'Was I molested. I think so': Snopes' update on Ashley Biden diary fact-check spells trouble for Joe Biden

Aimee Harris moved into the former residence of Ashley Biden in Delray Beach, Florida, in 2020. Just as Hunter Biden abandoned a laptop containing damning information at a Delaware computer repair shop, Ashley Biden had left behind a diary containing troubling allegations that implicated then-presidential candidate Joe Biden in possible abuse.

After finding the diary, Harris worked in concert with Robert Kurlander to sell the document, ultimately, to Project Veritas. Kurlander and Harris pleaded guilty years later to conspiracy to transport supposedly stolen property across state lines.

Project Veritas refrained from publishing it, both out of concern for doing more harm to Ashley Biden than her father may already have and the organization's inability to "corroborate the allegation further." The National File, however, published a digital copy it allegedly received from a Project Veritas employee in October 2020.

Just as social media dutifully hid the Hunter Biden laptop story from the public ahead of the 2020 election, Politifact indicated that damning posts about the Democrat in the diary were flagged as misinformation.

Once again, the so-called misinformation of yesteryear has matured into the cold hard facts of today.

Proven

Snopes has updated its fact-check page on the diary, confirming both that the diary belonged to Ashley Biden and that the president's daughter accused him of inappropriate behavior.

The page previously indicated that the claim that "a diary authored by U.S. President Joe Biden's daughter, Ashley, describes inappropriate actions toward her taken by the president when she was a child" was "unproven."

Up until this month, the Snopes entry indicated the claim was unproven because "the authenticity of this document or the images published by National File have not been confirmed."

The fact-check outfit was compelled to change its tune after Ashley Biden, 42, once again confirmed the diary was hers in an April 8 letter to the judge overseeing Harris' case in New York.

"I am deeply saddened that I even have to write this letter because my personal private journal was stolen and sold for profit," wrote Ashley Biden.

While admitting the document was hers, Ashley Biden attempted to cast doubt on the veracity of her various entries, suggesting they were "stream-of-consciousness thoughts."

'Was I molested. I think so.'

"Repeatedly, I hear others grossly misinterpret my once-private writings and lob false accusations that defame my character and those of the people I love," added Ashley Biden.

'Showers w/ my dad'

In one of the more troubling entries in the diary, penned in January 2019, Ashley Biden explores the causes of her "sexual trauma" and apparent sex addiction.

"I know it's not the healthiest way to deal with things but @ least it's better than drugs," wrote the president's daughter.

Ashley Biden then indicated that her unchecked sex drive may have been the result of childhood trauma.

"Hyper-sexualized @ a young age. What is this due to? Was I molested. I think so — I can't remember specifics but I do remember trauma — I remember not liking the Woolzacks house, I remember somewhat being sexualized with Caroline [Biden, her cousin]; I remember having sex with Friends @ a young age; showers w/ my dad (probably not appropriate), Being turned on when I wasn't suppose to be."

Ashley Biden wrote a letter to the judge confirming the diary is real and belongs to her.\n\nHere\u2019s a reminder of what the diary said:\n\nThe President of the United States is a p*d0phiIe.
— (@)

Biden boosters like Ed Krassenstein appear keen to downplay the contents of the diary. Others think Snopes' about-face and the corresponding confirmation of the diary's authenticity could change the outcome of the 2024 election.

Legal scholar Robert P. George, director of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton University, noted that the Snopes update "strikes me as what Joe Biden might describe as a 'big [expletive] deal.' Imagine if it were Ivanka Trump making the accusation against her father. Does this give those Democrats who've been looking for an excuse to push Biden aside in favor of a more electable presidential candidate the justification they've been looking for?"

Jeffrey Toobin exposes himself to criticism after calling Justice Thomas a 'disgrace'

Jeffrey Toobin, a former CNN analyst who continues to make appearances on the liberal network, lashed out at U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas Tuesday for daring to question the Biden Department of Justice's uneven application of the law.

By calling the highly esteemed constitutionalist a "disgrace," Toobin exposed himself once again to criticism over his less than sterling public record.

The case

The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments Tuesday in Fischer v. United States, which concerns the application of a federal obstruction statute against Jan. 6 protesters.

The controversial law in question, Section 1512(c)(2), makes it a felony to obstruct or impede an official proceeding and carries a maximum penalty of 20 years. The law has been weaponized by the Biden Department of Justice for use against more than 350 Jan. 6 protesters.

CBS News highlighted that the felony charge is among those former President Donald Trump faces in the case brought in Washington, D.C., by special counsel Jack Smith in 2023.

America's Future and the Conservative Legal Defense and Education Fund noted in their amicus brief on the behalf of the petitioners that the DOJ has "indicted hundreds, including [former police officer Joseph W. Fischer], for a crime that carries a sentence twice what Congress provided for insurrections," on the basis of a "strained reading" of an obscure provision of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and a "fabricated January 6 narrative."

"Allowing this strained reading to stand can be expected to lead to further weaponization of the Justice Department," said the brief.

Oral arguments

During oral arguments Tuesday, Jeffrey Green, who represented Fischer, noted that the law was created with the intention of addressing acts that impact the "integrity or availability of evidence," not acts that serve as inconveniences without affecting evidence, reported The Hill.

Conservative justices appeared interested in the selective and potential expansive application of the law, which the DOJ conceded serves as a "classic catchall."

Justice Neil Gorsuch asked, "Would a sit-in that disrupts a trial or access to a federal courthouse qualify? Would a heckler in today's audience qualify or at the State of the Union Address? Would pulling a fire alarm before a vote qualify? And for 20 years in federal prison?"

U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar, arguing on behalf of the government, suggested the statute would apply in cases of "meaningful interference" and that "minor disruption[s]," determined by partisan prosecutors, would be safe.

Gorsuch responded with a thinly veiled intimation that New York Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman's fire alarm pull and Portland radicals' sit-in would qualify as federal felonies.

Prelogar insinuated that perceived interference or obstruction regarded by partisan prosecutors as "mostly peaceful protests" are exempt.

— (@)

Justice Thomas also risked the ire of statists and other champions of government overreach, highlighting the DOJ's uneven application of the law.

"There have been many violent protests that have interfered with proceedings," said Justice Thomas. "Has the government applied this provision to other protests in the past, and has this been the government's position throughout the lifespan of this statute?"

Prelogar refrained from answering the question directly, prompting Thomas to ask again, "Have you enforced it in that manner?"

"I can't give you an example of enforcing it in a situation where people have violently stormed a building in order to prevent an official proceeding, a specified one," answered the solicitor general.

A stone thrown from a glass house

Prickled by Justice Thomas putting questions of substance to the state, Toobin denounced the Supreme Court justice online.

The frequent CNN guest, who once had a job at the network, wrote in an X post, "In oral argument today, Justice Thomas is minimizing the severity of the 1/6 insurrection at the Capitol. Perhaps that's because his wife was part of the conspiracy. What a disgrace that he's sitting on this case."

Toobin quickly learned he was not the only critic on the platform.

Megyn Kelly responded, "Hi Toobin - fyi you waived your right to use the term 'disgraced' about other lawyers when you took your dick out of your pants and jerked off in front of your colleagues."

Hi Toobin - fyi you waived your right to use the term \u201cdisgraced\u201d about other lawyers when you took your dick out of your pants and jerked off in front of your collleagues
— (@)

Mike Davis of the Article III Project, among the many who clearly appreciated Kelly's response, said, "Has anyone reported this murder yet?"

Sean Davis, CEO of the Federalist, similarly noted, "It always amuses me when a man who got caught beating his meat on a Zoom call thinks he's in a position to call other people disgraceful."

Toobin worked as a writer at the New Yorker and CNN's chief legal analyst until he exposed himself to colleagues on an October 2020 zoom call. People familiar with the matter told CNN that in a disgraceful display, Toobin began masturbating during the call.

Toobin acknowledged the incident occurred and claimed, "I thought no one on the Zoom call could see me. I thought I had muted the Zoom video."

CNN, which initially sidelined the flasher, apparently waited until August 2022 to confirm Toobin's departure from the network.

While various critics referenced Toobin's 2020 incidents, others went for deeper cuts, referencing his sordid extramarital affair.

The New York Post reported that the father of two had an affair with his former CNN colleague's daughter, 14 years his junior. After getting her pregnant, Toobin allegedly offered Casey Greenfield "money if she'd have an abortion."

Toobin reportedly denied paternity of the baby but was later confirmed by tests to be the father, prompting Greenfield to take Toobin to court over custody and financial support issues.

Prominent LGBT activist faces humiliating reality check over suggestion that various animals are 'biologically trans'

A prominent LGBT activist took to X Sunday with the bold claim that there are at least 18 species of "biologically trans" animals. Australian leftist Peter Tatchell may have grown accustomed to passing off many of his radical views in the current political climate, but this particular suggestion died on arrival.

Tatchell has been roundly ridiculed over his post, which was also slapped with multiple community notes.

A history of bad takes

Tatchell has long courted controversy with his extreme views on sexuality. In the late 1990s, he argued that the United Kingdom should reduce the age of consent to 14.

The Critic reported that Tatchell wrote a letter to the Guardian in 1997, noting, "Ros Coward thinks that it is 'shocking' that Gay Men's Press has published a book, 'Dare to Speak,' which challenges the assumption that all sex involving children and adults is abusive. I think it is courageous."

Tatchell went on to reference "societies where consenting inter-generational sex is considered normal, beneficial and enjoyable by old and young alike."

Later in the letter, Tatchell reportedly noted, "Several of my friends gay and straight male and female had sex with adults from the ages of 9 to 14. None feel they were abused."

The activist apparently concluded the letter writing, "Whilst it may be impossible to condone paedophilia, it is time society acknowledged the truth that not all sex involving children is unwanted, abusive and harmful."

In recent years, Tatchell has called for schools to teach kids "the whole truth about every kind of sex and relationship – including sexual practices that some people find distasteful, such as anal intercourse and sadomasochism" and to deny parents the ability to opt their kids out of such lessons.

Tatchell has also made clear he is not a single-issue leftist, having championed abortion; derided conservative lawmakers; embraced the Russian Collusion hoax; recommended a pause on eating meat; pushed climate alarmism; accused the monarchy of racism; and celebrated porn consumption.

There was an attempt in 2021 to rehabilitate Tatchell's image in the form of Christopher Amos' film, "Hating Peter Tatchell," which stars Ian McKellan and counts Elton John as one of its executive producers. He may soon need a new Netflix special.

Trans-ing the animal kingdom

Tatchell shared an article Sunday from the Gay Times along with the caption, "18 animals you didn't know were biologically trans[.] Gender diversity in the (tr)animal kingdom blurs the lines of 'biological sex.'"

The article that evidently caught Tachell's eye claimed various animals are gender-benders, including swallowtail butterflies, hyenas, seahorses, Komodo dragons, jellyfish, banana slugs, slipper limpets, and oysters.

The author of the article, a former LGBT content creator for Netflix, suggested that the existence of supposedly transvestic slugs and limpets goes to show that instead of reinforcing the sex binary upheld by "Lesbian separatists, right wing lobbyists, the Pope," and J.K. Rowling, biology actually supports gender theory.

"These animals show that gender is not a simplistic binary, male & female," added Tatchell. "Trans & intersex are real. Get used to it!"

— (@)

Tatchell's post was quickly met with criticism and fact-checks.

One note said, "Tatchell and the article conflate 'biological sex' and 'gender identity.' None of the examples presented in the article demonstrate that sex is not binary. Humans cannot change sex, and it is misleading and potentially harmful to use non-human animal[s] to suggest otherwise."

The note linked to an April 2023 piece in the Wall Street Journal wherein an evolutionary biologist explained that "there are only two sexes. This is true throughout the plant and animal kingdoms. An organism’s sex is defined by the type of gamete (sperm or ova) it has the function of producing. Males have the function of producing sperm, or small gametes; females, ova, or large ones. Because there is no third gamete type, there are only two sexes. Sex is binary."

That same biologist, Colin Wright, responded to Tatchell's post, writing, "This is absolute pseudoscience, Peter. None of these animals challenge the binary nature of sex. Stop spreading scientific misinformation."

Another community note, which was accompanied by a link to a 2023 Spanish academic article published in the journal, underscored that "nothing in the linked article is applicable to human beings or the concept of 'trans' in humans."

Among the multitude of critics who descended on Tatchell's post was conservative commentator Matt Walsh, who wrote, "Just to be clear here: you're claiming that human males who claim to be women actually are women because banana slugs are hermaphrodites?"

Walsh quipped in a separate post, "18 birds that prove humans can fly."

Science writer Malcolm Clark wrote to Tatchell, "I thought you'd be much more interested in the fact there is no legal Age of Consent among animals."

Twitchy highlighted that Tatchell doubled down on Monday, sharing a post claiming when female pheasants' feathers turn brown and they stop laying eggs, they become "drag kings."

Once again, Tatchell was roundly ridiculed.

Dennis Noel Kavanagh, director of the Gay Men's Network, wrote, "You are not a pheasant Peter."

Transvestite teacher with gargantuan fake breasts returns to classroom. His new school issues warning to parents — not about him but about his critics.

A transvestite in the Canadian province of Ontario became an international sensation last year by rankling parents over his preference for wearing massive fake breasts in the company of their children. He was placed on paid leave in March.

It appears he couldn't stay away the classroom for long.

Kerry Lemieux, who calls himself Kayla, is kicking off the fall semester at a new school, where he will be able to make a new generation of students feel uncomfortable.

The head of his new school in Hamilton, Ontario, has since issued a warning to parents, not that a controversial male teacher will be confronting their children with his cartoonishly pronounced nipples, but that his presence may trigger disruptions and protests.

What's the background?

TheBlaze previously reported that Lemieux taught at Oakville Trafalgar High School, where he trotted around an industrial arts class wearing a wig, lipstick, and size-Z fake breasts.

