Transgender actor rages after claiming Emma Roberts misgendered him: 'What the f*** did you just say?'

A male actor who identifies as a woman claimed that actress Emma Roberts misgendered him on the set of the popular television show "American Horror Story" and went on an expletive-laden tirade about the alleged incident on social media.

Angelica Ross is a 42-year-old actor who began taking hormones and transitioning genders at the age of 19. Ross was working with Roberts, 32, on the popular horror-drama series and claimed that Roberts was transphobic toward him during a minor spat on the set.

According to AV Club, Roberts and director John Gray were engaged in a conversation when Roberts was described as semi-jokingly complaining that Ross was being mean to her.

The director allegedly tried to defuse the situation by saying, “Okay, ladies, that’s enough. Let’s get back to work,” to which Roberts allegedly replied, “Don’t you mean lady?" referring to herself as the only biological woman in earshot.

Ross made the accusations during an Instagram live video in which he described becoming enraged at Roberts while she allegedly disguised her laughter.

“I’m looking at her dead ass in the camera like, ‘What the f*** did you just say?' And I’m standing there looking her dead ass in the damn thing, and I’m, like, trying to process the f*** she just say. ... As she walked away, my blood is boiling. Boiling,” Ross said.

"I didn't speak to that bitch the entire time after that. We had scenes together, and I never spoke to her."

Angelica Ross says that Emma Roberts misgendered her and created an unwelcome working environment on the set of ‘AMERICAN HORROR STORY: 1984’.

She adds that she didn’t report it because one person who did speak up got repercussions for doing so.

Ross also released a series of emails from producer Ryan Murphy that discussed a version of "American Horror Story" that would be "starring black women." Upset that the project did not materialize, Ross posted supposed screenshots of the exchange.

"Remember your idea about a HORROR season starring black women? Well, I’m doing it. Not sure of the story yet, but we will start a writers' room in the fall. Along with you, who are the four women I should get?" Murphy allegedly wrote in an email.

“YAAAAAASSSSS!” Ross responded before suggesting a list of actresses who may or may not have been actual females.

Ross later claimed on social media that his response was "left on read" [sic] by the producer, while including a video about "white people who went out of their way to present 'diversity.'"

Paramore's Hayley Williams says people who vote for DeSantis are 'f***ing dead to me'

Paramore singer Hayley Williams recently expressed her negative opinion of those who support Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

She said that she's "very f***ing comfortable" speaking about politics, adding that, "if you vote for Ron DeSantis you're f***ing dead to me." The comments elicited cheers from the audience.

Reports indicate she made the comment in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Saturday.

The Sunshine State governor, who scored a decisive re-election victory during the 2022 Florida gubernatorial contest, launched a presidential bid last week, a move that means challenging former President Donald Trump and the rest of the Republican presidential primary field.

Williams has previously expressed support for the LGBT movement.

"Drag is not a crime. Gender-affirming health care for all, including our youth, is a necessity," she declared on Instagram earlier this year in response to two bills in Tennessee, according to Teen Vogue.

"Once again our state has passed two regressive and unfathomably harmful bills. We stand in solidarity with our LGBTQIA+ family and local LGBTQIA+ orgs in this fight, not only for inclusion for our friends & family in the queer community, but for radical acceptance and empowerment for each of them," Williams wrote, according to the outlet.

Last week, actress Ellen Barkin issued a profanity-laced tweet in which she openly proclaimed her hatred for Republicans.

"I'’m sorry to have to say this. I’m sorry for my language. But. I f***in hate these motherf***ing Republicans. Every last one. F*** them one and all." Barkin tweeted.

Wanda Sykes has suggested that all the Republican presidential candidates are "awful."

Rob Reiner has accused Trump of being "mentally ill" and described him as "a Liar" and "a Criminal." He has also asserted that voting for Republicans represents "a vote to destroy Democracy."

Tennessee Democrats who exploited Nashville massacre to push for gun control voted against bipartisan bill to make schools safer

After a transsexual radical massacred six Christians at the Covenant School on March 27, Republican Gov. Bill Lee and Tennessee lawmakers took swift action to advance legislation that would boost funding and harden security at schools in the state.

