The INFURIATING truth about New York's 34 counts against Trump

While the media suggests there’s a mountain of evidence against Donald Trump in his hush money trial, the actual evidence tells a different story.

While Trump may have 34 counts of falsifying business records against him, they’re all for one payment. That payment is $130,000 to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016, which he is accused of covering up.

“There is no mountain of evidence that is standing in the way of anything other than a mistrial,” Glenn Beck says.

“How do you get to 34 counts when it’s basically one payment?” Stu Burguiere asks.

There were a total of 11 checks written, which landed Trump with 11 counts, which Stu says is “totally stretching.”

“It’s one payment broken into 11 times. Okay, that’s BS,” he says, noting that Michael Cohen then submitted 11 invoices, which takes Trump to 22 counts.

“So again, it’s still just one payment they’ve broken into 22 different charges,” Stu explains.

When the payments then went through in the general ledger for Trump’s trust, he used 12 entries to signify it. That represents another 12 counts against the former president.

“Anyone can recognize they’re trying to blow this number up to make it look more like it was a real series of criminal activity rather than just one thing,” Stu says, adding that “you can absolutely have a problem with that one payment, that is totally fine.”

Megyn Kelly says she's 'disgusted' by New York’s criminal Trump trial. Here's why

The hush money trial of Donald Trump has begun, which is the first time in U.S. history a former president has been tried on criminal charges.

Trump has been charged in a New York Supreme Court indictment, as part of which he faces 34 counts alleging that he falsified New York business records in order to influence the 2016 election.

Megyn Kelly is not only “disgusted” by it but fears “they’re gonna’ get him” this time.

“They’re in the courtroom, the witnesses will be called eventually after they pick the jury, and they’re going to try to put this guy behind bars potentially,” she tells Glenn Beck, adding, “They’re 100% taking their best shot at stopping him from winning this race.”

Kelly compares Trump’s persecution to what it would have been like if Princess Diana was “behaving like a street wh*re.”

“That’s what we’re doing. The United States of America doesn’t do this,” she says. “We’ve gone down this road, pretending a payment to a porn star who is threatening to expose an affair is a crime that warrants 34 counts, and they’re going to make it as sleazy as humanly possible.”

Trump isn’t the only president to have his morals called into question, just the only one to face criminal charges for it.

“Bill Clinton perjured himself, and nothing happened there,” Glenn says, referring to the affair Clinton had with Monica Lewinsky, during which Clinton lied under oath about his relationship with the intern. “Everybody just walked away.”

“What’s the difference between these two?” Glenn says, pointing the question at Kelly.

“One’s a Democrat, and one’s a Republican,” she answers.

Megyn Kelly on the ONLY 2 ways Trump can beat our corrupt legal system

Former president Donald Trump is facing a handful of massive trials, including some that are being prosecuted by extremely partisan attorneys.

Glenn Beck and Megyn Kelly can’t help but notice that the attack on him is not only unprecedented but completely unfair.

While in one case, Trump’s bond was lowered from $464 million to $170 million and his fans across America rejoiced — it still doesn’t make it a win.

“It’s still $170 million, which in a victimless crime, I don’t understand,” Glenn says, astonished.

“The injustice against him is patent to anyone who’s not a hard-left partisan,” Kelly tells Glenn, adding, “I think we understand the fix is in. He’s probably going to lose, potentially across the board, on all four of these criminal cases.”

However, Kelly doesn’t believe all hope is lost.

“I think at this point, the only thing that’s going to save Trump is the Supreme Court and us in November,” Kelly says.

“Those are the two ways out of this for him, which is pretty ironic, Glenn, if you think about it,” Kelly adds.

Kelly believes it’s “ironic” because the Democrats' main goal is to stop Trump from running for and winning the presidency. However, it’s going to be one of the only ways he can save his life, his company, his business, and his freedom.