Despite being photographed walking around elsewhere without his costume, Lemieux repeatedly claimed his breasts were real, alleging they were enlarged as the result of a condition that afflicts some real women, "classified as gigantomastia, which can also be referred to as macromastia or breast hypertrophy."

Parents and students took issue with Lemieux's hypersexualized costume, which his neighbor said he wears "extremely infrequently" while outside school.

In late 2022, the school board refused to implement a dress code, suggesting that doing so would be discriminatory, reported the Toronto Star.

In March, one mother blasted the Halton District School Board at a board of trustees meeting, stating, "Parents and schools alike teach children about the importance of boundaries and consent. Boundaries define professionalism in the education system and must be upheld for all in order to restore public trust."

The mother's view was evidently widely shared, including by Education Minister Stephen Lecce of the Progressive Conservative Party, who similarly blasted the school board, stressing it "abdicated its responsibility by failing to put the interests and safety of students first."

The district ultimately put Lemieux on paid leave.

Heather Francey, a spokesman for the board, said, "While not currently on an active assignment, the teacher remains employed with the HDSB."

The school board added that it continued to "support the teacher in partnership with OSSTF (Ontario Secondary School Teacher's Federation)."

New stomping grounds

After several months of what essentially proved to be a paid vacation, Lemieux is now working for the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board and is set to begin teaching in September.

Tom Fisher, the principal of Nora Frances Henderson Secondary School in Hamilton, recently issued a warning to parents concerning the school's new teacher, obtained by the Toronto Sun.

"We are writing to you today because we anticipate the school your child is attending this year, Nora Frances Henderson, may receive some level of public attention, and we want to communicate what this means for you, your children and our school," wrote Fisher.

Fisher's cautionary note does not warn parents that the school's new teacher dresses like a caricature of a woman or that he has been the subject of various concerns about safety risks to children raised by the parents of past students.

Rather, the memo reportedly stated that the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board has an "obligation to uphold individual rights and treat everyone with dignity and respect," and "should the school be subject to any disruptions or protests; we are committed to communicating with you as openly and as frequently as possible to ensure student safety – and to share any operational plans."

Fisher detailed some of the various ways the school would accommodate Lemieux and make life harder for parents and students.

For instance, parents must now "email or call before coming to the school if they wish to visit to speak to an employee." Anyone seeking to enter or exit the building, including students, must also use an intercom system to do so, and exterior doors will henceforth remain locked during school hours.

These security measures appear to be prompted, in part, by the criticism Lemieux has faced and the bomb threat his previous school received via email during a week he had been noticeably absent from class — around the same time he lost his wig skydiving with male porn star Alexandre Boisvert.

Concerning the memo, the school board told the Sun, "In an attempt to be transparent with our community, HWDSB communicated about steps we are taking to facilitate a smooth return to school for students and the broader community. ... We recently communicated to some parents to inform them of the possibility their child’s school may receive heightened public interest."

Charlotte Pride gives 2023 Harvey Milk award to convicted sex offender

An LGBT festival that runs from August 19-20 in Charlotte, North Carolina, has conferred a top award to a convicted sex offender.

Charlotte Pride, which is sponsored by Bank of America, McDonalds, Bud Light, Lowe's, Nascar, and a host of other ESG-captive corporations, has given its 2023 Harvey Milk Award to Chad Sevearance-Turner.

According to the event's site, this award is given annually "to an individual to honor exceptional leadership, service to the community, and those who champion LGBTQ causes that impact the Charlotte community and beyond."

Sevearance-Turner was apparently awarded for his work as president of the Carolinas LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce — a role in which he has overseen the chamber secure "valuable partnerships with prominent organizations like Fifth Third Bank, NASCAR, Duke Energy, Wells Fargo, Sonoco, and Novant Health."

WBTV-TV reported that Sevearance-Turner had previously served as the president of Charlotte's LGBT Chamber of Commerce but resigned after his track record with young boys had been flagged as a possible discredit to any future work conducted by the group. At the time of Sevearance-Turner's resignation, the group had been pushing to allow transvestites to use women's bathrooms.

The North Carolina Sex Offender and Public Protection Registry lists Charlotte Pride's new awardee as a registrant, noting he committed the offense for which he was convicted in July 1998.

Reduxx highlighted that Sevearance-Turner only served two years out of a 10-year sentence for molesting an adolescent under the age of 16 and was then released on parole.

Sevearance-Turner, formerly the music director at the New Harvest Church of God in Gaffney, South Carolina, had been found guilty by a jury in Cherokee County, South Carolina, of molesting a 15-year-old parishioner while the boy slept.

GoUpState.com reported in 2000 that Sevearance-Turner had been charged with three counts of lewd act on a minor but that two of the three cases would be tried separately.