HB 322 passed both the state House with a bipartisan 95-4 vote on April 6 and the Senate on April 13 with a unanimous 33-0 vote. Lee is set to sign it into law.

The three Democrats who used the shooting as a springboard for their gun control agenda and media tour did not, however, support the legislation.

Despite having expressed concern over school shootings and invoking the memory of the slain children, Democratic state Reps. Justin Jones of Nashville, Gloria Johnson of Knoxville, and Justin Pearson of Memphis ultimately voted against the school safety bill.

The Tennessean reported that the bill would require schools to:

 • lock exterior doors while students are present;
 • conduct annual incident command bus safety drills, extra to the already required armed intruder drills; and
 • install classroom door locks and secure visitor entry vestibules.

In addition to hardening structural security, the bill would require school districts to ensure staff and experts have the wherewithal required in the event of an emergency. Accordingly, districts must have a threat assessment team and ensure that private security guards undergo annual active shooting training.

Districts will also have to annually provide up-to-date safety plans, floor plans, and security systems access to state and local law enforcement to optimize alignment and interoperability.

While not all of the requirements extend to public charter schools, private schools, and church-related schools, they too will have to ensure that exterior doors are locked, relevant drills are routinely conducted, security guards are trained up, and safety plans are in place.

"While it may not be the full solution to the danger and violence we see in the world, it is certainly a step forward," said House Majority Leader William Lamberth (R).

The three Democrats temporarily expelled from the House — for staging what Tennessee House Speaker Cameron Sexton (R) called an "insurrection" — opposed HB 322, as it did not satisfy their desire to infringe upon Americans' Second Amendment rights or stop access to "weapons of war."

"We don’t want gun battles at our schoolhouse door," Johnson said. "We want our kids to be safe, and to feel safe."

Pearson likened hardening security at schools to making them "more like prisons."

Jones, who has had multiple run-ins with the law, suggested that the addition of more police officers and security at schools was troubling, calling HB 322 a false solution and a "white flag of surrender."

“The TN House is hearing HB 0322 to add more police officer’s to schools as a response to mass shootings and @brotherjones_ calls on the house to listen to the thousands of young people outside and take real action! #NoActionNoPeace”
— A is for Afro (@A is for Afro) 1680794466

Jones added, "This is an optical spectacle decision to offer these false solutions. You want exposure when we are saying we want you to do something. This is a very political, calculated decision."

Republican Rep. Scott Campbell intimated that Jones and his two comrades were guilty of what they accused the bill's supporters of, saying, "If you want to talk about playing to the cameras, that’s what just occurred."

Last week, Vice President Kamala Harris praised the trio, suggesting that their expulsion was racially motivated and calling their "insurrection" courageous, reported the Guardian.

A&W Restaurants parodies announcement from M&M's, jokes about putting jeans on cartoon bear because 'even a mascot's lack of pants can be polarizing'

M&M's recently announced plans to place "an indefinite pause" on its "spokescandies," and A&W Restaurants has capitalized on the announcement by issuing a parody statement about its own mascot.

"America, let's talk," the A&W Restaurants post began, mimicking the beginning of the M&M's message. "Since 1963, Rooty the Great Root Bear has been our beloved spokes bear. We knew people would notice because he's literally a 6-foot tall bear wearing an orange sweater. But now we get it — even a mascot's lack of pants can be polarizing.

"Therefore, we have decided that Rooty will wear jeans going forward. Not to worry though: he will remain our official spokes bear. After all, he is un-bear-ably cute and im-paw-ssible to replace. We are confident Rooty will continue to champion good food & good times for many years to come...now in denim," A&W Restaurants concluded.

The company later noted that the post was just a joke.

“Is now a good time to mention this is a joke? 😅”
— A&W Restaurants (@A&W Restaurants) 1674590490

The post was a parody of a statement M&M's made this week about its "spokescandies."

