efforts to promote or pay for sex changes;
  • help pass a law "prohibiting child sexual mutilation on all 50 states"; and
  • direct his Department of Justice to investigate the pharmaceutical industry and various hospitals to determine whether they "deliberately covered up horrific long-term side effects of sex transitions in order to get rich."

Cole emphasized Monday, "Zero elected democrat politicians on the federal level have fought to keep children from getting sterilized or mutilated in the name of 'gender affirming care.'"

While radicals have renewed their attacks on the de-transitioner, her ad was otherwise well-received.

Elon Musk said, "Bravo!"

The parental rights advocacy group Courage Is a Habit tweeted, "Thank you for never stopping."

DeSantis makes reporter regret concern-mongering about Florida's fight to save kids from sex changes

Florida passed legislation in 2023 to protect children from the ravages of the sex-change regime. In addition to banning the execution of genital mutilations on minors and the prescription of sterilizing puberty blockers to children, the Sunshine State also made the provision of such transmogrifying procedures or drugs a felony.

The work by Republican lawmakers and Gov. Ron DeSantis to protect children was temporarily undone Tuesday by Robert Hinkle, a Clinton-nominated federal judge.

Hinkle claimed in his ruling that "gender identity is real" and argued that the provision of drugs long been used to chemically castrate sex offenders amounted to "proper treatment" — despite the growing understanding among medical professionals in the West that so-called gender-affirming care is a barbaric and unscientific practice whose victims rarely if ever can provide proper consent.

Hinkle's arguments were reminiscent of those made by fellow Clinton Judge B. Lynn Winmill, who in December prevented Idaho's ban on child sex changes from going into effect. Winmill, whose decision was reversed by the U.S. Supreme Court, cited as legitimate the guidelines provided by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, which was exposed earlier this year in leaked internal documents as a purveyor of destructive pseudoscience.

Hinkle concluded that Florida's protections for children were "unconstitutional."

When Gov. DeSantis made clear that Florida would appeal the decision, a reporter concern-mongered about the potential cost of the appeal.

The reporter said, "Your office told us that you plan to appeal the gender-affirming ruling from yesterday. So my question ... since we're talking about the budget of taxpayer dollars, why should taxpayer dollars go to this case for the appeal?"

DeSantis did not mince words in his reply.

'You're basically saying the people of Florida shouldn't govern themselves.'

"Because it's wrong to mutilate minors! It is wrong," said Gov. DeSantis. "It is wrong to perform a sex change on a 16-year-old. You're not allowed to get a tattoo but somehow you can have your privates cut off?"

"Give me a break," continued DeSantis. "This is wrong. And I would also say this has already been decided by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. They upheld Alabama's law, which was almost identical to Florida's law."

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Jan. 11 that Alabama's ban on adolescent sex change mutilations could remain in effect. The state's Republican Attorney General Steve Marshall said at the time, "This is a significant victory for our country, for children, and for common sense."

DeSantis stressed, "This will be reversed. There's no question it'll be reversed."

The governor then invited the concern-mongering reporter to think on the mindset of the Constitution's authors:

When the Founding Fathers were creating the Constitution and when the first Congress passed the Bill of Rights, or even when they passed the Reconstruction Amendments in the 1860s, do you think a single person involved in that thought that there was a constitutional right to do this genital mutilation? It's ridiculous.

After indicating there is no question of whether states are within their rights to protect children from losing their genitals in unscientific rituals, DeSantis took the reporter to task for his suggestion that Florida shouldn't fight back against activist judges.

DeSantis said that by suggesting the Sunshine State should not spend money on appeal, the reporter was effectively saying that "any liberal judge should be able to veto the policy of the State of Florida because they go to the same judges every time, we lose almost every time, and then we win on appeal almost every time."

"So if you're not willing to defend Florida's duly enacted statutes against liberal jurisprudence, then you're basically saying the people of Florida shouldn't govern themselves and that we should just turn over our destiny to some trial judge somewhere," said DeSantis. "That I refuse to do."

According to the governor, appealing the decision of the Clinton judge is not simply a matter of protecting innocents and taking the fight to those who would profit from their misery, but signaling that Florida refuses to embrace ideological fads over timeless truths.

"Are we going to be rooted in truth as a society or not?" said DeSantis. "If we're rooted in truth, then you would say, 'Of course you can't do these surgeries because it's not going to take and transform somebody that's a male into a female.'"

DeSantis reiterated for the reporter's benefit, "I am not going to turn over the destiny of this state to liberal judges."