One of the alleged victims, reportedly 14 at the time, indicated that Sevearance-Turner invited him over to his then-Bessemer City home and asked him "how he'd feel about a man performing oral sex on him," noting that he figured the music director had been joking at the time.

The same victim claimed that on an another occasion, during a sleepover at second alleged victim's house following a revival meeting, he awoke to find Sevearance-Turner molesting him.

The alleged victim noted why he hadn't come forward straight away: "I was ashamed. ... I thought there was something bad about me."

The victim who had been 15 when molested said that Sevearance-Turner had on another occasion invited him to his home and played a pornographic film for him. Following his molestation, the boy indicated Sevearance-Turner had told him that if he ever told the pastor, "he'd make me look like a fool and a liar."

Another boy, then-15, claimed the future Charlotte Pride awardee had fondled him several times.

Of the three cases, Sevearance-Turner was only convicted on one.

Since his conviction for molesting a minor, at least two LGBT activist groups have provided honors to Sevearance-Turner

Reduxx reported that the LGBT news site QNotes named him "Person of the Year" in 2015.

Sevearance-Turner also accepted the "N.C. Organization of the Year" award from the Human Rights Campaign, a powerful LGBT activist group, in 2016 on behalf of the Charlotte’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce just prior to his resignation as its leader.

Sevearance-Turner's latest award takes its name from Harvey Bernard Milk, a California politician who similarly preyed on boys.

Milk's biographer, Randy Shilts, noted in "The Mayor of Castro Street: The Life and Times of Harvey Milk" that the politician, whose early campaign was funded by the notorious cultist Jim Jones of the Jonestown Massacre, "had a proclivity for male minors, who included 16-year-old Jack Galen McKinley. ... Milk would prime troubled, underage boys and young men with booze and drugs, then coerce them into sexual acts," reported the Federalist.

Shilts, a San Francisco Chronicle reporter and close friend of Milk, who died of AIDS in 1994, wrote, "Sixteen-year-old McKinley was looking for some kind of father figure. … At 33, Milk was launching a new life, though he could hardly have imagined the unlikely direction toward which his new lover would pull him."

McKinley later committed suicide.

Per California's current statutory rape law, instituted in 1970, having sex with a 16-year-old is statutory rape, rendering Milk a rapist.

Despite his criminal pederasty, Milk was posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by former President Barack Obama.

Concerning his recognition by Charlotte Pride, Turner said in a LinkedIn post, "I am honored to be to be chosen as the 2023 Harvey Milk Award recipient! I am also humbled to be listed with these amazing humans who do so much great work for our region. Charlotte Pride, thank you for your daily work and advocacy for the LGBT and community and beyond!"

Carolinas LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce said in a statement that Turner's receipt of the award is "a testament to his unwavering commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusivity in the workplace and marketplace," and thanked him for "making a positive impact."

Reduxx indicated that Charlotte Pride has yet to comment on whether it knew of Sevearance-Turner's background prior to conferring the award to him.

Paul Reubens of 'Pee-wee Herman' fame dead at 70

Paul Reubens, the actor, comedian, and writer behind the titular character of the wacky 1980s children's series "Pee-wee's Playhouse," died Sunday at the age of 70.

A statement posted to Reubens' Instagram account indicated the actor succumbed to cancer.

"Last night we said farewell to Paul Reubens, an iconic American actor, comedian, writer and producer whose beloved character Pee-wee Herman delighted generations of children and adults with his positivity, whimsy and belief in the importance of kindness," said the statement.

"Paul bravely and privately fought cancer for years with his trademark tenacity and wit," added the statement. "A gifted and prolific talent, he will forever live in the comedy pantheon and in our hearts as a treasured friend and man of remarkable character and generosity of spirit."

The New York native, born Paul Rubenfeld to one of the founders of the Israeli Air Force and a schoolteacher, grew up in Sarasota, Florida, and first began acting at an early age.

A frequent guest of David Letterman and star of Tim Burton's feature-length 1985 film "Pee-wee's Big Adventure," Reubens made big headlines in July 1991 after he got caught by Sarasota County Sheriff's deputies publicly masturbating during a raid of the South Trail Cinema porno theater.

Yahoo Entertainment reported that Reubens offered to appear in character as Pee-wee for a kids' benefit if the department would drop the indecent exposure charge. Rather than accept his alleged offer, the sheriff's department hit Reubens with an attempted bribery charge.

In the immediate aftermath of the scandal, when toy stores were still scrapping Pee-wee products and scores of fans were turning on him, Reubens received support from various celebrities, including Cyndi Lauper, Joan Rivers, Robert Klein, and even Bill Cosby, who claimed the situation had been "blown all out of proportion."

Although his lawyer at the time, Dan Dannheiser, told the Sarasota Herald-Tribune, "He does a lot of things with kids over the world, and his career will be over when the story runs," Reubens' career eventually rebounded.