"America, let's talk. In the last year, we've made some changes to our beloved spokescandies. We weren't sure if anyone would even notice. And we definitely didn't think it would break the internet. But now we get it — even a candy's shoes can be polarizing. Which was the last thing M&M's wanted since we're all about bringing people together," the message said.

"Therefore, we have decided to take an indefinite pause from the spokescandies. In their place, we are around to introduce a spokesperson America can agree on: the beloved Maya Rudolf. We are confident Ms. Rudolf will champion the power of fun to create a world where everyone feels they belong," the statement noted.

Last year, M&M's switched the green character's go-go boots for sneakers and the brown character's heels for another sort of heel.

"The refreshed M&M’S® brand will include a more modern take on the looks of our beloved characters, as well as more nuanced personalities to underscore the importance of self-expression and power of community through storytelling," Mars had announced last year.

Eminem reportedly defies NFL's no-kneeling order by taking a knee during Super Bowl halftime show

Rapper Eminem took a knee during Sunday night's Super Bowl halftime show, despite reports that the NFL asked him to avoid doing so.

What are the details?

Eminem — real name Marshall Mathers — took a knee during Sunday's Super Bowl LVI halftime performance in defiance of the NFL's wishes, according to reports.

Ahead of the performance, which included legendary rappers Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and 50 Cent and R&B hitmaker Mary J. Blige, the NFL was said to have told Mathers to avoid kneeling so as to waylay a "divisive culture war moment."

Toward the end of Mathers' segment, he performed 2002's "Lose Yourself" and concluded with its chorus:

You better lose yourself in the music, the moment/ You own it, you better never let it go/ You only get one shot, do not miss your chance to blow/ This opportunity comes once in a lifetime

At the chorus's conclusion, Mathers put his hand to his head and dropped to one knee and remained there, unmoving, as the crowd went wild.

The rapper in 2017 lauded NFL quarterback turned activist Colin Kaepernick, who helped to usher in kneeling protests during NFL games, and in his song "Untouchable," Mathers rapped, "Somebody has to be the sacrificial lamb/ So they call it a Kaepernick tantrum/ If you don't stand for the national anthem/We raise it, you better praise it."

What else?

On Monday, Fox News reported that the NFL was "aware" that the rapper planned to kneel during the performance.

"That report was erroneous," a NFL spokesperson Brian the outlet. "We watched all elements of the show during multiple rehearsals this week and were aware that Eminem was going to do that."

The denial came just one day before reports alleged that NFL brass told Mathers under no circumstances was he permitted to kneel during his performance.

Ahead of the big game, Consequence reported that the league nixed "several elements of the show," including Mathers' request to kneel.

"The NFL also rejected an outfit that [rapper] Snoop Dogg was set to wear due to possible gang ties, and flagged [rapper] Dr. Dre’s lyric from 'Still D.R.E.,' which includes the line 'still not loving police,'" the outlet added.

COVID 'compliance officials' again feel wrath of fed-up Canadian restaurant patrons who angrily demand they leave — and they do

In the wake of a viral video showing restaurant patrons in Vancouver, British Columbia, yelling at health inspectors to "get out!" as they delivered closure orders to the owner for COVID-19 violations earlier this month, yet another clip is getting attention showing the same scenario in another part of Canada.

What happened?

The clip shows a pair of Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario agents a man and a woman speaking Saturday with a Simmering Kettle employee across a counter, Barrie Today reported.

Suddenly a male customer standing near the counter begins arguing with the male agent and saying he and his colleague are trespassing at the Barrie establishment.

"You can't prey on weak people, okay? And I'm not one of those people," the customer tells the agent, adding that "so, you listen to me: there is an unlawful order here ... leave! You're trespassing!" The customer then threatens to call police on the agents.

As the male agent pleads his case, the customer tells him, "You're not welcome here." And with that, voices in the background pipe up and demand that the agents leave — and amid repeated shouts of "get out!" the agents comply.

— A Smith (@A Smith)1618100946.0

What did the powers that be have to say?

The AGCO said in a news release that "compliance officials" indeed faced patrons who had "gathered and demanded that the COs leave the premises because they 'were trespassing'" and then after advising the restaurant that it was "failing to facilitate the inspection" the agents left "for their own safety," Barrie Today reported.

The Simmering Kettle has stayed open despite a provincial shutdown order, the outlet added, noting that owner Shalu Persaud has received a $1,125 fine and must appear in court June 4 for continuing to breach the provincial order.

Then on Tuesday, the AGCO announced it had "issued an order of interim suspension of the liquor license" at the Simmering Kettle "for reasons of public interest and safety," Barrie Today noted.

What did the restaurant owner have to say?

Persaud told the outlet that with all the attention her stay-open stance has received, she doesn't know half the people who come to her restaurant right now.

"We've had people from Windsor, Toronto, Caledon, everywhere, coming in to buy and support," she noted to the outlet. "Everyone is fed up with this and the whole world is ready for a change. This is about our freedom."

Persaud also told Barrie Today that "this is not about serving food or serving alcohol. It's about being able to breathe and walk and talk when you feel like it and not when someone dictates it to you."

Leftists giddy that President Trump has COVID: 'I hope he suffers through this and dies as he’s losing on election night'

Upon hearing the news that President Donald Trump — along with first lady Melania Trump — tested positive for the coronavirus, rather than express sympathy and hope for a speedy recovery, a growing chorus of leftists jumped into the fray with giddy reactions to what undoubtedly is a dream come true for them.

What were the reactions?

Card-carrying Trump-hater Kathy Griffin — who won't soon live down her bloody Trump head stunt or her embarrassing apology for it — was only too happy to pile on with tasteless messages for both the president and the first lady:

I’d like to volunteer to be your caregiver. I’m a patriot. https://t.co/NXrSj4wJph

You may want to quarantine until after Christmas, sweetheart. https://t.co/4oNPtqsZPX

Late-night TV host Jimmy Kimmel, fresh from his blackface disgrace, couldn't resist getting cute:

Does anyone know why @Mike_Pence is running around in circles, throwing little pieces of Wonder bread in the air?
— Jimmy Kimmel (@Jimmy Kimmel)1601615565.0

Rabid anti-Trump moviemaker Rob Reiner kept his barb short and sweet:

That damn hoax.
— Rob Reiner (@Rob Reiner)1601614882.0

Reiner's colleague behind the camera and Trump-hating team member Michael Moore actually declared in a lengthy Facebook post that it's quite likely Trump is lying about testing positive for COVID-19:

Democrats, liberals, the media and others have always been wrong to simply treat him as a buffoon and a dummy and a jackass. Yes, he is all those things. But he's also canny. He's clever. He outfoxed [former FBI Director James] Comey. He outfoxed [former Special Counsel for the U.S. Department of Justice Robert] Mueller. He outfoxed 20 Republicans in the GOP primary and then did the same to the Democrats, winning the White House despite receiving fewer votes than his opponent. He's an evil genius and I raise the possibility of him lying about having COVID-19 to prepare us and counteract his game. He knows being sick tends to gain one sympathy. He's not above weaponizing this.

Let's see, who else...

Zara Rahim, a former Obama White House staffer who worked on Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, seemed to hope for Trump's demise in a Twitter post that apparently is now deleted: "It's been against my moral identity to tweet this for the past four years, but, I hope he dies."

Anti-gun activist/struggling comic Cameron Kasky seems nice:

@realDonaldTrump @FLOTUS I hope you get a mutation of the virus that makes your anus fall off

And:

My sincere apologies to the president and First Lady. Wishing them a speedy recovery. https://t.co/W9VqUGcBtS

TV writer and comedian Mike Drucker tried using Trump's words against him:

Like numerous others of her political ilk, comedienne Lisa Curry just wants Trump dead:

George Conway — a notorious anti-Trumper and husband to recently departed Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway — is no leftist, but his response to the president's positive test was less than sympathetic:

He failed to protect the country. He couldn't even protect himself.
— George Conway (@George Conway)1601617447.0

Oh, and the Washington Post spent some time early Friday dabbing a crushed carton of eggs off its face:
