Will Trump’s unconventional plan to stop the UN climate elites work?



When President Trump boycotted the U.N. climate summit, many Americans who aren’t buying the elites' climate fearmongering were pleased, hopeful that Trump’s move might weaken the globalist plans.

But after the global elites appeared to use the president’s absence to push extreme climate policies, some are wondering if the president could have made a mistake.

“We’ve got Trump in the White House, and of course he actually boycotted the summit. We reached out to the State Department. They told us they deliberately chose not to send anybody. So there was no U.S. delegation for the first time in 30 years of these, and that made for a very interesting situation,” journalist Alex Newman tells Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck.


“And you know, a lot of Americans thought that was great. Hooray. And a lot of the climate skeptics also thought so. But some of the globalists at the U.N. conference also said, ‘Hey, this is a great opportunity, because the United States is still involved in the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change, but they’re not here to obstruct passage of an ambitious deal,’” Newman explains.

“‘So let’s do some great stuff, and then when Trump is gone in three and a half years, we’ll impose that on Americans,’” he adds.

And the agreement they passed without Trump’s presence included “mention of a carbon budget.”

“They claim that four-fifths of the CO2 that humans can be allowed to emit has already been emitted,” Newman tells Glenn.

“I think the strategy for these people, Glenn, is ‘Hey, we’ve got Trump for three and a half more years. Let’s just keep our heads down. We know that he doesn’t believe us. We know that the American people don’t believe us. So let’s just not talk about it too loudly,’” he adds.

“So was this a mistake by not showing up?” Glenn asks.

“I don’t know,” Newman answers. “I know some of the people down at the U.N. summit thought this was a good opportunity for them, but you know, Trump’s not done.”

“I’ve spoken with people at EPA; I’ve spoke with people at the State Department, who have said that they are seriously considering the possibility of withdrawing from the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change,” he continues.

“We have to,” Glenn interjects.

“Yeah, that seems like a no-brainer. … In fact, before he went into the White House, he said one of the top priorities for the MAGA movement and the United States needs to be to decisively crush this climate hysteria hoax,” Newman says, adding, “So he’s really serious about it.”

What Europe’s REJECTION of globalism means for the rest of the world



The mainstream media would have you believe right-wing, Hitler-esque extremists won in the recent European Parliament elections, but hopefully you know by now not to trust a word they say.

According to journalist Alex Newman — who spent a decade working in several different European countries — the truth is that the election results reflect some very positive news: There is a growing rejection of globalism occurring in Europe.

“We have a fake narrative from the fake media,” he told Glenn Beck. “Europeans, I think, like Americans, are tired of the globalism; they're tired of the mass migration; they're tired of the economic suffering because of the inflation and the climate policies and the war on farmers, and all the rest. And they want something different.”

Further, France’s president, Emmanuel Macron, dissolved the lower house of France’s Parliament after the election.

“After the election results, his party was absolutely crushed. … The result was devastating for his globalist establishment political party,” Newman explains, adding that “the party that won by a massive margin … is basically the antithesis of Macron’s party” in that “they're very strong French nationalists” who “want to preserve French identity.”

“They want to do deportations; they want to remove criminals and illegal aliens out of France. In some ways you might call them anti-islamic. They are opposed to what they call the Islamization of France.”

While there’s still much to be determined, “this could lead to some very, very profound changes in the way France is governed, and that by extension then would lead to some profound shifts across Europe,” says Newman.

While Glenn is encouraged by the news, he can’t help but wonder about the upcoming United Nations annual meeting, which is still very intent on pushing a global agenda, as “transforming global governance” is on the itinerary for the event.

“They're giving the United Nations extra powers that can be enacted in emergencies, and so they're getting around the sovereignty by saying, ‘oh this would only happen in a global emergency,’ but we all know emergencies are always right around the corner,” Glenn tells Newman.

Newman, who will actually attend the event and report his findings, thinks of the meeting as an “attempted constitutional convention.”

“They want to throw off the shackles that have kind of restrained their power-grabs over the decades and usurp vast new powers,” he explains. “And that's not speculation.”

Why global elites have conditioned us to fear ‘conspiracies’



Is the idea of a “global cabal” just a conspiracy theory, or is there any truth to it?

Award-winning journalist Alex Newman thinks he may have an answer.

“I would say, first of all, there’s two ditches that one can fall into on these issues,” Newman tells Glenn Beck. “There’s the one ditch, and some people fall into this ditch, that these individuals, these organizations, are so powerful they practically attribute divine, God-like powers.”

“That’s ludicrous,” Newman continues. “They’re not God. They don’t control things.”

The other “ditch” people fall into when discussing the “global cabal” is that “‘there’s nothing to see here.’”

“It’s not just a nice non-partisan think tank,” Newman says, referencing the Council on Foreign Relations. While it's not just an innocent meeting of the minds, not every one of the elites involved is an “evildoing conspirator who wants to enslave humanity.”

“It’s a real group; it has been incredibly influential in setting policy in the United States for generations,” he explains.

While these global groups are full of many benevolent elites, they're also full of nefarious actors.

Glenn says that those behind it all feel that "the unwashed masses, they don’t understand."

So they need to get the media on their side.

“We’ll teach it to the media, so the media can help teach it to the people,” Glenn explains from their point of view, calling this "un-American" and a "brainwashing center."

One word that was taught to the media, and thus the American people, was “conspiracy.”

“This is something that the CIA tried to popularize as a term of ridicule,” Newman explains. “The word ‘conspiracy’ just means two or more people working in secret on some immoral, illegal, or nefarious objective.”

“We’re trained almost like Pavlov’s dogs, we’re conditioned to recoil in horror when somebody says the term ‘conspiracy,’” he adds.

Now Americans have been conditioned to look past what’s true if someone has labeled it a “conspiracy theory.”

“We’re in a world where truth is no longer a defense,” Newman says.
