Preplanned? ROGUE judges protecting criminals over law-abiding Americans

Just this past November, Americans overwhelmingly voted to put Donald Trump in the White House — and for far more than one good reason. Now, deep-state bureaucrats and rogue judges are trying to prevent the president from doing what he was elected to do in the first place.

“I think that’s really crucial to remind everyone,” Sara Gonzales of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered” comments. “They’re trying to block him from making executive decisions even though he is the highest executive officer in the land.”

“Three rulings on immigration that are a direct threat to President Trump’s mandate to mass-deport all of these millions of illegals that broke the law coming into the country under Joe Biden,” she continues.

One ruling surrounds immigration enforcement in sanctuary cities.

“A federal judge just blocked the Trump administration from withholding federal funds from sanctuary jurisdictions,” Gonzales explains. “So now, you’re supposed to believe that it’s legal for a state to actively go against federal law and that that state somehow is allowed the same amount of taxpayer funds.”

“This is your money, this is my money, this is all of our money that we just somehow are forced to throw at whatever state wants to disregard whatever law they want to, and they still are allowed to take as much money from us,” she continues.

“And here we are. They are saying that these cities will be rewarded for protecting criminal illegals and actively obstructing ICE against federal freaking law,” she adds.

But this isn’t the first time judges have stopped Trump from going after sanctuary cities.

During his first term in 2018, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals was divided before agreeing with the lower court that the order exceeded President Trump’s authority when it came to sanctuary city funds.

Not only have they been weakening his battle with sanctuary cities, but another federal judge recently struck down Trump’s effort to require proof of citizenship to vote.

“Now they’re saying the president doesn’t get to say that you have to provide proof of citizenship to vote in this country,” Gonzales says. “You couldn’t even make it up if you tried. You could not even make up the absurdity of it all, that somehow, we are supposed to believe that, what? The president doesn’t get to say, ‘Hey, guys, it’s a rule that you can’t vote in these elections unless you’re a citizen'?”

“Some might say this was a plan all along when you move 20 million illegals into this country and then you insert judges who will vouch that you don’t need ID in order to vote,” she adds.

Musk’s Wisconsin bombshell: Yes, illegal aliens VOTED with SSNs during Biden era

The attacks on Tesla have escalated into full-blown domestic terrorism. What exactly are these violent far-leftists trying to prove?

Conservative influencer and co-host of "Steve Bannon’s War Room” Natalie Winters answered this question in a recent X post. On April 1, she wrote, “They’re doing to Teslas what they want to do to Trump supporters. This is not a protest. It’s a color revolution.”

“This post from Natalie Winters on X has been replaying in my head all day because I think it's not only pithy, it encapsulates the reality of the situation,” says Liz Wheeler, host of “The Liz Wheeler show.”

“Keep in mind what is actually being done to Teslas. They're not just being keyed; Tesla owners aren't just finding nasty notes on their vehicles. … We're talking firebombing, shots being fired, Molotov cocktails being hurled at Tesla showrooms,” she continues.

How does the left justify such violence?

Liz’s answer is simple and profound: “The left and the mainstream media has spent the past decade branding Donald Trump as an authoritarian Nazi tyrant” and “branding you as fascist sympathizer,” so “when they hurl these Molotov cocktails … they feel justified because they've been told if they don't stop you by any means necessary that you're going to commit some heinous genocide” against “marginalized people.”

Elon Musk has become a prime target, she explains, because “he is exposing the nexus of the entire plot to destroy America.”

“It's always been part of the left's anti-American strategy to flood the United States with illegal aliens” for the purpose of destroying our welfare and education systems, says Liz. “Elon Musk by DOGEing the federal government and exposing this kind of fraud is hovering over the target.”

And he’s doing it unapologetically. On March 30, at a town hall event in Wisconsin, Musk, alongside his longtime associate Antonio Gracias, exposed the millions of noncitizens who got Social Security numbers during Biden’s presidency.

“It was a massive, large-scale program to import as many illegals as possible, ultimately to change the entire voting map of the United States and disenfranchise the American people and make it a permanent, deep-blue one-party state from which there would be no escape,” Musk said frankly.

“This is true. The defaults in the system, from Social Security to all of the benefit programs, have been set to max inclusion, max pay for these people and minimum collection. We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid,” Gracias added.

The DOGE team then looked at voting records from the 5.5 million illegal immigrants who had obtained Social Security numbers during Biden’s era and found that some of this population was not only registered to vote but actually did vote.

“We've been gaslit as conservatives for years by the left saying, ‘You don't have any evidence that there's any kind of voter fraud that's happening,”’ Liz recalls. “Well, here’s your evidence.”

Musk’s next investigation, he revealed, will be into members of Congress who despite earning $200,000 a year have net worths in the multimillions.

“Please, Elon, I beg of you, please start your investigation with Nancy Pelosi,” Liz pleads.

Arizona court allows nearly 98K without citizenship confirmation to vote over decades-old gov't error

The Arizona Supreme Court unanimously decided to allow residents who were allowed to vote based on a decades-old government error to vote in the November election despite not confirming their citizenship status.

'They have NOT provided documented proof of citizenship.'

The court said it wanted to avoid disenfranchising a large number of voters who have citizenship but did not certify it because of the government error.

As previously reported by Blaze News, the complicated election laws in Arizona set up the conditions whereby voters who had not certified their citizenship were assumed to be citizens based on their having a driver's license before 1996 and receiving a replacement license after 2004.

"All of these people have attested under penalty of law that they are U.S. citizens. And, in all likelihood, they almost all [are] U.S. Citizens," said Maricopa County recorder Stephen Richer, a Republican, in a lengthy statement on X Tuesday. "But they have NOT provided documented proof of citizenship."

Richer opined that those voters should not be allowed to vote in the local elections unless they confirmed their citizenship status as per state law but said that Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes disagreed. The two asked the state supreme court to decide the issue.

"AZ Supreme Court ruled for defendant (Fontes). The 100k registrants will continue to vote a full ballot this election. Thank God," Richer responded.

"Thank you Arizona Supreme Court for your extremely quick and professional review of this matter," he added before thanking Fontes.

"Good to work with you on this one. Thank you," Fontes responded.

Fontes had said that the affected voters leaned Republican and were likely between the ages of 45 and 65 years old.

If the court had sided with Richer, the voters in question would have been allowed to vote only in the federal elections unless they took additional steps before November to certify their citizenship to vote in state and local elections in Arizona.

The Arizona Republican Party praised the ruling to keep the voters from being disenfranchised.

"We're very grateful to the state Supreme Court for protecting the voices of almost 98,000 voters who were in danger of being disenfranchised in this election," said Gina Swoboda, the state party chair in a statement on social media.

"I think that, in and of itself, speaks to all of us recognizing that the weight and the responsibility of making sure that the franchise is provided to all voters outweighs any particular political interest."