Even his 2002 arrest in a child pornography probe failed to kill his career in Hollywood. For the 2002 charge, Reubens ultimately pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor obscenity charge, temporarily registered as a sex offender, and agreed to enter a counseling program, reported the Associated Press.

Over the years, he secured multiple roles, voicing characters for numerous animated children's programs, including "Tron: Uprising" and "Minecraft: Story Mode," appearing in the live-action series "Gotham," "Mosaic," and "The Blacklist" and featuring in the 1992 feature "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."

Ahead of his passing, Reubens requested donations to Stand Up to Cancer or organizations involved in dementia and Alzheimer's care to honor his late parents.

In his final note to fans, Reubens wrote, "Please accept my apology for not going public with what I've been facing the last six years. I have always felt a huge amount of love and respect from my friends, fans and supporters. I have loved you all so much and enjoyed making art for you."

'I do it to blow off steam': Award-winning Penn State professor accused of molesting dog

An award-winning professor from Penn State University was charged Tuesday following an investigation into the apparent molestation of a dog and other deviant acts caught by a trail camera in Rothrock State Forest.

Themis Matsoukas, 64, a professor of chemical engineering, faces various charges including open lewdness, indecent exposure, sexual intercourse with an animal, and animal cruelty, reported WTAJ.

The Centre Daily Times indicated that a criminal complaint, filed by the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, stated that Matsoukas was seen engaged in sexual acts with a dog near the restrooms at Rothrock Sate Forest on at least one occasion.

Park rangers reportedly identified the professor on the basis of his North Face backpack, present in the video where Matsoukas was allegedly otherwise naked but for his socks and shoes. The backpack allegedly also played a starring role in other deviant spectacles caught on video, going back as far as 2014.

The trail camera, set up to monitor people stealing bags of hand sanitizer from the state park restrooms in the Alan Seeger Parking Area, reportedly filmed a man in a state of undress masturbating, molesting a collie, and performing other lewd acts while trying to record the degenerate performance on an electronic device, reported WPMT.

The DCNR indicated the area where the alleged acts took place was within viewing distance of Stone Creek Road, frequently transited by visitors on their way to the nearby picnic area, campgrounds, and Penn Roosevelt State Park.

Investigators began looking into the incident in April, but were confronted by more evidence in May, when Matsoukas allegedly returned to perform more foul deeds. This second incident in recent months provided investigators with additional insights into the possible identity of the suspect.

According to the complaint, park rangers served a search warrant to the professor at his home in State College on June 9, finding Matsoukas "visibly nervous."

Inside his home, DCNR rangers found a collie whose characteristics matched those of the dog in the videos, along with items worn by the suspect in the videos and three iPads.

Matsoukas is said to have repeatedly told the rangers, "I'm done, I'm dead, you don't understand, I do it to blow off steam."

At one point during the search, the professor allegedly told investigators to shoot him, saying, "I need to die."

Matsoukas, the recipient of various awards including the "Outstanding Teaching Award" from the Penn State Engineering Society, has taught graduate and undergraduate courses for the past 20 years.

The university noted in a statement, "Themis Matsoukas has been relieved of his responsibilities and is on leave."

The professor's attorney, Matthew McClenahen, said Wednesday that "it would be inappropriate to make any comment at this time."

DC Metro's 'chief experience officer' apologizes after posting picture of a random commuter's groin to Twitter, complaining about 'manspreading'

A top D.C. Metro official apologized Tuesday for posting an image of a commuter's groin to social media and complaining of so-called manspreading.

Sarah Meyer, who previously worked as chief customer officer at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, went to work for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority as chief customer experience officer in April.

The WMATA faces many problems, some of which Meyer — who purportedly seeks to fight for "better trains, buses and public infrastructure" — could possibly raise awareness about.

According to Metro Transit Police, there have been 104 aggravated assaults, 81 attempted motor vehicle thefts, 148 motor vehicle thefts, 3 burglaries, 171 acts of larceny, 4 rapes, 568 simple assaults, 40 molestations, 1,290 fare evasions, and 177 robberies so far this year, well over double the same number of crimes committed by this time last year.

Four murders had been committed on the system as of last week.

Ronald Moten, who has long worked for violence prevention in D.C., recently told the Washington Post that crimes committed on Metro buses and trains are "normal. It's part of the behavior."

Despite the severity of the issues now facing the Metro, Meyer apparently made tackling "manspreading" a priority.

Meyer posted to Twitter a now-deleted photo of a man wearing a tie, a blue shirt, and khaki pants, presumably on his way to or from work, seated on the Metro with a backpack between his legs, reported the Washington Examiner.

Meyer captioned her June 5 post, "DC, do we really need to do a manspreading campaign on our trains?! I thought we were above this."

This so-called manspreading incident does not qualify as one of the 11 indecent exposure events that have taken place on the Metro in the past month, which Meyer did not similarly condemn online.

Meyer was soon beset by criticism and questions over her post.

Conservative commentator Matt Walsh asked Meyer, "Why are you taking pictures of a stranger's crotch and posting it to social media?"

Free marketeer and American Commitment president Phil Kerpen deemed Meyer "a creeper."

One Twitter user noted that Meyer, tasked with encouraging people to ride the Metro more often, was instead ridiculing riders.

\u201cThis was the tweet\u201d
— Carlos (@Carlos) 1686068277

Following the backlash, Meyer wrote, "My apologies for this tweet. It was meant in jest, but I understand how it might have offended some. I will do better and keep focused on what matters, better service, communications and wayfinding."

Meyer did not delete the tweet, however. It was taken down Tuesday by Twitter, having violated the platform's terms of service.

Metro CEO Randy Clarke indicated at the time Meyer would "focus on improving the delivery of timely and accurate information to customers at every touchpoint, through signage, search results, apps, and digital wallets" as well as "work to help make the system simpler to plan and pay for trips, to find buses or trains, and by reassuring customers that they are being taken care of by an outstanding, customer-centric workforce," reported the New York Post.

Indiana Republicans successfully get pervert-founded sex institute defunded

Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb signed a two-year budget bill on May 4. While the Republican-passed and -ratified House Bill 1001 featured accelerated tax cuts and a robust private school voucher program, it served also to spare the taxpayers in the state from paying into a sex institute founded by a notorious pervert esteemed by liberals for his distortion of Americans' perception of sex and normalcy.

Among the many things HB 1001 does is require that state appropriations cannot be "used to pay for the administration, operation, or programs of the Kinsey Institute for Research in Sex, Gender, and Reproduction."

While leftists have long supported defunding various institutions, they have taken exception to this case, with some suggesting that the move is "tremendously disappointing."

Alfred C. Kinsey, who died in 1956, penned two controversial and consequential books which were used to great effect by proponents of the so-called sexual revolution: "Sexual Behavior in the Human Male" and "Sexual Behavior in the Human Female."
In these books and elsewhere, the zoologist-turned-sexologist, sometimes called "the father of American sex research," made suspect claims about the public's sexual norms and common proclivities.
For instance, he reportedly incorporated the sexual histories of imprisoned sex offenders, including "several hundred" male prostitutes, into a survey sample he suggested was representative of the general population but for which he did not ultimately disclose the breakdown.

Crisis Magazine noted Kinsey and his colleagues proclaimed in their research, "69 percent of men had been with prostitutes, 10 percent had been homosexual for at least three years, and 17 percent of farm boys had experienced sex with animals."

With these bogus projections, "Kinsey shattered the idea of sexual behavior as binary, showing that the sexual habits of thousands of Americans were varied and diverse as a field of wildflowers," reported Discover Magazine.

The force with which Kinsey shattered traditional ideas itself depended upon the shattering of innocents.

Newsweek reported that former Kinsey Institute director John Bancroft admitted to believing that "the late sexologist based many of his findings about prepubescent sexual activity on the diaries of one anonymous child molester. That prolific pedophile kept records of his encounters with 317 children from 1917 to 1948."

After meeting a child rapist in June 1944, the New York Times indicated Kinsey "wrote to [him], coaxing him to send his detailed diaries of his sexual exploits, including those with children."

James H. Jones noted in "Alfred C. Kinsey: A Public/Private Life" that in a Nov. 24, 1944, letter, Kinsey wrote to the pedophile, "'I rejoice at everything you send, for I am then assured that that much more of your material is saved for scientific publication."

Kinsey used tales of the pedophile's child-rapes as the bases for tables in his book on male sexual behavior, which reportedly summarized the pedophile's attempts to make children from 2 months to 15 years of age orgasm.

These tables, presented to the public, documented pre-adolescent sexual experience, which Kinsey deemed "an important substantiation of the Freudian view of sexuality as a component that is present in the human animal from earliest infancy."

Judith Reisman, an independent researcher, began blasting the long-dead Kinsey in the 1980s for his unscientific methods and exploitation of child rape, stating, "When you rape children ... it's still a crime. And if you solicit it and if you support it, it's still a crime."

Extra to bastardizing child-rape data to serve his pseudo-scientific ends, the Washington Times reported Kinsey has also been accused of bribing test subjects, fudging data, and filming coerced sex between his staff and one another's spouses.

Bankcroft admitted in 1995, "How valid this information is, obviously one could argue about now."

Kinsey founded the Institute for Sex Research at Indiana University in 1947, which later became known as the Kinsey Institute.