Maine Democrats push bill that would allow state to seize kids from parents preventing them from getting sex-change surgeries

Democrats in Maine are poised to advance legislation that would grant the state emergency jurisdiction over children whose parents refuse to subject them to sex-change mutilations and other confusion-affirming medical interventions. Additionally, it would prevent authorities from reuniting runaways with parents out of state if they traveled to Maine to have their genitals removed.

A judiciary committee hearing was originally scheduled for Wednesday morning to discuss whether to advance LD 1735, the so-called "Act to Safeguard Gender-affirming Health Care." However, the review has reportedly been postponed on account of bad weather and will now be held at 3:00 p.m. on Jan. 25.

The bill resembles "kidnapping" legislation in various Democratic-run states, including Democratic California state Rep. Scott Wiener's SB 107, which made California a so-called sanctuary for child sex-change mutilations.

Should the act pass:

  • courts would be prohibited from considering the abduction of a child from a parent or guardian who has legal custody "if the taking or retention was for obtaining gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming or gender-affirming mental health care";
  • courts will be authorized to "take temporary jurisdiction because a child has been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care or gender-affirming mental health care"; and
  • law enforcement would be barred from participating in the "arrest or extradition of an individual pursuant to an out-of-state arrest warrant" based on laws against the sexual mutilation of children.

"Gender-affirming health care" is defined as "medically necessary health care that respects the gender identity of the patient, as experienced and defined by the patient."

This so-called "care" includes genital mutilations; sterilizing chemical interventions and hormone therapies; and cosmetic surgeries "to align the patient's appearance or physical body with the patient's gender identity."

"Gender-affirming mental health care" is defined thusly: "Mental health care or behavioral health care that respects the gender identity of the patient, as experienced and defined by the patient, including, but not limited to, developmentally appropriate exploration and integration of identity, reduction of distress, adaptive coping and strategies to increase family acceptance."

Children taken from their parents and rendered wards of the state would thereafter have access to state-funded programs that pay down the cost of the irreversible and disfiguring procedures.

The bill's primary sponsor is state Rep. Laurie Osher, the leader of the legislature's LGBTQ+ Equality Caucus. Its cosponsors are Democratic state Reps. Erin Sheehan, James Worth, Matthew Moonen, Nina Azella Milliken, and Suzanne M. Salisbury and state Sen. Anne Carney.

Ahead of the state judiciary committee's now-postponed meeting Wednesday, the parental rights group Courage Is a Habit ramped up its pressure campaign to "take a chunk out of the Transgender Cult," providing the email addresses of the committee members.

Alvin Lui, president of Courage Is a Habit, told the Post Millennial, "If you're wondering how you got there in Maine, wherever you live ... it's because over time, you've allowed your kindness to be weaponized against you and they kept moving that goalpost and now, even when they're proposing a transgender trafficking bill, they're still using emotional blackmail to try to get you to accept this."

Libs of TikTok highlighted this legislation prioritizing the medicalization of children over parental rights, prompting significant backlash.

Megyn Kelly wrote on X, "This is SICK! Bombard them with emails. This cannot pass."

— (@)

Mike Davis of the Article III Project noted, "This is clearly unconstitutional under the U.S. Constitution. And the most monstrous bill I've seen in a long time."

Political scientist and legal scholar Carol Swain asked, "Do we really want the state making medical decisions for our children or elderly parents? I don't think so."

"Demonic," wrote Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch.

Other critics suggested LD1735 amounted to a Democratic effort to increase medical tourism to the state and to increase the profits pharmaceutical companies.

Transvestite who wants puberty blockers as 'default option' for kids joins other radicals on WHO task force

The World Health Organization, a specialized agency of the U.N. still regarded by some to be an authority on health matters, has assembled a task force to develop "a guideline on the health of trans and gender diverse people."

Critics have blasted the WHO over this guideline development group, not only because it presumes at the outset that gender dysphoria must be entertained and that genital mutilation qualifies as "care," but because of the radical activists it comprises.

One member in particular has prompted serious doubt over the value and seriousness of whatever recommendations the group might ultimately make: a French-Canadian man who calls himself Florence Ashley and describes himself as a "transfeminine activist, academic, and slut."

The WHO, which has gone back to receiving hundreds of millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars a year under President Joe Biden, announced on Dec. 18 that Ashley would be among the 21 appointees, predominantly transvestites and LGBT activists, who will meet in February to work on a guideline.

The guideline they are to work on will supposedly tackle the "provision of gender-affirming care, including hormones; health workers education and training for the provision of gender-inclusive care; ... health policies that support gender-inclusive care, and legal recognition of self-determined gender identity."

Ashley, an assistant professor at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in Canada, has already made clear where he stands on these issues.

