THIS indicted senator has allegedly been trading US secrets for cash, gold, and luxury cars

Democratic Senator Bob Menendez of New Jersey is back in the news after an indictment on federal bribery charges — but he remains defiant.

Menendez believes he will be exonerated, while others are calling for his resignation.

This is not the first time Menendez’s feet have been held to the fire. Back in 2012, the senator was accused of hiring underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic, but Menendez, of course, denied these allegations.

“I think that one was a little too close to home for federal prosecutors to seal the deal on that prosecution,” Keith Malinak jokes.

Now, Menendez is being accused of allegedly doing special favors for Egypt in exchange for cash, gold, and luxury vehicles.

The senator and his wife reportedly had over $480,000 in cash hidden around their house in envelopes and clothing closets, along with over $70,000 in his wife’s safety deposit box. Federal agents also reportedly discovered gold bars worth more than $100,000 in their home.

“Egypt does bribery right,” Malinak laughs.

Menendez has also been accused of selling national secrets to Egypt, providing sensitive U.S. government information, and taking other steps that secretly aided the government of Egypt.

“Why is he not being charged with treason?” Pat Gray asks. “The man’s obviously a traitor to the United States of America. Why is treason not one of the charges here?”

Malinak believes the government and even members of Menendez’s own party are going after him because his approval ratings are “underwater.”

“They realize he had a chance to lose re-election, and you can’t lose that seat; it’s too important. So, it’s time to go. It’s time to push forward with these bribery charges,” Malinak adds.

Poll: 80% of Dems want Biden to debate RFK Jr., even though the vast majority support the president

An overwhelming majority of polled Democrats expressed that they want President Joe Biden to participate in a series of debates during the 2024 election campaign, according to a USA Today/Suffolk University poll.

Eight out of 10 (80%) of Democratic primary voters told pollsters that they'd like to see debates out of the Democratic National Committee, which includes 72% of those who said they plan on supporting President Biden. The poll consisted of 293 registered voters who said they will vote in Democratic primaries and caucuses.

However, almost immediately after Biden announced in April 2023 that he would seek re-election, the word that the Democrats would not sponsor any debates spread like wildfire. The Washington Post reported that the DNC said it would support Biden's re-election but that the president faced no serious opposition.

"As you know, no incumbent R [Republican] or D [Democrat] have done debates," Kevin Munoz, a spokesperson for the Biden campaign, told USA Today in an email.

If there were debates, they would undoubtedly need to include the only two candidates who are polling: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Marianne Williamson.

Biden's polling numbers against the other Democratic candidates has slightly increased in recent weeks, with a small bump up to 62% favorability, according to RealClear Politics. Kennedy has dropped by more than four points since late May, down to 15.8%. Williamson dropped from 8% to 6.5% in the same time, leaving approximately 15.7% of Democrat voters undecided.

RFK Jr. recently visited the U.S.-Mexico border and referred to it as a "dystopian nightmare" that could have been prevented. The candidate posted a video from the Yuma, Arizona, border crossing to his Twitter account and stated, "You have to see it with your own eyes."

Weeks earlier, actor James Van Der Beek called out the Democratic Party and accused officials of being "back room" operators for not agreeing to host any debates.

"There's no debate, there's no democracy. No primary, no legitimate president," Van Der Beek said in a video posted to TikTok.

"How do we have a government, how do we have democracy if we're letting a small, little back room of people make all the important decisions for us?" he asked. "That's not a democracy, and it doesn't work. Because y'all have been wrong about a lot these last couple years in that back room. No debate, no democracy."

While the president's 46-point lead over RFK Jr. is wider than former President Donald Trump's 33-point gap between himself and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Trump faces a field of 10 opponents and still holds a 55% favorability rating as a candidate. That is only seven points lower than Biden's lead over just two challengers.

RFK Jr. showcases the 'dystopian nightmare' the Biden administration's policies and inaction have created at the border

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. traveled to Yuma, Arizona, Tuesday to survey the fallout of the Biden administration's border policies, as well as to speak with those left to pick up the pieces, such as Yuma Mayor Douglas Nicholls and Yuma County Sheriff Leon Wilmot.