The institute's stated purpose is to "foster and promote a greater understanding of human sexuality and relationships through research, outreach, education, and historic preservation."

WTHR reported that conservatives have long criticized the institute for continuing the work of liberalizing sexual morals and broadening acceptance of homosexuality and pornography.

State Rep. Lorissa Sweet, the Republican who introduced the proposal to defund the institute through an amendment to HB 1001, intimated that funding the institute amounts to endorsing the alleged crimes and falsehoods that accompanied its rise to prominence.

"By doing such dastardly experiments on children, Kinsey ‘determined’ that children are sexual from birth, which is why our society now sexually exploits children at very young ages," said Sweet. "By limiting the funding to Kinsey Institute through Indiana University’s tax dollars, we can be assured that we are not funding ongoing research committed by crimes."

"We have child rapists in Indiana prisons right now, yet we’re willing to give Indiana University, Bloomington campus, over $400 million as they protect the legacy of this sexual predator," continued Sweet. "Who knows what they’re still hiding?"

Mat Staver, founder of the conservative group Liberty Counsel, said of the bill's success in defunding the institute, "Alfred Kinsey was a sexual pervert whose unscientific propaganda exploited women and harmed children. Kinsey should have been prosecuted for the vile abuse of children he catalogued in Table 34 of his first book published in 1948. His work is indefensible. Indiana University should disassociate itself from anything related to Alfred Kinsey."

Democratic state Rep. Matt Pierce suggested that by ensuring taxpayer dollars do not go to the pervert-founded institution, the "more extreme parts of the Republican Party are trying to turn back the clock to a time when gays were in the closet and trans people were invisible," reported the Indiana Daily Student.

"The fact that the Kinsey Institute is doing research to bring light and knowledge to human sexuality, that runs against their goal of marginalizing people who aren’t in the mainstream," added Pierce.

Justin Garcia, executive director of the Kinsey Institute and gender studies professor at Indiana University, said in a Washington Post op-ed earlier this month, "[I]t is tremendously disappointing that Indiana lawmakers voted late last month to approve a budget that specifically blocks Indiana University from using state funding to support the Kinsey Institute, and that last week Gov. Eric Holcomb signed it into state law. This is an unprecedented action that takes aim at the very foundation of academic freedom."

Pamela Whitten, president of Indiana University, condemned the move, stating, "The university is concerned that a provision singling out a specific research institute sets a troubling precedent with implications that could limit the ability of public colleges and universities to pursue research and scholarship that benefits people and improves lives."

Whitten further suggested that "IU will conduct a thorough legal review to ensure the university follows state law. The university is committed to the ongoing crucial research and robust scholarship conducted by IU faculty and the Kinsey Institute."

The Herald-Times reported that, notwithstanding liberals' outrage, the change boils "down to a bookkeeping update for the university" since the institute does not receive direct funding, but now cannot lay claim to any of the lump sum conferred to Indiana University.

Ex-Disney employee admits to taking hundreds of up-skirt videos of park guests

Although keen to champion various sexual proclivities, Disney is evidently still willing to admit some boundaries.

The company has parted ways with a Disney Hollywood Studios employee in Orlando, Florida, who was arrested on March 31 after admitting to taping roughly 500 videos of park guests' nether regions without their knowledge, reported WOFL-TV.

Even on the day of his arrest, 26-year-old Jorge Diaz Vega of Kissimmee reportedly recorded several up-skirt videos while working at Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities in Galaxy’s Edge, a Star Wars-themed area at the park.

According to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, a security guard caught Vega trying to capture footage up the skirt of an 18-year-old park guest. The victim had been in the Dok-Ondar store shopping for toy swords with her fiancé. The victim later told authorities that she had no idea she had been filmed at the Disney establishment.
Vega indicated he had similarly taped other guests over the course of his six-year stint working at Disney theme parks, noting, "It is hard to find them online" and the videos "bring him sexual gratification," reported WESH-TV.

"The videos were of multiple females who all appeared to not know they were being video recorded," said the arrest report.

Vega was hit with a third-degree felony charge of video voyeurism. He was released on $2,500 bail.

The OCSD indicated that Vega may face additional charges if more victims come forward.

When asked when Vega was terminated, Disney told CNN, "The individual does not work for the company."

Vega is not the only Disney employee to have a run-in with the law over alleged sexual improprieties in recent years.

TheBlaze previously reported that former Disney bellhop Guillermo Perez was among 160 people arrested by the Polk County Sheriff's Office Vice Unit during a seven-day undercover human trafficking operation. The PCSO said Perez "agreed to pay $80 for a quick visit to have sex with an undercover detective."

In 2021, two then-Disney World employees, Jonathan McGrew, 34, and Savannah Lawrence, 29, were arrested in a child-sex sting, reported NBC News.