“He has no choice but to win, so he’s going to fight harder than ever. I mean, it’s kind of perfect,” Kelly says.

Glenn reacts as New York court hands Trump a HUGE victory over $454 million bond

While it seems that the unprecedented attack on Donald Trump won’t stop until he's behind bars, the former president isn’t going down without a fight.

In a huge victory on Monday, Trump won an appeal in his fraud case to have his bond reduced — which is now set at $175 million instead of $464 million. Not only has the bond been reduced by over 60%, the court has given him 10 more days to post it.

While it’s a massive win, Glenn Beck believes it’s still “completely excessive and ridiculous” and notes that there has never been an attack on a former or sitting president like this.

“You go through the ways this rule has been used historically, and there are no parallels at all to what has happened with Donald Trump,” Stu Burguiere agrees, adding, “it is quite clearly and quite obviously a political persecution, whether you like Trump or not.”

While the battle against Trump feels never-ending, Stu believes that the farther Trump can push this, the more likely his chance is to fight this off and win.

“I think he’s very likely to win in an appeal or at least have this reduced to maybe a dollar fine or $10,000 fine,” he says, noting that a fine that size would be “somewhat aligned with reality.”

Despite the win, the case is still “ridiculous” as Glenn pointed out. Its mere existence, along with other recent injustices, will signal a deeper distrust in the justice system for Americans everywhere — unless the courts can change course.

“Injustice is being served on so many Americans. From the FBI to the Justice Department to the court system in Donald Trump’s case,” Glenn says, adding, “it does give you a view on how important justice is — the kind of justice that many of us have taken for granted our whole lives.”

“We really are on the precipice of disaster,” Stu says. However, he hasn’t given up hope.

“It might need to go all the way to the Supreme Court,” he says, adding that when cases go that far, “it does seem to play out the right way a lot of times.”

Two stories that should terrify New Yorkers

Leftist policies have taken over New York City, and after a recent attack on former president Donald Trump — Glenn Beck thinks it’s time to get out.

Trump is facing a deadline on Monday to post a $454 million bond in the civil fraud case against him in New York, after Attorney General Leticia James had made it clear she’s coming for him.

“You can’t just take someone’s property because you don’t like them,” Glenn says, noting that Trump likely is well aware this will hurt New York more than it will hurt him.

This is because the move itself is not just an attack on Trump but an attack on New Yorkers and their property.

“That sends the message to the rest of the business world: You disagree with the attorney general or the governor, and they’ll destroy you and your company,” Glenn says.

In addition, New York City’s “squatters rights” law has taken its place in the limelight, as a woman was recently arrested for attempting to get squatters out of her million dollar home by changing the locks.

Adele Andaloro is a homeowner in Flushing, Queens, who is now dealing with the consequences of owning her own property in New York.

In New York City, a person can claim “squatters rights” if they have been living at a residence for 30 days or more. The law dictates that if the homeowner decides to change the locks, turn off the utilities, or remove the belongings of the “tenants” from the property — the homeowner can be charged.

The squatter is now subletting her house, and Andaloro was slapped with an “unlawful eviction” charge.

“You couple this with the story about Donald Trump, what do you think is going to happen to New York?” Glenn says, adding, “Escape from New York, it’s only a matter of time.”

New York’s $355 million Trump charge just got more insane

New York’s $355 million civil fraud charge against former President Donald Trump just got worse — and the charge itself was already unprecedented.

When all is said and done, the lawsuit will end up costing Trump over $400 million.

The judge who ordered the ruling has just denied a request from Trump’s lawyers to delay formalizing his decision.

In an email to Trump’s legal team, Judge Arthur Engoron of the New York State Supreme Court wrote, “You have failed to explain, much less justify, any basis for a stay.”

“I am confident that the Appellate Division will protect your appellate rights,” he added.

Glenn Beck believes Trump is going to have to sell real estate in order to pay.