The radical transvestite claimed in a 2019 paper published in Clinical Child Psychology and Psychiatry that "Unbounded social transition and ready access to puberty blockers ought to be treated as the default option, and support should be offered to parents who may have difficulty accepting their youth."

He claimed in an article for the leftist blog Truthout that efforts to protect children from irreversible puberty blockers, genital mutilations, and LGBT propaganda are "rooted in racism and white supremacy."

Reduxx reported that Ashley has also called for destructive puberty blocker drugs to be mandated as a go-to "gender creative youth."

"Although taking puberty blockers is a form of medical treatment, it certainly facilitates exploration significantly more than letting puberty run its course; whereas puberty strongly favours cis embodiment by raising the psychological and medical toll of transitioning, puberty blockers structurally place transgender and cisgender hormonal futures in approximate symmetry," Ashley wrote. "Youth who take puberty blockers have their options wide open, their bodies unaltered by either testosterone or oestrogen."

Extra to championing irreversible, sterilizing medications for confused children, Ashley has called for parents "who have difficulty accepting their child's gender identity and transition" to be subjected to re-education to resolve their "parental hostility and rejection of their trans child."

The WHO appointee also argued in the Dalhousie Law Journal for the decriminalization of rape by fraud, specifically in cases where a transvestite has sex with a victim without indicating he isn't actually a woman as advertised. "To turn f***ing into a crime because the person's gender challenges the sexual identity of their consenting partners is an attempt to further entrench a cisheteronormative social order," wrote Ashley.

Ashley himself has contemplated committing sexual assault by fraud, writing, "I can’t wait to have sex with a cishet guy and ask him: 'Oh babe, how does it feel f***ing a penis with your penis?'"

The Post Millennial's Libby Emmons further highlighted that Ashley has argued against requirements that prospective victims undergo mental health assessments before receiving sex-change surgeries or taking hormone therapies.

— (@)

Leor Sapir, a political scientist and fellow at the Manhattan Institute, wrote, "I've been asked how it's possible that a reputable institution like @WHO can appoint as an expert to a clinical guideline panel an activist lawyer who demands that others use 'that b****' as a pronoun. And yet that's exactly what WHO has done."

— (@)

Reem Alsalem, the U.N. special rapporteur on violence against women and girls, lashed out at WHO, claiming it was taking a "one-sided," pro-medicalization approach to so-called "trans healthcare," reported the Guardian.

Alsalem wrote to WHO's director general that the task force contained "significant unmanaged conflicts of interest."

"Stakeholders whose views differ from those held by transgender activist organisations do not appear to have been invited," wrote the feminist special rapporteur. "Such stakeholders include experts from European public health authorities who have taken the lead on developing an evidence-based and consequently cautious approach to youth gender transitions (eg England, Sweden and Finland)."

The WHO task force also includes former presidents of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, an American lobby group that Reduxx indicated has "multiple ties to academics involved in either pro-pedophilia activism or pedophilia apologism."

WPATH's latest "Standards of Care," reportedly developed in collaboration with the Eunuch Archive, a castration fetish forum that hosts erotica concerning the castration of children and other grotesque acts, calls for no age limits on sex changes for minors, reported the College Fix.

Most appointees, including Ashley, suffered "strong, one-sided views in favour of promoting hormonal gender transition and legal recognition of self-asserted gender," Alsalem continued in her letter to the head of the WHO. "Not one appears to represent a voice of caution for medicalising youth with gender dysphoria or the protection of female-only spaces."

The Clinical Advisory Network on Sex and Gender, a large group of clinicians in the U.K. and Ireland, recently raised the question of why the WHO task force figured mutilations and chemical treatments were necessarily the best way forward.

"There are no robust randomised-controlled trials supporting gender-affirming medical and surgical interventions, and therefore there are no studies which tell us about the efficacy of these interventions, in children or adults," the group said in a Jan. 4 statement.

The CANSG also noted that allowing transvestites to claim access to the rights of the opposite sex has "harmful public health consequences," including on "women in prisons, in hospitals, in care, in mental health settings, women accessing services following domestic or sexual violence, and those that are dependent on other people for intimate care."

"WHO is trusted the world over to produce reliable guidelines that take a human rights approach to promoting health equity. Given the rising controversy in this field, it would appear that WHO is out of touch with developments globally. We urge WHO to pause this guideline and rethink its approach," added CANSG.

Study linking ghastly tests on corpses and live dogs to sex-change surgeries re-emerges, sparking outrage

Chinese scientists made a show years ago of mutilating live dogs and human corpses in hopes of better equipping mentally ill women with mock penises. Over the weekend, feminists took to pressing animal rights activists about their silence on the matter.

Although only recently making the rounds on social media, the study now inflaming feminists was published in 2018 by the medical journal Sexual Medicine. The study chronicled the nightmarish efforts by Zhuming Yin and his team from the communist-controlled Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College to "develop a 1-stage prosthesis-free dynamic cavernosa reconstruction method using bilateral innervate gracilis muscles."

In other words, Yin and his team were developing a new and improved way of mutilating the female clitoris and thigh muscles in order to construct fake penises for transvestites.

Yin and his team justified their work in part by highlighting an increasing number of patients with "gender dysphoria" and a corresponding rise in "demand for anatomic, functional, and esthetic penile reconstruction."

There appears to be a growing market for the expensive procedures, especially in the U.S., where the number of minors ages 6-17 diagnosed with so-called gender dysphoria has skyrocketed in recent years. Reuters reported that in 2017, there were 15,172 new diagnoses in the United States. In 2021, there were 41,167. The number is likely to continue rising.

The JAMA Network Open indicated on the basis of a cohort study including data from the Nationwide Ambulatory Survey Sample and the National Inpatient Sample, sex-change operations nearly tripled from 2016 to 2019.

While gruesome options were already available to women seeking sex changes, the Chinese study noted that such surgeries involved multiple stages as well as various complications, specifically with the implantation of an "erectile prosthesis," including dysfunction, "prosthesis malposition, infection, protrusion, and leakage."

To test their one-stage sex-change method, the scientists first experimented on the remains of 10 freshly deceased human beings who had been between the ages of 38 and 73. The study indicated these dissections served as a proof of concept for transformation of thigh muscles, skin flaps, and corpora cavernosa into monstrous aggregates intended to altogether resemble male phalli.

After butchering the dead, Yin and his team set their sights on 11 mixed-breed female dogs, all between the ages of 11 and 13 months old. The canine subjects were loaded full of ketamine, fentanyl, and other drugs, then subjected to "penile reconstruction surgery."

"Each dog after surgery was equipped with a large-sized Elizabethan collar to prevent the animal from biting and licking the surgical site," said the study. "The animals were examined daily within 2 weeks after surgery until the wound healed completely."

The Chinese scientists then subjected the transmogrified creatures to further indignities, electrocuting the dogs' transplanted thigh muscles to test whether their alien parts would attain "sufficient hardness to complete sexual intercourse."

In what was apparently the first and last mercy shown to the dogs, Yin's team euthanized all of the test subjects after seven months of assessments — with the exception of one canid that died after the surgery. The fake penises on the dead dogs were then "harvested" for further study.

It appears some American researchers have already put the Chinese experiments into the service of the transgender agenda stateside. A team of researchers at the Center for Gender Surgery, Boston Children's Hospital, cited the study in October 2022 as evidence of a surgical means to help "transgender men achieve penetrative function after phalloplasty."

The feminist publication Reduxx drew attention to the study Sunday as well as to the recent efforts of critics to rouse the concern of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

One feminist wrote to PETA, "You protest against milking cows; how about protesting against something truly horrible?"

"Yet when they were testing women's cosmetics on rabbits - there were world wide protests. what could the difference be?" wrote another self-described feminist.

"They experimented on female dogs in the name in gender ideology and trans 'health care,'" wrote another feminist. "They butchered them and sewed on fake penises. Another horror in the miles long ever expanding list of horrors to come out of this madness."

The X account Real Parents of Loudoun County cast doubt on the purported ethical nature of the Chinese experiments and stressed, "It's time to end these practices. No one is born in the wrong body."

Yet another de-transitioner comes forward, suing doctors who she claims cut her up at 16 after two appointments and a single consultation: They 'affirmed that chaos into reality'

A Nebraska woman who underwent a sex-change surgery at the age of 16 is suing the medical practitioners who cut off her breasts, left her in a constant state of pain, and likely rendered her infertile.

Luka Hein's complaint, filed Wednesday in the District Court of Douglas County, Nebraska, accuses University of Nebraska Medical Center and UNMC medical practitioners Dr. Jean Amoura, Dr. Perry Johnson, Dr. Stephan Barrientos, and therapist Megan Smith-Sallan of malpractice, alleging their "misleading descriptions and false claims" pertaining to sex-change mutilations were in violation of the state's Consumer Protection Act.

The lawsuit contends that Hein, put "on the fast track" for mastectomies at 15 years of age, ultimately had her breasts removed "when she was not old enough to understand the ramifications thereof or consent thereto" and after her "parents had been manipulated into consenting."

