SHOCKING: FBI BUSTED for sketchy crime data

President of the Crime Prevention Research Center John R. Lott Jr. has stumbled across some seriously sketchy data released by the FBI.

“We all remember the infamous fact-check in the presidential debate when Donald Trump was talking about increasing crime rates and ABC News was like, ‘There has not been increasing crime rates according to the FBI,’” Liz Wheeler of “The Liz Wheeler Show” tells John.

“This, you have found, is false,” she adds.

“The FBI every September puts out its data for the preceding year. And I noticed, just by comparing the excel files that they put out for last year and this year, for 2022 and 2023, that there were large changes that had occurred in their data,” he explains.

“They have a footnote that says they’ve revised or I guess updated the data for 2022, but beyond that, they mentioned nothing about the change,” he adds.

While David Muir, the moderator of the ABC News debate between former president Trump and Vice President Harris, was citing statistics from this data — John tells Wheeler that the FBI “missed over 880,000 violent crimes.”

“They missed 1,699 murders, over 10,000 rapes, missed 33,000 robberies, and missed 37,000 aggravated assaults. And for property crimes, they missed 198,000 property crimes that they hadn’t included in their numbers,” he explains.

“So when you say that 1,699 murders were missed, what does that mean?”

“Well, it’s kind of a black box. They don’t explain what happened, they just give you the data,” he says.

“It’s so deceptive. It’s also I think a good reminder when the mainstream media and the left have told us, it’s a form of gaslighting actually, over the course of the past year, every time a conservative has said, ‘Listen, our cities are facing an increase in violent crime where our neighborhoods aren’t as safe,’ and the left said, ‘Oh, violent crime is going down,’” Wheeler comments.

“We should follow our guts,” she continues. “We know that the violent crime rate is not going down.”

‘Clean up in aisle seven,’ Megyn Kelly says as David Muir’s ratings fall post debate

While the first presidential debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris is fading into distant memory, Megyn Kelly is here to make sure no one forgets it.

Especially the performance of the “moderators.”

In a recent appearance on ABC’s “Live with Kelly and Mark,” David Muir attempted to clean up his reputation following the debate.

“I believe it was our duty to ask the issues that Americans care about. You know, the economy: Are we better off than we were four years ago? Immigration: What are you going to do about the border? Why did you wait so long before you acted on the border? Those types of questions,” Muir explained.

“Reproductive rights. Afghanistan. Do you bear any responsibility? A peaceful transfer of power with the next election coming. You know, these are all really important issues, the issues of our time really,” he continued, adding, “I always say as a moderator, what the candidates decide to do with that time, you can ask the question, but they’ll answer with whatever they choose to answer with.”

After watching the clip of Muir, Kelly has some critiques.

“He’s just playing it right down the middle, Dave,” Kelly tells Dave Rubin of “The Rubin Report.” “Let me tell you what that was. That was clean up in aisle seven because his ratings are down 12% since the debate.”

“And far more than he’s seeing on the competition on CBS and NBC, they both fell a little this week,” she continues, adding, “just as it wasn’t that busy a news week but for, you know, the whole assassination thing.”

“ABC News can see he’s in a free fall,” she concluded, and Rubin agrees.

“They’re using one of their entertainment shows, the morning show, to run cover for their news operation,” Rubin says. “As Megan Kelly said, you know, playing it down the middle. And it’s like no, you did not dude. You fact-checked only Trump.”

ABC News Refuses To Say If It Will Disclose Its Debate As In-Kind Contribution To Kamala Harris

America needed this conversation. ABC got in the way and should be held accountable.

Trump & Harris debate: ‘An abject clown show farce. Period.’

The first presidential debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris has come to a close, and Dave Rubin isn’t buying the narrative the mainstream media is trying to spin about the candidates’ performances.

“The narrative of what you are now going to see is the hyper-competent Kamala Harris is the winner, and you’re going to see a new narrative being laid out in front of us,” Rubin explains. “Trump old and angry. Kamala Harris competent, commanding of facts, happy, smiley.”

“But that is really not what happened,” he adds.

The ABC moderators, Linsey Davis and David Muir, continuously jumped in to take on Trump themselves — which is not normal for a debate.

“This was a three-on-one,” Rubin says. “If this was professional wrestling, we would have thought this was a bit unfair.”

“They fact-checked Donald Trump repeatedly, dishonestly at times,” he continues, “they pushed Kamala’s lies and did not once go after Kamala for any lies. So it was an abject clown show farce. Period.”

While the mainstream media and leftists are cheering that Kamala won the debate, Rubin disagrees.

“I think Donald Trump did a hell of a job. He really did do a hell of a job,” he says, noting that debating with a person who “lies about everything” is not easy.

Liz Wheeler of “The Liz Wheeler Show” summed up Kamala’s lies in a post on X, writing, “Kamala has lied about late term abortion, ‘very fine people’ Charlottesville, J6, ‘Bloodbath,’ crime data, border security, Project 2025, fracking.’”

“The ABC moderators are a disgrace. They’re propaganda. Pravda. They’ve sold their souls,” she concluded.

“That is just right,” Rubin comments. “Every single thing that she said, almost without exclusion, was a lie or a distortion. And she knows she can do it because the two people sitting there were in cahoots to make sure she could get away with it.”
