Father SAVES son from ‘genderless’ mother FORCING him into 'nonbinary' future

When Harrison Tinsley first became a father, he had no idea he was about to be embroiled in a four-and-a-half-year legal battle with the child’s “genderless” mother — who was attempting to raise his son “nonbinary.”

Tinsley was forced to watch from afar as his ex-girlfriend used they/them pronouns for their son, Sawyer, and put him in dresses and makeup.

“Spending so much time and money in court isn’t fun, but he’s worth it,” Tinsley told Allie Beth Stuckey in an interview last year on “Relatable.” “I’m never going to give up, I’m going to fight for him until my last breath, forever. As hard as I can. It’s my duty as a dad.”

Now, he’s talking to Stuckey again, only this time — he’s much happier.

“The latest news is incredible. I finally have won full custody of Sawyer,” Tinsley says, smiling. “I’m just so thankful, it’s like an absolute miracle, a dream come true.”

“It’s been like four-and-a-half years now of me fighting for him,” Tinsley says. “There was essentially another incident with my son’s mom, and she was arrested again. And there was CPS involvement.”

That incident involved his ex-girlfriend getting into a physical altercation with her father, which Sawyer bore witness to.

“They were fighting, it was a very serious fight, like with blood, very serious stuff, very scary for a four-year-old to see,” Tinsley explains, adding that Sawyer claims that his mother instructed him to start hitting his grandfather in the face with a plastic bat.

“The mother claims that he did it just in her honor without her saying anything, I tend to believe Sawyer,” Tinsley says. “I’ve seen the photos of the bloody kids' baseball bat or whatever it was, so it does seem that that happened and that there was a very serious altercation.”

As a mother herself, Stuckey is not only horrified by Sawyer’s mother’s actions — but thoroughly impressed with how hard Tinsley fought back.

“I’m just so thankful that you fought for him so relentlessly for so long,” Stuckey says. “It’s a big sacrifice. It took you a lot of time, a lot of effort, a lot of financial resources, and you did it because your son is worth it to you."

Border Patrol agents falsely accused of 'whipping' migrants will be punished by DHS anyway: Report

The mounted U.S. Border Patrol agents who were falsely accused of using whips to drive Haitian migrants away from the border in Del Rio, Texas, will be punished for violating Department of Homeland Security policy, according to a report.

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin revealed Tuesday that the DHS is expected to allege that multiple mounted Border Patrol agents are guilty of "administrative violations" in an incident from last September involving Haitian migrants who attempted to cross the southern border illegally.

An announcement from the DHS could come "any day now," and it is unknown what the agents will be charged with, although they will not face criminal charges, according to Melugin.

“Per federal source, this announcement is expected to come down any day now. It’s unclear what “administrative violations” the BP agents will be accused of, but they are not being accused of any criminal conduct. The horseback unit involved is based out of Carrizo Springs, TX.”

Approximately nine months ago, news reports claimed that mounted Border Patrol agents in Del Rio accosted Haitian migrants as they were attempting to cross the Rio Grande river and enter the United States illegally. Thousands of migrants who had already done so were encamped under a nearby bridge.

Photographs taken in September showed border agents riding on horseback, attempting to stop the migrants from entering the U.S., and in one photo, grabbing hold of a migrant's shirt.

At least one Border Patrol agent on horseback was falsely accused of swinging a "whip" at migrants, and Democratic activists spread that lie on social media.

National news organizations picked up the story even though reports that the agents whipped migrants were false. Border Patrol agents do not carry whips, and pictures that went viral showed the horses' reins, which were not being whipped at the migrants.

Nevertheless, the Biden administration reacted to the news reports with horror and disgust and issued orders prohibiting Customs and Border Patrol agents from riding on horseback. The DHS opened an investigation, and the agents at the center of the incident were placed on probation.

President Joe Biden vowed to make the agents accused of whipping migrants "pay."

"To see people treated like they did, horses barely running over, people being strapped — it’s outrageous," Biden said at the time. "I promise you, those people will pay. There will be an investigation under way now and there will be consequences. There will be consequences."

