Video: FBI agents with guns drawn reportedly raid pro-life activist's home with his 'traumatized' children present

FBI agents conducted a raid of a pro-life activist's home in Tennessee on Wednesday, according to video recorded by his wife. At the time of the FBI raid, the pro-life activist was reportedly about to take his seven children to school.

Paul Vaughn is one of 11 pro-life activists charged with violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act for engaging in a protest at an abortion clinic in March 2021. The Department of Justice accused the defendants of blocking access at the Carafem abortion clinic in Mount Juliet, Tennessee.

Seven of the pro-life activists – including Vaughn – were charged with “conspiracy against rights secured by the FACE Act, and committing FACE Act violations,” which is punishable by up to 11 years in prison and $250,000 in fines.

Vaughn's wife reportedly captured video of the "aggressive" arrest that happened at their home around 7:20 a.m. on Wednesday. Video shows four armed FBI agents at the Vaughn residence.

"There was no effort to bring him in voluntarily," Gualberto Garcia Jones – an attorney for the Personhood Alliance – told the Daily Caller. "They showed up unannounced at around 7 a.m. They were banging on the door so loud that it made the whole house shake and once they did that he came out — he was actually on his way to take seven of his children to school. The FBI agents, all four of them had their weapons drawn: two of them had long guns, two of them had sidearms. They were very, very aggressive, but once his wife took out the phone, they immediately changed their demeanor."

Paul Vaughn told Townhall that three of his children were in the backyard when an FBI agent armed with a rifle questioned them.

One child was crying and allegedly says, "The FBI is here, and they are arresting daddy."

Vaughn's wife notes, "They traumatized me and my children intentionally. We will never forget this."

Vaughn said he was handcuffed on the porch in front of his children.

Video shows the wife confronting the FBI agents – asking why her husband was arrested and demanding the agents to identify themselves.

"I want to know why you were banging on my door with a gun," Vaughn's wife says to an FBI agent in the video. "You're not going to tell me anything?"

The FBI agent replies, "I tried, ma'am."

Vaughn's wife retorts, "No, you didn't! You did not try!"

She approaches another FBI agent armed with a rifle, and asks for his identification. He completely ignores her.

Vaughn was reportedly whisked away in one of the two unmarked SUVs on the property.

The family said they never received official information about Vaughn's whereabouts for six hours after the arrest. He was taken to a federal holding facility about 60 miles from his home.

"For over six hours, no one knew where I was and why I was kidnapped from my home at gunpoint. It took a good attorney six hours to be able to break through the bureaucracy and find the people who know what was going on," Vaughn told Townhall.

Video of Vaughn's arrest was posted online by journalist Mia Cathell.

In September, as many as 30 FBI agents with guns reportedly drawn raided the home of pro-life activist Mark Houck for allegedly pushing a man to the ground outside an abortion clinic in Pennsylvania nearly a year ago. The pro-abortion man allegedly harassed the Christian man's young son.

AOC can't stop repeating the word 'baby' as she pitches 'SICK' plan to abort more babies in red states

Vice President Kamala Harris' cringeworthy habit of getting stuck on repeat seemed to have brushed off on Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) as she pitched her outrageous plan to keep abortion available on demand in red states.

In response to the Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade on Friday, Ocasio-Cortez is demanding that the U.S. government, presumably funded by taxpayers, should set up abortion providers on federal land in red states.

"Yeah, I’ll start with the babiest of the babiest of baby steps. Open abortion clinics on federal lands in red states right now, right now, right now!" Ocasio-Cortez shouted to a crowd of pro-abortion protesters.

Protesters amassed around the Arizona state Capitol on Friday night – when the state senate was in session.

Shortly before 9 p.m., law enforcement declared the pro-abortion protest an unlawful assembly.

Republican Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake shared a video of the mob outside the Capitol with the caption: "The left is showing everyone what a REAL 'Insurrection' looks like right now in Downtown Phoenix. This is domestic terrorism. The Arizona national guard should have been deployed hours ago, @DougDucey Arrest these animals immediately. They are out for blood."

Republican state Senator Michelle Ugenti-Rita shared a video of protesters slamming on the window.

We smell tear gas and the children of one of the members are in the office sobbing with fear. I expect a J24 committee to be created immediately."

Townsend later said, "Everyone is okay, and we are finishing our work."

Arizona State Republicans stated, "While the Senate is now secure & safe, unfortunately smoke/tear gas has spread into our chambers."

Senate President Karen Fann issued a statement, "We are incredibly thankful for our local law enforcement who quickly intervened during what could have been a destructive and dangerous situation for our members, staff and public inside the Senate."

Kim Quintero – the Republican Caucus’ communications director – noted, "Violent pro-abortion protestors’ attempts of an insurrection at the Arizona State Senate were thwarted Friday night, thanks to the swift actions from local and state law enforcement."

There were numerous violent outbursts during pro-abortion protests in several U.S. cities on Friday night.

'Night of rage' protests erupt into violence across the country: Fox News HQ targeted, fireworks shot at police, pro-life woman attacked, journalists assaulted

Protests erupted across the country following the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. In major U.S. cities, pro-abortion protesters violently clashed with law enforcement on Friday.

Washington, D.C.

Antifa-linked pro-abortion group Jane's Revenge vowed to undertake a "night of rage" after the Supreme Court's ruling on allowing states to make the final call about abortion. Black bloc protesters wielding umbrellas marched through the streets of Washington, D.C.

The group chanted slogans such as, "If abortion ain’t safe, neither are you," "If we don’t get it, burn it down," "Every city, every town, burn the precinct to the ground," and "F*** the church, f*** the state, we won't let them decide our fate." The protesters burned American flags.

Footage from the protests were provided by Fox News associate producer Lisa Bennatan, Post Millennial correspondent Hannah Nighting, Washington Examiner's Matt Miller, and TPUSA contributor Drew Hernandez.

Pro-abortion activists are protesting outside Nancy Pelosi's house accusing her of being 'complicit' in destroying abortion rights

Pro-abortion activists turned their vitriol on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and blamed her and the Democratic leadership for the expected overturn of the landmark Roe v. Wade decision.

A small group of protesters demonstrated outside Pelosi's palatial mansion in San Francisco, California, on Tuesday.

Video on social media showed a leader of the group vocalizing their fury.

"We're here because Nancy Pelosi and the whole leadership of the Democratic party has been complicit, complicit with the fascist Republican party that warns to not only only eliminate abortion rights, but gay marriage, trans rights, and a whole slew, a whole slew of rights!" said the protest leader on her bullhorn.

The seven protesters tried to boo loudly.

The protest appeared to be organized by a far-left pro-abortion group called "Ruth Sent Us" that demanded Pelosi investigate the Supreme Court justices in order to "save" abortion. They accused her of being "careless and cowardly" in her leadership and blamed her for not doing enough to prevent Brett Kavanaugh from being nominated to the Supreme Court.

The accusations against Pelosi paralleled those made against President Joe Biden by many on social media who accused him of not doing enough to protect abortion rights.

Left-wing protesters have also targeted the homes of several members of the Supreme Court for protests, including those of Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, a Democrat, meanwhile called on other Democrats to pass laws and file lawsuits at the state level to protect abortion ahead of the Roe. v. Wade decision expected to be made by the Supreme Court in several months.

This is not the first time Pelosi's home has been a targeted by left-wing protesters. In Jan. 2021, protesters vandalized her home with graffiti and left a severed pig's head on her sidewalk.

Here's a livestream recording of the protest:
