WATCH: Kamala Harris gets STUCK in speech loop, repeats same strange phrase 4 times in less than 30 seconds
On “The Rubin Report” Tuesday, BlazeTV host Dave Rubin shared a clip of Vice President Kamala Harris proving that President Joe Biden is not the only gaffe-machine in the White House.
Speaking after an event about high-speed internet in Louisiana on Monday, Harris repeated the phrase, “the significance of the passage of time,” four times in less than 30 seconds.
"The Governor and I, and we were all doing a tour of the library here and talking about the significance of the passage of time. Right? The significance of the passage of time. So, when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time in terms of what we need to do to lay these wires, what we need to do to create these jobs," Harris said in reference to broadband. "And there is such great significance to the passage of time when we think about a day in the life of our children and what that means to the future of our nation, depending on whether or not they have the resources they need to achieve their God-given talent."
"Kamala Harris ... she's second in charge," Dave said, adding, "This is a woman who knows what she's doing, and we've got video to prove it."
