Left-wing Women's March declares, 'We're not just pro-choice. We are proudly, unapologetically pro-abortion'

While those who advocate for allowing abortions are typically referred to as "pro-choice," the Women's March has gone even further by unabashedly declaring that it is "pro-abortion."

"We're not just pro-choice. We are proudly, unapologetically pro-abortion. RT if you agree," the left-wing movement tweeted on Thursday.

People on social media took notice of the declaration.

"Welp, there ya have it, folks. The mask is off," tweeted Joel Berry, the managing editor of the satire site the Babylon Bee.

"For years liberals insisted vehemently that 'nobody is pro-abortion.' Is the abortion lobby is finally adopting a truth-in-advertising policy?" Boston Globe op-ed columnist Jeff Jacoby tweeted.

"Tragic. It breaks my heart to see malice dressed up as empowerment. Women deserve better," tweeted Americans United for Life president and CEO Catherine Glenn Foster.

Blaze Media's Jessica O'Donnell commented, "we get it. you salivate at the murder of innocent babies. you're vile."

"Anytime you call the one side 'pro-abortion,' you still get people who reply 'no one is pro-abortion.' Not everyone got the memo abortion is supposed to be celebrated now," tweeted Frank J. Fleming, who indicates on Twitter that he is a "Scripted Creator for" the Daily Wire.

"Oh I thought pro-choice was all about instances of rape and incest. Nope, you’re into recreational baby killing. Thanks for clarifying," Jenna Ellis tweeted.

In a lengthy Twitter thread on Friday, the Women's March claimed that "any reason is the 'right reason' for abortion," asserted that "no one should have to be pregnant who doesn't want to be," and contended that, "Adoption is also not an alternative to abortion. It's an alternative to parenting. No one should feel pressured into carrying a pregnancy and giving a baby up for adoption because abortion is stigmatized or prohibited."

“Financial insecurity. Because you're not ready for a child, never want kids, or already have the children you want. Because a pregnancy would make leaving an abusive relationship harder. Or just because you don't want to be pregnant.”

'Trans women are women': Comically, the Women's March is all in on radical leftist gender ideology

The Women's March claims that the word "women" includes transgender women.

A transgender woman is a biological man who identifies as a woman.

"We got some transphobes BIG mad the other day so let us spell it out for you: 'Women' is a term that encompasses cis & trans women. When we talk about 'people who can give birth,' it's because those people aren't all women! They're girls, trans men, & non-binary ppl," Women's March tweeted on Tuesday.

“Some of y'all really struggle with the concept of "assigned sex” vs "gender identity" and it shows!!”

"Some of y'all really struggle with the concept of 'assigned sex' vs 'gender identity' and it shows!!" the group added. "Women's March is committed to creating equality for women & a feminist future for all. We fight for rights that primarily (but not exclusively!) impact women. We fight for a world where ALL women are safe from gender-based violence, discrimination, and hate."

The Women's March received significant pushback after it declared in a tweet last week that "Trans women are women."

"The point of tweets like this is to demoralize actual feminists, so that we stop fighting for women and girls. Don't let it demoralize you," Abigail Shrier tweeted last week in response to the Women's March's claim.

"Misinformation," Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon tweeted.

"No they aren't. There are massive differences between women and trans women. We can be respectful to trans people while not abandoning reality," Megyn Kelly tweeted.

"If the point of this slogan is to reject treating 'trans women' and 'women' as separate or distinct categories of people, then the slogan undermines itself, because it refers to them as separate categories... thus implying some distinction. Otherwise they'd say 'women are women'" Michael Tracey commented.

The Women's March's tweets reflect the dogmas of radical leftist gender ideology.

Vice President Kamala Harris did her part to promote the ideology this week by announcing her pronouns at the beginning of a roundtable event.

The Biden administration knew a baby formula shortage was coming as early as last February

The Biden administration knew there would be a shortage of baby formula as early as February.

The Daily Caller reported that Brian Deese, the director of the National Ecnomic Council, told CNN’s “New Day” that the administration is working around the clock to “tackle the issue from every angle possible.”

Deese noted that the administration is trying to give retailers “more flexibility on the types of formulas that they can sell,” but he did not give an estimate of how long the administration anticipates the formula shortage to last.

Deese urged families to contact their healthcare providers if they are in need of immediate assistance.

The host of “New Day,” Kaitlan Collins, asked Deese how he would respond to Republicans who are critical of the administration for not acting fast enough to solve the shortage, to which Deese said that the Biden administration has been addressing the issue “from the get-go.”

He said, “The administration has been on this from the get-go. A lot of this emanated from a plant in Michigan that was producing formula that didn’t meet safety standards.”

When Collins asked Deese when the Biden administration first became aware of the shortage, Deese said that the administration became aware of the impending shortage “when the FDA had to take its action back in February.”

He said, “As a parent, and with friends and colleagues, we were aware that people were starting to have trouble in stores, but we were aware of this from when the FDA had to take its action back in February, with Abbott and with the steps in the Michigan facility. And we have had a team on this from the FDA and in the interagency process since then.”

Collins responded by asking whether the FDA moved fast enough on the issue, she inquired, “So I’m wondering if the sense inside the White House is that the FDA moved quickly enough on this issue?”

On this, Deese said, “Well, those are independent scientific judgments that I will leave to the FDA. What I can tell you is that they took action to put in place that recall, and we have been working closely on this issue, in the wake of that recall, to try to address the impending impacts of that.”

On Thursday, Kat Cammack, a Republican Congresswoman from Florida, lambasted the federal government for sending “pallets” of baby formula to an illegal immigrant detention center in Texas while American families are unable to find the product on shelves.