At an unfinished section of border wall — the completion of which President Joe Biden halted his first day in office — Kennedy observed hundreds of illegal aliens flout American law and steal into the country.

"This is not a good thing for our country. It's not a good thing for these people. And it's unsustainable," Kennedy said in a cell phone video, with illegal aliens from China, Peru, Afghanistan, and elsewhere reportedly behind him.

As foreign nationals slipped by just feet away, Kennedy, running against Biden for the Democratic presidential nomination, explained early Tuesday morning, "In three years, in total, seven million people have come across the border illegally into our country. And from here, they're put on these buses and they're brought to the Border Patrol's station where they're processed. After four or five days, they're released on their on recognizance into our country and most of them are never seen or heard from again."

— Robert F. Kennedy Jr (@Robert F. Kennedy Jr) 1686086508

According to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, over 1.4 million illegal aliens stole into the country between October and April alone. Between October 2021 and September 2022, the number of southwest land border encounters was well over 2.3 million. Another 1.7 million entered illegally between October 2020 and September 2021. Among those who have entered illegally are suspected terrorists.

Prior to the expiration of Title 42, which was used to eject roughly 2.8 million illegal aliens from the U.S., illegal immigration was already costing taxpayers $151 billion per year, not including losses suffered by the demos as a result of grievous crimes routinely committed by criminal noncitizens in the homeland.

Last month, Kennedy noted on Twitter that Francisco Oropeza Perez-Torres, an illegal alien deported back to Mexico four times, had been arrested for the April 28 murder of five people, including a 9-year-old boy.

"It is not anti-immigrant bigotry to demand an immigration system that keeps out criminals," wrote Kennedy. "As President, I will enforce a secure border, and I will expand the kind of LEGAL immigration that made our country great."

Perez-Torres is by no means exceptional.

In the way of convictions of criminal noncitizens, so far this year there have been: 493 for assault or battery; 792 for drunk driving; 129 for rape and other sexual offenses; 12 for murder; and thousands of convictions for other various other crimes. In the previous years that Biden has been president, there were over 120 murder convictions. From 2017 to 2020, there were altogether 11 murder convictions.

Kennedy told Elon Musk in a Twitter Spaces interview Monday that he would have the U.S.-Mexico border permanently sealed, not just as a means to re-establish U.S. sovereignty and curb crime but to prevent foreign nationals from stealing into the nation and draining resources intended for struggling American citizens.

Kennedy told NewsNation's Ali Bradley this week that the border under Biden is a "dystopian nightmare" that clearly could have been prevented, in part by bolstering defensive infrastructure, leaning on Mexico and Central American countries to stem the flow of migrants, and entertaining a baseline willingness to enforce the law of the land.
"This is a humanitarian crisis because of the understanding across the globe that we now have an open border here," he said.
The Biden administration's failure to take control of the border has proven fortuitous for terrorist cartels, Kennedy indicated, noting it has "become a multibillion dollar business every month, smuggling people across."
While critical of the White House, Kennedy stressed that Americans along the border have attempted to step up to address the "problem that has been created by the federal government. ... It's kind of the best part of America and the worst part at the same time."
According to a late-May CNN poll, Kennedy is second most-favored in the polls amongst prospective Democratic voters. 20% presently favor him, but he nevertheless trails Biden by 40 points. The RealClear Politics average presently has Biden at 42.5-point advantage.
Michael Goodwin of the New York Post recently suggested that if Kennedy is able to gain significant momentum over the summer, he might be able to compel Biden to engage him in a debate, which the DNC presently refuses to schedule.
Regardless of whether an official debate takes place, the 69-year-old can at least disturb the monologic on the left.
Karen Townsend of Hot Air indicated that Kennedy may not have a shot at the nomination, but he can force the media to take up Biden's failings and the Biden campaign to respond.

Princeton professor rededicates the month of June to God, family, and country, prioritizing virtue over vice

Rather than devote the next thirty days to what was up until recently regarded by many Americans as a deadly sin, a Princeton professor of jurisprudence has declared June to be "Fidelity Month."

Dr. Robert George, director of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton University, is imploring Americans to take this time to acknowledge the "importance of fidelity to God, spouses and families, our country, and our communities."

George indicated in a May 6 statement that what prompted him to act were the perturbing findings of a recent Wall Street Journal-NORC poll.

The poll, conducted at the University of Chicago and published in March, highlighted a "precipitous decline" in the perceived importance of patriotism, religious faith, having children, and community involvement among Americans as compared with respondents' answers 25 years earlier.

Whereas in 1998, 70% of respondents deemed patriotism to be very important, only 38% said so in 2023.

Twenty-five years ago, 62% said religion was important. Now, only 39% believe that to be the case.

While other priorities once held dear by the majority have similarly slipped, the poll noted a steady increase in the perceived importance of wealth.

Recognizing that the "values that used to unite Americans despite our many differences" are rapidly waning and convinced that the mental health crisis among young people is linked, George wrote, "by the authority vested in me by absolutely no one, I have declared June to be 'Fidelity Month.'"

Hunter Baker, a political science professor and dean of arts and sciences at Union University in Jackson, Tennessee, indicated that this "response to the decadence of so-called 'Pride Month' ... that ubiquitously celebrates aberrant sexual practices" evinces the spirit of the successful anti-communist Solidarity movement in Poland that helped liberate the nation from the Soviets.

"Fidelity means being faithful — faithful to the values that are most important; being faithful in our spiritual lives, in our marriages, in our lives as citizens and members of communities," George told the Stream in a recent interview. "Fidelity means honoring one’s obligations and commitments. It means keeping one’s promises, being true to one’s word. To be faithful, one must have integrity; often one must have courage."

As opposed to the LGBT activists' kaleidoscopic flag signaling various sexual preferences, George recommended instead advancing a symbol of a myrtle wreath, signifying fidelity.

"The circular shape of the wreath is representative of God and His eternal nature, while the openness at the top of the wreath is suggestive of a divine embrace," said George. "The branches and leaves that compose the wreath signify a family that is dependent upon and in union with God. The star and stripe at the center bottom of the wreath symbolize our common union as Americans — 'one Nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.'"

As for the color scheme, gold reportedly symbolizes both generosity and compassion, while blue symbolizes "truth, loyalty, responsibility, and peace."

Unlike other flags flown this time of year signifying vice, this activist flag would ultimately signify virtue.

“For anyone who would like to use the Fidelity Month logo as your profile pic for part or all of June, here's the version made for that purpose. Please feel free to copy and use it.”
— Robert P. George🇻🇦🇺🇸🪕 (@Robert P. George🇻🇦🇺🇸🪕) 1685588691

"Use the symbol to make and fly a Fidelity Month flag. Use the symbol as your Facebook banner or profile picture or on your website. Think of other things to do," said George.

The professor underscored the importance of parents, teachers, coaches, and role models of other sorts providing a strong example for the next generation for the sake of the country and its future.

"There’s already so much cynicism and skepticism among them. They’ve got to see the real thing, integrity in action," he said. "They need to see people who are faithful to God, to spouses and families, to the country, and to the community. And faithful witness, actual fidelity, means being willing to sacrifice, give up some things like wealth, power, influence, status, and prestige, for the sake of the things that really matter: faith and family and friendship and honor and integrity."

The College Fix indicated that among the events the Catholic conservative has planned for Fidelity Month is a webinar Thursday at 2 p.m. ET involving pro-life activist Lila Rose, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary professor Andrew Walker, and others.

RFK Jr. excoriates ABC News for 'hatchet job,' accuses outlet of 'defamation and unsheathed Pharma propaganda'

Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. blasted ABC News, accusing the media giant of perpetrating a "hatchet job," committing defamation, and disseminating "unsheathed Pharma propaganda."

Kennedy's comments came after ABC News admitted to editing content out of an interview and accused the presidential candidate of making false claims about vaccines.

Linsey Davis of ABC News, who had interviewed Kennedy, said in a note to viewers that "Kennedy made false claims about the COVID-19 vaccines" and "misleading claims" concerning vaccination and autism. "We've used our editorial judgement," to not include "extended portions of that exchange in our interview."

Kennedy slammed ABC News.

"47 USC 315 makes it illegal for TV networks to censor Presidential candidates but Thursday, ABC showed its contempt for the law, democracy, and its audience by cutting most of the content of my interview with host Linsey Davis leaving only cherry-picked snippets and a defamatory disclaimer," Kennedy claimed.

"Offering no evidence, @ABC justified this act of censorship by falsely asserting that I made 'false claims.' In truth, Davis engaged me in a lively, informative, and mutually respectful debate on the government's Covid countermeasures. I'm happy to supply citations to support every statement I made during that exchange. I'm certain that ABC’s decision to censor came as a shock to Linsey as well. Instead of journalism, the public saw a hatchet job. Instead of information, they got defamation and unsheathed Pharma propaganda. Americans deserve to hear the full interview so they can make up their own minds. How can democracy function without a free and unbiased press? As President, I will free FCC from its corporate captors and force the agency to follow the law by revoking the licenses of networks that put the mercantile ambitions of advertisers ahead of the public interest," he tweeted.

During the interview, Davis noted that the Kennedy has previously indicated that there is a connection between vaccination and autism, but Kennedy pushed back when Davis claimed that the idea has been "debunked."

"Who debunked it?" Kennedy asked.

Davis said there has not been any scientific link from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, or the National Academy of Sciences, but Kennedy pushed back, calling those entities "captive agencies."

Kennedy, who is the nephew of the late President John F. Kennedy, is challenging President Joe Biden for the Democratic presidential nomination. Earlier this week, Biden announced that he is running for re-election.

Man from famous political dynasty poised to run for president as a Democrat, FEC filing indicates

A statement of candidacy Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has filed with the Federal Election Commission indicates that he is poised to enter the 2024 presidential race as a Democrat.

Kennedy, who is a nephew of Democratic President John F. Kennedy, had previously indicated the he was mulling a White House bid.

"Help me decide whether to run for President," he tweeted last month, inviting people to donate money or volunteer.

"If it looks like I can raise the money and mobilize enough people to win, I'll jump in the race. If I run, my top priority will be to end the corrupt merger between state and corporate power that has ruined our economy, shattered the middle class, polluted our landscapes and waters, poisoned our children, and robbed us of our values and freedoms. Together we can restore America's democracy," he wrote.

— Robert F. Kennedy Jr (@Robert F. Kennedy Jr) 1678485935

Mounting a presidential bid as a Democrat would likely mean challenging incumbent Democratic President Joe Biden — the current president has not officially announced plans to seek re-election, but he has said that he intends to run.

Marianne Williamson, a Democrat who ran during the prior presidential election cycle but ultimately dropped out in January 2020, has already thrown her hat into the ring for the 2024 cycle.

If Biden does opt to run again, the 2024 contest could end up being a rematch of the 2020 election, since former President Donald Trump, who lost the 2020 contest to Biden, is running again.

But Trump will face GOP primary challengers. Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, entrepreneur and author Vivek Ramaswamy, and former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson have all announced presidential bids.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is also viewed as someone who may enter the GOP race — while he has not announced a run, he has said that he that he thinks he could defeat Biden. GOP Reps. Chip Roy of Texas and Thomas Massie of Kentucky have both endorsed DeSantis.

Rep. Nancy Mace corners ex-Twitter exec with just one question for censoring medical experts during COVID-19 pandemic

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) used just one question on Wednesday to expose the absurdity of Twitter censoring medical experts who did not support the approved narrative on COVID-19 and the COVID vaccines.

During a House Oversight Committee hearing with former Twitter executives, Mace grilled Vijaya Gadde — the former general counsel and head of legal, policy, and trust at Twitter — on her justification for censoring medical experts, like Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, a Stanford medical professor who was critical of COVID-19 lockdowns.

"Where did you go to medical school?" Mace confronted.

"I did not go to medical school," Gadde conceded.

"That's what I thought," Mace shot back. "Why do you think you or anyone else at Twitter had the medical expertise to censor a doctor's expert opinion?"

When Gadde said Twitter's policies, which penalized or censored anyone who bucked the government narrative, were designed to "protect individuals," Mace highlighted the amateurish nature of such policies.

"You guys censored Harvard-educated doctors, Stanford-educated doctors — doctors that are educated in the best places in the world, and you silenced those voices," she interjected.

“Twitter exec explains the medical training that qualified her to censor Harvard + Stanford MDs who questioned the official COVID narrative.”
— Robert F. Kennedy Jr (@Robert F. Kennedy Jr) 1675883022

Indeed, one of the looming questions raised when social media companies began taking action against contrarian voices during the height of the pandemic and rollout of the vaccines was how big tech companies could make judgements against bona fide experts without weighing their perspective in the same manner that happens in the scholarly world.

Because in the real world, the concerns of Dr. Bhattacharya, whose blacklisting from Twitter was revealed after Elon Musk acquired the platform, would be considered seriously by his scholarly colleagues, even if his thesis appeared prima facie absurd. Any serious interlocutor would engage him using actual data, thus either corroborating or refuting his hypothesis.

That is how scholarly dialogue works.

Anything else?

Before questioning Gadde, Mace revealed that she has experienced health problems that she believes stem from the COVID-19 vaccine because she only developed them after her second shot.

"I have effects from the vaccine. It wasn't the first shot, but it was the second shot that I now developed asthma that has never gone away since the second shot," she explained. "I have tremors in my left hand and I have the occasional heart pain that no doctor can explain.

"I have great regrets about getting the shot because of the health issues that I now have that I think are never going to go away," she admitted.

Pfizer issues response to Project Veritas sting video, but critics characterize its statement as ambiguous

The global pharmaceutical giant Pfizer has issued a response after Project Veritas released an undercover video which suggested that Pfizer may have engaged in "directed evolution" of the COVID-19 virus so that it could then develop vaccines to combat future variants.

On January 25, PV released a bombshell video featuring Jordon Trishton Walker, who is allegedly Pfizer's director of worldwide research and development strategic operations and mRNA scientific planning in New York City. In the 10-minute video, Walker allegedly admitted that Pfizer may have manipulated the COVID virus so that the company could continue developing vaccines for it.

"One of the things we're exploring is, like, why don't we just mutate it [COVID] ourselves so we could create – preemptively develop new vaccines, right? So, we have to do that," Walker allegedly said on video. "If we're gonna do that, though, there's a risk of, like, as you could imagine – no one wants to be having a pharma company mutating f***ing viruses."

While Walker stopped short of calling such tactics "gain-of-function" research, he did call it "directed evolution" and laughed that "COVID is going to be a cash cow for us for a while going forward."

In the days following the release of the video, Pfizer kept silent, but on Friday, the company finally issued a statement, expressing a desire "to set the record straight." Some critics, however, have claimed that the statement all but confirms the accusations made against Pfizer.

On the one hand, the statement asserted unequivocally: "In the ongoing development of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, Pfizer has not conducted gain of function or directed evolution research."

On the other hand, the statement later seemed to hedge that assertion a bit, adding that Pfizer "routinely assess[es] the activity of an antiviral" by conducting "computer simulations or mutations of the main protease." While the statement insisted that "the main protease" is "a non-infectious part of the virus" and that such studies are "required by U.S. and global regulators for all antiviral products," the statement also seemed to confirm that Pfizer does conduct some measure of virus engineering:

In a limited number of cases when a full virus does not contain any known gain of function mutations, such virus may be engineered to enable the assessment of antiviral activity in cells. In addition, in vitro resistance selection experiments are undertaken in cells incubated with SARS-CoV-2 and nirmatrelvir in our secure Biosafety level 3 (BSL3) laboratory to assess whether the main protease can mutate to yield resistant strains of the virus.

Dr. Robert W. Malone, who appears in the PV sting video to explain some of the medical implications of Pfizer's alleged "directed evolution" research, expressed dissatisfaction with Pfizer's response.

"1) Pfizer lawyers did not throw their Director of R&D Operations and Scientific Planning under the bus," Malone tweeted on Saturday, "2) there is no denial of what he said. 3) No denial that he is Pfizer staff. 4) Swapping new spike sequences into original Wuhan-1 is technically gain of function research."

— Robert W Malone, MD (@Robert W Malone, MD) 1674891535

Becker News CEO Kyle Becker stated, "Pfizer's statement is positively Faucian in its non-denial denial of the central charge at hand."

Right Wing News founder John Hawkins issued a tweet mocking the response as well: "We absolutely do not do this....now here's two paragraphs explaining that we actually do it, but call it a different name."

Pfizer's statement on Friday made no direct reference to the PV video, nor did it address whether Walker is a Pfizer employee.

Leftist Robert Reich blasted as 'racist' for saying abortion bans aren't pro-life and instead target 'low-income people — especially people of color'

Far-left pundit Robert Reich is getting blasted on Twitter as a "racist" for saying abortion bans aren't pro-life, but pro-poverty and pro-inequality — and target "low-income people, especially people of color."

What are the details?

Reich — who served as U.S. labor secretary under former President Bill Clinton — posted a video to Twitter on Sunday and preceded it with the following caption text: "Let me be absolutely clear: Abortion bans are not pro-life. They are pro-poverty and pro-inequality."

In the clip — which has been viewed about a million times as of Monday morning — Reich stated that "Republican state lawmakers — almost entirely white men — have been chipping away at reproductive freedom" and creating "near insurmountable barriers" to abortion access "for low-income people, especially people of color."

Image source: Twitter video screenshot via @RBReich

The result, he says, is that "millions of low-income people will be forced to give birth, with dire consequences for both parent and child."

Reich added that research shows that "abortion access improves education, employment, and earnings — and the differences are especially large for black people."

Here's the clip:

“Let me be absolutely clear: Abortion bans are not pro-life. They are pro-poverty and pro-inequality.”
— Robert Reich (@Robert Reich) 1674406590

How are folks reacting?

Reich has about 1.5 million Twitter followers, and as you might expect, many of them support his views about abortion bans.

However, others opposed Reich's views and even called him out as a "racist." Some examples:

 • "Clearly the only way to deal with poverty is to kill poor children according [to] Robert Reich," wrote Roman Catholic author Ryan James Girdusky.
 • "A eugenicist couldn't have said it better, Bob," reacted Republican Virginia state Delegate Nick Frietas.
 • "They're not pro-poverty and pro-inequality," another commenter said. "Contraception does exist, and if you're not financially ready for kids you shouldn't be having unprotected sex."
 • "By this logic, not hunting and killing the homeless is also 'pro-poverty' and 'pro-inequality'!!!" another user noted. "We could eliminate all poverty by simply eliminating unwanted poor people!"
 • "Let me be absolutely clear: black babies make up the overwhelming percentage of aborted babies. You’re a racist because you’re pro-killing black babies at a higher proportion than other races," another commenter mocked.
 • "Liberals care more about — and have protection laws for — unborn animals lives than unborn human lives," another user stated. "It’s evil and disgusting."
 • "Being born is a dire consequence. Death by dismemberment is much better option for children, especially black children.—Robert Reich," another commenter wrote.

Monterey Park shooting suspect is dead: Report

The suspected Monterey Park shooter who killed 10 and injured 10 others is dead, according to a new report. The suspect reportedly killed himself.

CBS News reported that the Monterey Park shooting suspect is dead. The outlet cited law enforcement sources that said the shooter fatally shot himself inside a white van.

On Sunday afternoon, law enforcement surrounded a white van in the city of Torrance – approximately 30 miles southwest of Monterey Park. SWAT units sandwiched the white van with armored BearCat vehicles.

SWAT team agents bashed the passenger window open and entered the vehicle. The officers searched the van and exited soon after.

Law enforcement sources believe that the suspect shot and killed himself inside the white van that police had surrounded.

Images of the van show a person slumped in the driver's seat and the head on the steering wheel.

Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna informed reporters on Sunday afternoon that a person was barricaded in a van, but did not confirm if it was the suspect.

Late Saturday night, the gunman shot people at the Star Ballroom Dance Studio in Monterey Park. Then about 30 minutes later, the shooter entered the Lai Lai Ballroom in nearby Alhambra. He entered with a gun. The patrons at the dance hall wrestled his gun away, and eyewitnesses said the suspect fled in a white van.

Luna noted that the suspect's firearm was not a high-powered assault rifle.

Authorities have not revealed a possible motive for the deadly shooting.

Police released an image of the suspect on Sunday, but did not reveal the man's name. The special bulletin said the adult Asian male standing about 5 foot 10 inches tall was involved in the Monterey Park shooting and was considered armed and dangerous.

This is a developing story and will be updated when new details become available.
