These celebrities are allegedly moving out of America if Donald Trump wins 2024 election

Barbara Streisand may be a great singer and actress, but that’s the extent to which we can give her credit.

“She is claiming that she will yet again leave the United States if Donald Trump gets re-elected,” sighs Hilary Kennedy.

Streisand made the same threat back in 2016, but, of course, she never followed through. However, she apparently means it this time around.

When Stephen Colbert asked her about her feelings regarding a second Trump term, Streisand responded with, “I will move. I can’t live in this country if he became president.”

She’s not the only celebrity who’s threatening to leave the states though. The list of Trump-hating celebs who claim they’ll move should he be re-elected also includes: Whoopi Goldberg, Raven-Symoné, Miley Cyrus, Bryan Cranston, Lena Dunham, Amy Schumer, and Chelsea Handler.

“This country would be a lot better if the people who claimed that they were going to leave it after Trump's 2016 victory actually would have left, but they didn’t,” laughs Logan Hall.

“This is an 81-year-old actress,” adds Blaze Media editor in chief Matthew Peterson. “I have no idea why I should give two you-know-whats about what Barbara Streisand thinks about politics or anything else.”

Amen to that, and good riddance to the woke celebs should they actually muster the courage to leave this time.

THESE celebrities say they're leaving America if Trump wins 2024 election

For the second time in recent history, the trash is promising to take itself out.

In an appearance on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," Barbara Streisand claimed she would leave the United States if Donald Trump is elected president in 2024.

“How do you feel about the specter of a second Trump administration?” Colbert asked Streisand, who replied,

“I will move. I can’t live in this country if he became president.”

When Colbert then asked her where she would go, Streisand said “England, I like England.”

This isn’t the first time Streisand has promised to leave the country.

In 2016, she claimed she would move to Canada if Trump became president. When he did become president, she stayed in the United States.

Streisand isn’t the only one. Whoopi Goldberg, Raven-Symoné, Miley Cyrus, Brian Cranston, Lena Dunham, Amy Schumer, and Chelsea Handler have all made similar promises in the past, but none of them followed through.

“Obviously this country would be a lot better if the people who claimed that they were going to leave it after Trump’s 2016 victory actually would have left, but they didn’t,” Blaze Media digital strategist Logan Hall says.

Hall believes these celebrities “don’t really have a lot of loyalty to America.”

“They don’t really feel like they’re American. They can just go and pack their bags and release all these horrible policies on the rest of us of lesser means who could not leave,” he adds.

Blaze Media editor in chief Matt Peterson notes that these celebrities' opinions couldn’t matter less, not just because they’re awful at staying true to their word.

“This is an 81-year-old actress. I have no idea why I should give two you know whats about what Barbara Streisand thinks about politics or anything else,” Peterson says.

'I will move': Barbra Streisand claims yet again she will leave the United States if Donald Trump is elected

'I will move': Barbra Streisand claims yet again she will leave the United States if Donald Trump is elected

Singer Barbra Streisand claimed that she will leave the United States if Donald Trump becomes president, a claim she also made prior to Trump's win in 2016.

The trend of celebrities saying they would flee the country if Trump becomes president circled back around when Streisand appeared on a recent episode of "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert."

Colbert asked the 81-year-old what she thinks of the current political climate, to which she replied, "I like Biden. I think he has done a good job. I think he is compassionate, smart, supports the right things."

The host then asked about a possible second term of a Trump administration, causing the singer to plainly reply, "I will move."

"I can't live in this country if he became president." Streisand then explained that she would move across the pond. "Probably to England. I like England."

Of course, this was not where Streisand said she would move to the first time she made the tired claim. In August 2016, Streisand spoke to the Australian version of "60 Minutes," where she said Trump "has no facts" before saying she would leave the United States.

"I don’t know, I can’t believe it. I’m either coming to your country, if you’ll let me in, or Canada," she said, according to The Hill.

"I worry. I don’t take anything for granted. I want Hillary Clinton to be president of the United States," she added.

Streisand was part of a long list of notable characters who made similar claims leading up to the 2016 election, including two then-hosts of "The View," Whoopi Goldberg and Raven-Symone.

"I'm going to move to Canada with my entire family. I already have my ticket," Raven-Symone said, while Goldberg offered immediate impeachment.

"Maybe it's time for me to move. ... We can kick his ass out. There is such a thing called impeachment," she said, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Other notable celebrities who feigned a plan to leave the United States included Miley Cyrus, who said that her heart was "broken into a 100,000 pieces."

"Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston said, "Absolutely, I would definitely move." Then he added that "it’s not real to me that that would happen. I hope to God it won’t."

The usual anti-Trump comedians such as Lena Dunham, Amy Schumer, Chelsea Handler, and more all piled on with the empty claim at the time, as well.

During her interview with Colbert, Streisand also touted the new Streisand Center at UCLA.

"I have a center at UCLA now that is going to study and is starting to study the dynamics of power between men and women," she explained.

Other fields of research at the center include "Truth in the Public Sphere" and the "Impact of Climate Change."

Actress Bette Midler blustered, "They did it. THEY DID IT TO US! #SCOTUS has overturned #RoevWade, enshrined in the Constitution as settled law for over 50 years. How dare they? This #SCOTUS is absolutely tone-deaf to the will and even the actual needs of the American people. Comic book actor Mark Ruffalo said, "Time to fight like hell in any way you know how. The American Taliban has taken over the Supreme Court."

"Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane tweeted, "Not too long ago, this would have been dystopian sci-fi. But the legacy of the 2016 election and the indelible mark of the GOP is printed here in black and white. How much farther this will go once again depends on American voters. Blame extremism or apathy, but this is America."

Model Hailey Bieber said, "Wow…I'm speechless. What an extreme loss and disappointment. This is really really scary."

Actor Danny DeVito fumed, "Supreme Court my ass."

Monica Lewinsky lashed out, "F*** you roberts. F*** you thomas. F*** you alito. F*** you gorsuch. F*** you coney barrett."

Filmmaker Michael Moore seethed, "This is one of the worst abominations ever committed by this country. And if we don’t act, RIGHT NOW, they will get away with it. So, on this day of infamy, I ask, I beg, I IMPLORE you — MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD! FLOOD THE STREETS! ... Remove all Republicans in November."

Singer Finneas said, "I don’t even know what to say other than absolutely f*** this."

Kim Kardashian shared a graphic that read, "In America, guns have more rights than women."

During a concert in London, Green Day singer Billie Joe Armstrong yelled, "F*** America," then declared he was "renouncing" his U.S. citizenship and moving to the U.K. The pop-punk singer added, “There’s too much f***ing stupid in the world to go back to that miserable f***ing excuse for a country."

During a performance at Glastonbury, singer Lorde shouted, "F*** the Supreme Court!"

Singer Olivia Rodrigo, 19, told the crowd at the Glastonbury Festival in the U.K., "I'm devastated and terrified. So many women and so many girls are going to die because of this. I wanted to dedicate this next song to the five members of the Supreme Court who have showed us that at the end of the day, they truly don't give a s**t about freedom. The song is for the justices: Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh. We hate you! We hate you!"
