'Grinch' holds sign reading 'Santa is fake, Jesus is real' outside elementary school. One dad doesn't like that very much.

There was a bit of a tussle down in Whoville — okay, okay, Amarillo, Texas — when a man dressed as the Grinch showed up last week in front of Sleepy Hollow Elementary School holding a sign that read, "Santa is fake, Jesus is real."

The stunt coincided with a morning drop-off, which upset some parents, KVII-TV reported.

The station said one dad actually grabbed the sign and threw it on the ground.

The resulting tussle between the dad and David Grisham — the man dressed as the Grinch — was caught on video:

KVII said police were called to the school, but they did not arrest Grisham — in fact, the department told the station that he was "lawfully on the sidewalk" and wasn't breaking any laws.

When KVII asked Grisham if he understood why parents would be upset, he replied that "they’re upset because they’re prideful and don’t want to admit that lying to their child is wrong in spite of what God’s word says. They’re more concerned with the traditions of men rather than the truth. And they double down on the lie because of pride, and they are angry because they want to blame the person telling the truth than the one who told the lie that prompted the truth to expose the lie."

The station added that Grisham was asked why he would choose to ruin the "magic" of Christmas for kids. He replied, "I’m not concerned about the 'magic' of Christmas but the MIRACLE of Christmas in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ," KVII said.

Another parent told the station that Grisham "shouldn't be pushing his agenda any people's kids."

Sleepy Hollow Principal Kelsey Williams noted to KVII that Grisham was "unwanted and uninvited."

"I'm saddened by the fact that some of our kiddos and families were frightened because of him," Williams told the station.

Police added to People magazine that Grisham is "a self-proclaimed street preacher and known to local law enforcement. He has been around for many years, preaching on the streets. We do get called about him from citizens occasionally."

Remains of tech developer known for guiding addicts toward sobriety discovered 18 months after he disappeared

The remains of a tech guru who developed an app to help addicts "maintain their path to sobriety" have been found nearly a year and a half after he was last seen alive.

On November 29, 2021, 39-year-old Beau Mann appeared to be in good spirits. He had just returned to Los Angeles after spending Thanksgiving with family in Texas and called his self-described "fiancé," Jason Abate, to wish him goodnight. "He told me he loved me, and he wanted to adopt children with me," Abate, who lives in Michigan, said. "That was the last message I ever got from him."

The following day, Mann's behavior seemed unusual. His car needed repair, so Mann took an Uber, which dropped him off at a 7-Eleven just after 2 p.m. A half-hour later, an Uber dropped him off at an address on Berkeley Street in Santa Monica, California. During one of those Uber rides, Mann sent a text message to 911. The contents of that message are unknown, but LAPD later confirmed that "several attempts were made to contact [him] via that correspondence" without any success. Mann was never seen or heard from again.

On April 25, 2023, skeletal remains were discovered "in the courtyard of an abandoned property" on Santa Monica Boulevard, just a few blocks from where Mann was last seen, a police report said. A couple weeks later, with the help of dental records, the LA County coroner was able to positively identify the remains as belonging to Mann.

While Abate is grateful for some closure, he said this discovery has given him more questions than answers. "Beau, how can you be gone, how do all of these memories exist so vividly and you’re gone?" Abate's Facebook post read in part. "Can someone please explain to me how this is possible. I need someone to help me understand this."

Sergeant Erika Aklufi of the Santa Monica Police Department claimed that foul play is not suspected in this case. However, loved ones have their doubts. In 2015, after reportedly recovering from substance abuse, Mann founded Sober Grid, an app designed to establish "an online sober community" which could provide addicts with "easy access to private support at any time and at any stage of the recovery journey."

"I don’t want to sound overly dramatic, but he’s kind of changed the world," Abate once said about Mann.

Loved ones have had time to inspect the area where Mann's remains were found, and some now suspect that Mann's desire to help may have led him to follow the wrong person to an unsafe location. "Shame on LAPD & SMDP for never looking here!" one Santa Monica resident wrote on Facebook. "They make it sound so pleasant, a grassy area. No! This is a drug den and the city knows and does nothing."