Prior to her delusion-affirming treatments, Luka was reportedly having suicidal thoughts and harming herself. To further compound her anxiety and confusion, Luka indicated her parents were getting a divorce and she had been "groomed online and preyed upon by an older man out of state."

According to Hein's complaint, inside an hour into her first therapy session at the UNMC Gender Clinic, her therapist "diagnosed Luka with gender identity disorder and began steering her toward transgender medical treatment with Defendant Amoura at the gender clinic."

The suit blasts UNMC and those who savaged Hein's body not only for "using surgical means to treat a mental health disorder" but for failing to "wait and see if Luka's gender dysphoria would resolve with time"; "to develop a different diagnosis"; "to warn Luka that the mental health of patients does not improve with surgery"; "to obtain a proper pre-operative mental health evaluation"; and/or "question Luka's self-diagnosis of trans-identification before amputating her breasts."

Harmeet Dhillon, the founder and CEO of the Center for American Liberty, is representing Hein in the case. Dhillon has previously represented other victims of gender ideology, including de-transitioner Chloe Cole.

Dhillon told the Daily Mail, "Coercive methods were used to coerce the family into agreeing to it, such as a false representation about the mental health fallout from not doing it. 'Your daughter will commit suicide if you don't agree to this,' was communicated to her parents."

"Doctors should not behave to vulnerable children or families in this manner, period. Doctors should not be mutilating and permanently disfiguring children, period, without some medical necessity, which did not present itself in this case," added Dhillon.

The Center for American Liberty noted, "No child should have to go through the irreversible trauma that UNMC doctors put Luka through. And if she wins her lawsuit, perhaps no child will."

Hein, originally from Minnesota, told the Daily Mail, "I was going through the darkest and most chaotic time in my life, and instead of being given the help I needed, these doctors affirmed that chaos into reality."

"I don't think kids can ever consent to having essentially full bodily functions taken away at a young age before they even know what that means," continued Hein, who is also bringing a $2,250,000 tort claim against the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska. "I was talked into medical intervention that I could not fully understand the long-term impacts and consequences of."

Besides the scars on her chest, the suit notes that the testosterone treatments Hein was subjected to over the course of four years "caused the disruption of her endocrine system, heart damage, deepening of her voice, pain in her vocal cords, joints, lumbar spine, hands, wrists, elbows, and pelvic area, as well as permanent dysregulation of her reproductive organs."

Hein is one of a growing number of victims to take legal action against the medical professionals and institutions who hacked away various parts of their bodies to remedy feelings of body dysphoria.

TheBlaze reported in March that Layla Jane took action against the Kaiser Permanente hospital system, which began giving her puberty blockers at the age of 12 and amputated her healthy breasts the next year.

Chloe Cole filed a suit against the Permanente Medical Group, Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals who performed, supervised, and/or advised transgender hormone therapy and surgical intervention on her between the ages of 13 and 16.

Florida will bar Medicaid coverage for gender reassignment surgeries, hormones

Florida will prohibit Medicaid coverage for various gender reassignment measures such as surgeries, puberty blockers, hormones, hormone antagonists, and procedures that would change primary or secondary sex characteristics.

The rule, which marks a blow against radical leftist gender ideology, will go into effect later this month on August 21.

"Throughout this process ⁦@AHCA_FL [Florida Agency for Health Care Administration] has remained committed to following the evidence in the treatment of gender dysphoria, rather than the eminence of a medical society or association. Our focus will always be on paving the way for a healthier Florida," tweeted Brock Juarez, communications director for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.

Media reports discussing the state's move used the term "gender-affirming" to refer to the gender transition measures that will not be covered by Florida Medicaid. A Politico headline read, "Florida bans Medicaid from covering gender-affirming treatments," while a Washington Post headline declared, "Florida to bar Medicaid coverage for those seeking gender-affirming care."

"'Gender affirming care' is not standard medical terminology. It's propaganda. The media should stop using left-wing talking points," Juarez tweeted.

Several groups issued a joint statement expressing staunch opposition to the rule.

"Lambda Legal, Southern Legal Counsel, Florida Health Justice Project, and National Health Law Program denounce Florida's cruel effort to strip transgender Floridians on Medicaid of the ability to access essential, medically necessary, and often lifesaving medical care," the groups said in the statement. "This discriminatory and medically unsound rule will take effect on August 21, 2022, putting transgender people in jeopardy of losing access to critical gender-affirming health care services."

Leftists were outraged earlier this year by the approval of legislation in the Sunshine State that included a provision that prohibits teaching about gender identity and sexual orientation in kindergarten through third grade.

"Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards," the law states.