“This is so much money that he’s going to have to put up probably real estate and sell some real estate to be able to pay for this,” he says.

“You have to put that money into a bond, and then you have a bond holder holding it for you, and you have to pay them an additional fee, and then, hopefully, you win the appeal and eventually don’t have to pay it, but I mean, it’ll still cost you about 50 million,” Glenn adds.

Both Glenn and Stu Burguiere are under the impression that this is 100% a case of political persecution, and it can be proven.

“It’s actually provable,” Stu says, adding, “He’s running for the president of the United States, they’re trying to put him out of business, throw him in prison, take him off the ballots. I mean, it’s so blatantly obvious just on a surface.”

Gray: Trump could face 136 years in prison

Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty to charges that could land him 136 years in prison. The former president would be 212 years old when he got out, if he was found guilty on all accounts.

However, Pat Gray and his co-hosts don’t see that happening.

“His biggest crime is that he’s Donald Trump,” Jeffy says.

Which is exactly what American attorney Jonathan Turley said.

“The Bragg prosecution is the denial of the core legal principle of blind justice. This expensive, drawn-out effort would not have occurred for anyone other than Donald Trump. It is not just selective prosecution, it is exclusive prosecution for Trump and Trump alone.”

Gray agrees, saying, “There is no actual crime. You can pay people to be quiet. You can, it’s legal.”

Despite the cheers from the left over Trump’s arraignment, the media attention the 34 cases brought against Trump is bringing could actually help him in the coming election.

The Babylon Bee wrote in jest, “Donald Trump’s campaign is breaking records thanks to a lavish fundraiser hosted by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg and the Democrat party.”

“I love it,” Jeffy responds.

It continues, “Sources say that as Trump arrived at a New York courthouse for the fundraiser this morning, his campaign raised millions from energized citizens eager to support the only presidential candidate indicted by a Soros-funded DA.”

Parade of Trump supporters and counter-protesters clash in NYC; weapons seized, police officer hospitalized

Supporters of former President Donald Trump held a parade in New York City on Friday, but were met by counter-protesters. The event featured the unfurling of a 50-foot "Trump 2024" flag, and a march from Trump Tower to Times Square, but tensions flared after a counter-protest was staged.

A large crowd of Trump supporters marched down Fifth Avenue and carried Gadsden and thin blue line flags as well as large banners, including one showing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi depicted as being evil while ripping up a copy of Trump's 2020 State of the Union speech.

As the Trump supporters made their way to Times Square, NYPD officers attempted to keep counter-protesters at bay. However, there were several tense exchanges and multiple arrests.

Video journalist Ford Fischer from News 2 Share shared footage from the event, including the moment where a counter-protester confronted a group with "Asians for Trump" signs. The counter-protester gets in the face of one Trump supporter and screams, "Fight me, Fight me then!"

(Content Warning: Explicit language):

"As the rally rounded into the pedestrian plaza on Broadway and 42nd street, the group stopped and several counter-protesters began yelling that someone had a knife," Freedom News TV reported.

Video journalist Oliya Scootercaster of Freedom News TV shared footage of the Trump parade, including the arrests of several counter-protesters. As NYPD arrests one counter-protester, police officers find a hammer hidden in his jacket. The man said the hammer was for "protection."

NYPD confiscated multiple weapons during the event, including brass knuckles and a knife. NYPD said one police officer was taken to the hospital after a liquid, which was believed to be bleach, was thrown into his eyes.

"Four arrests were made for various crimes, including assaults on police officers and weapons possession," NYPD announced on Twitter. "Violent actions will not be tolerated from those who claim to be 'peaceful protestors.'"

The parade was to show support for Trump running for president in the 2024 election. Last Sunday, Trump made his first public appearance since Inauguration Day at the Conservative Political Action Conference. Trump hinted that he may run for president in 2024.

"But who knows, I may even decide to beat them for a third time," Trump said, which made the CPAC crowd cheer loudly.