Abate has expressed similar concerns and had previously pointed the finger at the Ubers that Mann took the day he went missing. Officer Jill Calhoun of the LAPD, who initially investigated Mann's missing person's case, claimed that Uber had been thoroughly investigated but that foul play was still not suspected. "I just hope he didn't suffer," Abate said through sobs.

Drunk South Carolina man gets caught on video stealing Santa statue, but holiday theft ends in a merry Christmas story

A drunk South Carolina man was caught on video stealing a Santa statue from a Greenville restaurant. However, the Christmas thief had a revelation that restored the yuletide faith.

A man was caught on video stealing a Santa Claus statue from outside the Bonjour Main restaurant in downtown Greenville on Dec. 11.

WSPA-TV reporter Henry Coburn was covering the story, and interviewing the restaurant's owner Mayra Gallo. The owner interrupted the interview, "He's sitting right up there."

The holiday hijacker returned to the scene of the crime – not to steal another Christmas decoration, but to apologize for his naughty behavior. Less than 24 hours after stealing the Santa statue, the thief returned to Bonjour Main to beg for forgiveness.

The man – who identified himself as Melvin – had brought the owner a dozen roses in an effort to apologize for stealing the Santa statue.

To accept his apology, Gallo asked Melvin to come clean with a TV interview with Coburn. The owner promised not to press charges as long as Melvin's apology was sincere.

Melvin said, "I'm sorry. Really sorry. I know saying sorry doesn’t do anything, but I promise I’ll do better."

Coburn noted that Melvin "looked both nervous and extremely embarrassed."

The Kris Kringle crook claimed he was celebrating a friend's birthday on the night of the theft with some alcoholic beverages. He admitted that he may have indulged in a few too many spirits.

He confessed, "Just wasn’t thinking. I was like, 'That’s cool. Wish I had it.'"

Coburn wrote on Twitter, "He said that less than 24 hours later (and doubtlessly more sober), he brought it back. He says he felt horrible, wanted to make things right and, of course, wanted to avoid charges."

"I'll do anything I can to make things right, pay for any damages, fix anything I can, work for free," Melvin pleaded. "I'll literally do anything to resolve this situation in the most positive way possible."

Gallo took Melvin up on his offer to help around the restaurant. She said that not pressing charges was her Christmas gift to Melvin.

In the end, the Santa Claus statue robbery ends in a merry Christmas story.

I’m Glad My Parents Lied To Me About Santa Claus

People of good faith can dream up many reasons to dispose of Santa Claus, but I am glad my parents kept up the ruse -- and here's why.

I Won’t Lie To My Kids About Santa Claus

The effort I would spend trying to sell Santa to my kids is much better spent on teaching them about the true reason for the season.

Norwegian Postal Service makes Christmas ad about Santa getting a boyfriend

Where to draw the line between Christmas as a holy day and a holiday has been debated since the dawn of the occasion's commercialization.

In this clip, Chad Prather discusses the Norwegian Postal Services' Christmas abomination called "Santa Get's a Boyfriend." The advertisement shows snippets from the life of a man named Harry. Harry writes letters to Santa each year to express his anticipation for the one night he gets to spend with Santa.

The video's message is to celebrate their right to love whomever they choose. However, Chad observes how off the mark the Norwegian Postal Service seems in lauding a married man [Santa] for cheating on his wife once a year.

WATCH: Crowder's response to GARBAGE 'Santa Inc' Trailer

The left's assault on Christmas this holiday season continues with an HBO MAX series called Santa Inc.

The series stars Seth Rogan — the old white misogynist Santa Clause — and Sarah Silverman — the female elf on a mission to succeed Santa, and become the first female Santa Clause. The show has received a whopping 1.1 out of 10 stars on IMBD. The low rating comes as no surprise after listening to what Steven Crowder and the “Louder with Crowder” crew had to say about the show.

In this clip, Crowder played the trailer for Santa Inc. The trailer lived up to the MA rating for mature audiences and is filled with adult language, discrimination against women, and racism. Watch the clip to hear Crowder explain why, in his opinion, the show is not well received. Can't watch? Download the podcast here.