Months later in April, news broke that the DHS had completed a 500-page report on its investigation and that the agents had been cleared of any wrongdoing.

Melugin reported that the accused agents will have the opportunity to respond to the charges that they violated agency policy.

Border Patrol agents accused of 'whipping' migrants reportedly cleared of wrongdoing. DHS has yet to confirm.

The mounted U.S. Border Patrol agents whom false reports accused of using whips to drive Haitian migrants away from the border in Del Rio, Texas, have reportedly been cleared of wrongdoing.

According to Fox News and the New York Post, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection office handling the investigation into the agents' actions has cleared them of criminal wrongdoing after they were placed on probation.

National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd told the New York Post that Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Personal Responsibility has completed a 500-page report on the investigation, which is expected to be released soon. Judd said that while the agents were not found to have committed any crimes, they could still lose their jobs if investigators determined they violated agency policy.

Judd admitted he has not seen the report and does not know what conclusions the agency reached, but he also expressed concerns about its length.

“No one knows what’s in the report,” he told the Post. “I don’t know what’s in it. As of yesterday afternoon, the chief of the Border Patrol didn’t know what’s in it.”

“I’ve never seen a 500-page report where no one did anything wrong,” he added.

The Department of Homeland Security did not respond when asked to confirm if the agents had been cleared or when the report would be released.

Viral images that appeared to show Border Patrol agents on horseback "rounding up Haitian refugees with whips" led to widespread outrage last September, with Democrats and immigration activists accusing CBP of treating migrants inhumanely and potentially criminally.

News reports said that a mounted U.S. Border Patrol agent swung a "whip" at Haitian migrants who were attempting to cross the Rio Grande river and illegally enter the United States near Del Rio, Texas, where thousands more migrants were encamped under a bridge.

Those reports turned out to be false. Border Patrol agents do not carry whips, and it became apparent that the viral photos were showing the horses' reins, which were not being whipped at migrants, as many wrongly claimed.

“I didn’t ever see them whip anybody, with the thing,” photographer Paul Ratije told local news station KTSM. “He was swinging it. But I didn’t see him actually take — whip someone with it. That’s something that can be misconstrued when you’re looking at the picture.”

Townhall writer Julio Rosas reported at the time that Border Patrol agents on horseback will sometimes spin their reins to deter people from getting to close to the horse, which is dangerous and could lead to severe injury.

Regardless of the facts, the Biden administration responded to the controversy by prohibiting CBP agents from riding on horseback in Del Rio and placing the agents at the center of the incident on probation, pending an investigation. DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told news outlets he was "troubled" by the accusations and "horrified" by the images, without giving his agents the benefit of the doubt.

Jen Psaki jumped in multiple times, as well. Here she is Monday, saying, "Of course they should never be able to do it again...It's obviously horrific."

She then ironically says she needs to get more information. #BidenBorderCrisispic.twitter.com/1Ns85IqzNP

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris each said there would need to be "consequences" for the accused agents, before any wrongdoing was confirmed.

And finally, you have the president of the United States weighing in on an ongoing investigation, saying "those people will pay...There will be consequences."

Incredibly inappropriate, and ensures that investigation cannot be conducted fairly. #BidenBorderCrisispic.twitter.com/uzoF2NtCsw

Judd told the New York Post those agents remain on desk duty as they await the investigation's conclusions.

Liberals melt down on Twitter over video of Sen. Sinema's thumbs-down vote against the minimum wage hike

Liberals who were hoping that Democrat Sen. Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona might vote in support of a minimum wage hike were disappointed and many angrily turned to social media to register their outrage.

The openly bisexual senator is also a moderate Democrat on many issues owing to the demographics of the state she represents. On Friday she voted alongside 7 other Democrats to kill the proposal from Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) to include the wage hike in the latest coronavirus relief package.

Sinema's critics were especially outraged because of the way she entered her vote.

"Kyrsten Sinema is the most vapid Democratic politician to come along in quite a while. Her shtick of funky hair and bright clothing as a mask for her apparent sociopathy is downright horrifying," tweeted Emma Vigeland, a progressive commentator.

"Sinema just jauntily gave the middle finger to tens of millions of low wage workers," tweeted another critic.

"Kyrsten Sinema giving the $15 minimum wage a 'Gladiator' style thumbs down would've been a left twitter joke a week ago," tweeted Ken Klippenstein, a reporter at The Intercept.

"No matter what you think of @kyrstensinema's vote, these optics are horrible," tweeted journalist Yashar Ali. "You may think people don't deserve to be paid more, but you don't need to make a show of it."

Others were incensed that Sinema had brought a large chocolate cake into the Senate and compared her to Marie Antoinette, the historical figure known for a similar act.

"Incredible. On the day that she votes to block a raise in the minimum wage for 32 million working class Americans, @kyrstensinema not only walks into the Senate with a big chocolate cake but posts on FB about a future getaway to Bora Bora. 'Let them eat cake,' indeed," tweeted progressive activist Kai Newkirk.

"Kyrsten Sinema is an out-bi Senator but a closeted Conservative and wannabe Marie Antoinette," tweeted another critic.

"She's decided she's going to be a media darling as Marie Antoinette of the establishment. Dress in a super fun way, do performatively hip thumbs downs as she votes to kill higher wages & now rub it in with symbolic cake we can all eat instead of higher salaries," tweeted failed congressional candidate Cenk Uygur.

It turned out that Sinema had brought the cake for Senate staff who had to work through the night over a request by a Republican senator.

Sinema explained in a statement after the vote that she would support a raise in the minimum wage but not the inclusion of it in the coronavirus relief bill.

Fight for $15 dies in Senate with 8 Democrats voting against

The United States Senate on Friday rejected an attempt by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) to raise the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour, with a number of Democrats opposing the measure.

Seven Democrats and one independent senator who caucuses with the Democrats opposed the minimum wage increase. Sens. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.), Jon Tester (D-Mont.), Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.), Maggie Hassan (D-N.H.), Chris Coons (D-Del.), Tom Carper (D-Del.), and Angus King (I-Maine.) voted with Republicans on a procedural point of order that prevented Sanders' proposal from being added to the $1.9 trillion COVID-19 spending bill.

All together, the Senate voted 58 to 42 against including a $15 minimum wage in the COVID-19 bill.

The minimum wage increase was not likely to pass the 50-50 Senate given Sen. Joe Manchin's opposition to a $15 per hour minimum wage. He prefers instead to adopt an $11 per hour minimum wage indexed to increase with inflation.

Complicating matters for Democrats was a ruling from the Senate parliamentarian last week that including a provision to raise the minimum wage in the COVID-19 spending bill would violate the budget reconciliation rules. Democrats invoked budget reconciliation to pass the bill because Republicans do not support several provisions amounting to nearly $1 trillion of spending they say is not related to coronavirus relief.

Under budget reconciliation, Republicans will not be able to filibuster, lowering the threshold needed to pass the bill from 60 to just a simple majority. If the minimum wage increase were included with the COVID-19 relief bill, budget reconciliation would not apply and Democrats would not be able to pass it.

Although some of the seven Democrats who voted with Republicans likely support a $15 minimum wage, they were forced to vote against it today to save the larger $1.9 trillion relief bill.

Still, the vote infuriated progressives.

"There is not one state in our country where you can make ends meet on the current federal minimum wage. Not one!" Sen. Sanders tweeted. "How quickly would Congress raise the minimum wage if they were forced to live on $7.25 an hour? Outrageous."

Sen. Sinema drew particular ire on social media for the way she voted, giving an emphatic thumbs down on the Senate floor.

In a statement she released after the vote, she clarified her support for a minimum wage increase, calling for the matter to be taken up separately from the COVID-19 bill.

"Senators in both parties have shown support for raising the federal minimum wage and the Senate should hold an open debate and amendment process on raising the minimum wage, separate from the COVID-focused reconciliation bill," Sinema said.
