From the time my first child was born in 2010 until my last one in 2020, I noticed a sea change in emphasis on vaccinating pregnant women. There are an unlimited number of vaccines they will push on pregnant women, and the list grows every year. In fact, with our last child, the OB/GYN even asked that I get another pertussis shot, which of course comes with a gratuitous mix of diphtheria vaccine full of aluminum. Well, given that we don’t even offer Advil to pregnant women, is it really proven safe to bomb fetuses with so many pro-inflammatory antibodies in one time period? Is it really clinically proven with pregnant women? Turns out we’ve been lied to, and it all gets back to immunity from liability.

“We FOIA'ed the FDA with a simple request,” revealed Aaron Siri, an attorney representing the Informed Consent Action Network, in an interview with Del Bigtree. “Please provide all the clinical trials relied upon to license the flu shot for pregnant women.”

That sounds like a reasonable request, right? When it comes to any other therapeutic, the CDC and doctors will not recommend it unless there is safety data pertaining specifically to pregnant women, even for products regarded as near-perfect for other users. Well, instead the representative from the FDA tried to show him the general clinical trials on the flu vaccine. When Siri asked just for the ones relied upon for pregnant women, and the agency stonewalled for months, he took the FDA to court, and officials admitted there are no clinical studies on pregnant women for any of the flu shots.

Indeed, it is printed on the FDA label for the manufacturers that the flu vaccine is not tested and proven safe in pregnant women. The label for Afluria Quadrivalent from Seqirus states plainly that “available data for AFLURIA (trivalent formulation) administered to pregnant women are insufficient to inform vaccine associated risks in pregnancy.” The company’s Fluvirin version goes a step farther and concedes that because of a lack of data, “this vaccine should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed." Ditto for Senofi’s version. It’s also acknowledged the companies don’t know if the vaccine is secreted in lactation and therefore safe for nursing women.

Yet when you go to OB/GYN doctors, they will not tell you this. You’d think there was a hundred years of data by the way they categorically promote and often mandate these shots on their patients. It’s all being pushed by the CDC. Without any evidence, the CDC concludes, “There is a lot of evidence to show that flu shots can be safely given to women during pregnancy.” Of course, this statement would be fraud if made by the manufacturers, but the CDC can engage in all the fraud it desires on their behalf.

We now know from the COVID shots that vaccines can potentially spread to the placenta and the breast milk. We know there were a tremendous number of safety problems affecting reproductive health followed by universally acknowledged mysterious declines in birth rates and increases in stillbirths, neonatal deaths, and miscarriages. And we’ve known for years that flu shots tamper with the immune system, particularly degrading T cell responses. And remember, even the CDC admits the flu vaccine was just 14% effective in 2021 (which often portends negative efficacy outside the narrow window of observation).

So how is it that these manufacturers can make billions of dollars off flu shots for pregnant and nursing women when the shots are not even approved for them and when there are no safety studies in clinical trials? In 2016, as part of an omnibus bill, Congress passed the 21st Century Cures Act, which (in Section 3093) extended the liability shield offered to childhood vaccines to pregnant patients as well so long as the CDC recommends it.

So, the manufacturer can now be absolved of all liability for shots (for all demographics) so long as the CDC recommends them for pregnant women without any studies. It is precisely vaccines used off label that should be on the hook for the most liability, yet they get off scot-free. Who ever said crime never pays!

Now, in addition to hitting every woman with a flu shot, officials are pressuring them to get COVID shots. Additionally, the FDA just approved Pfizer’s dangerous RSV shot for pregnant women, which of course has the recommendation of the CDC. It was clear from both the advisory panels of the FDA and CDC that they were aware of the animal models showing interference in the antibody reactions of RSV shots given together with flu shots (in addition to concerns about adverse events). Yet they went ahead with approval of it, knowing full well that pharmacists and doctors will bomb their patients with all three before every autumn season, and particularly pregnant women.

Let’s not forget that to this very day, despite all of the safety signals with menstrual and reproductive adverse events correlating with the COVID shots, the manufacturers have still not conducted a trial on pregnant women. After forcing COVID shots upon millions of pregnant women after they were known to be unsafe, Pfizer began to enroll women in a trial, but then terminated the trial because the company said there was no need for one after already having treated the entire public like lab rats. As Congress is set to dole out more cash for vaccines through the HHS appropriations bill, how are lawmakers OK with this?

This is not a right or left issue. This is the safety of every child and pregnant woman on the line who is pressured and often mandated by doctors and schools – pursuant to our own government’s regulatory capture – to get an endless and ever-growing litany of vaccines. There is quite literally no issue that directly and universally affects our bodies and whole health more than vaccine safety. If there was any doubt in previous eras, we now know that both the manufacturers and the HHS agencies are untrustworthy. The time has come to audit every vaccine on the market, beginning with the most pervasive ones and the newest ones.

To that end, Speaker McCarthy should appoint a special select committee with a paid staff of researchers with a background in medicine but from diverse points of view to start an inquiry into each shot. The inquiry should start from scratch with no preconceived notions. What is the rationale for each vaccine? What is the short-term safety and efficacy data? What do we know about the long term? What is the all-cause mortality or all-cause hospitalization spread between the trial and control groups? Which cohorts for each genre were actually studied? The answers might surprise us. It’s only the entire future health of humanity that depends on those answers. No big deal.
