‘Deleting All My Social Media’: Crybaby Celebrities Melt Down After Trump Win

The gnashing of elitist teeth since the Blue Wall’s fall has been GLORIOUS! Especially for an old conservative boy from flyover country.

Outspoken left-wing celebrity Bette Midler has claimed that former President Donald Trump tortured the truth to the point of death during a CNN town hall earlier this week.

Trump appeared on the left-leaning cable channel on Wednesday night for the event. Midler has offered scathing critiques of his performance.

"Dear Donnie, Well, that was the most depressing, demented, dim-witted performance any of us have ever seen on CNN, and that's saying a lot. Thnx for reminding us yet again that you are a menace to society, & a sore loser in the grip of a dangerous fantasy that could kill us all," Midler tweeted on Friday. "Trump put #Truth in a chokehold on #CNN and squeezed for 75 minutes. Then he bludgeoned it, kicked it, slashed it, dismembered it, lynched it and left it for dead. CNN has a lot to answer for," she asserted.

Rob Reiner, another frequent Trump critic, has suggested that voting for Trump amounts to a vote for "White Christian Nationalism" and "Fascism." He has also claimed that the former president is "mentally ill."

"The choice could not be clearer. If you want White Christian Nationalism, if you want Fascism, vote for Trump. If you want Human Decency, if you want Democracy, vote for Biden. That's it, and that's all," Reiner tweeted on Friday. "There's no other way to say this: Donald Trump is a Liar, a Criminal, and is mentally ill," he tweeted on Thursday.

— Rob Reiner (@Rob Reiner) 1683907112

Reiner has previously claimed that Trump supporters are hateful, racist, misogynists.

"Donald Trumps Cult followers believe he was sent by God to make America a White Christian nation. They are blind, filled with hate, racism and misogyny. They live in a 6,000 year old world where women and minorities have no rights. They can't be reasoned with. Don't try. VOTE!!!" he tweeted last year.

'Elon took my blue check away!' Reactions pour in as Twitter yanks legacy verification badges

Media figures, celebrities, and others lost their legacy Twitter verification badges on Thursday.

The social media platform previously provided the badges for free to people like journalists and celebrities, but now with Elon Musk at the helm, the company provides verification badges to people who pay to subscribe to Twitter Blue. Organizations can pay for verification as well. Government figures and entities now get gray verification badges.

Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York sounded the alarm, claiming that the new checkmark system lays the groundwork for "major potential harm" to result due to confusion about which accounts are real and which are fake.

"Jokes aside, this is setting the stage for major potential harm when a natural disaster hits and no one knows what agencies, reporters, or outlets are real. Not long ago we had major flash floods. We had to mobilize trusted info fast to save lives. Today just made that harder," Ocasio-Cortez tweeted.

The congresswoman was retweeting someone who shared a screenshot of a fake New York account claiming to be the city's official account.

"This is an authentic Twitter account representing the New York City Government This is the only account for @NYCGov run by New York City government," the real account tweeted on Thursday.

"No, you're not. THIS account is the only authentic Twitter account representing and run by the New York City Government," a fake account replied.

The fake account has been suspended and a gray verification badge currently appears on the city's official account.

Outspoken left-wing celebrity Bette Midler referred to Musk as a "worm," tweeting, "Elon took my blue check away! I'm unverified! After all these years and thousands of tweets and free content, this worm has the nerve to de-certify me!"

"So by revoking my blue check mark because I wouldn’t pay some arbitrary fee, someone can just be me and say a bunch of bull****. Does that mean Twitter and @elonmusk are liable for defamation or identity theft or fraud?" Alyssa Milano asked.

Even Elmo, a character from the children's program Seasame Street, lamented the loss of the verification badge.

"Elmo will miss you, little blue check mark. But don’t worry everybody, Elmo is still Elmo!" the character's account tweeted.

Bette Midler weaponizes Easter to push gun control agenda

Hollywood actress Bette Midler weaponized the holy holiday of Easter to push a gun control narrative.

The Hollywood actress and singer went off on gun violence in a recent tweet.

On Easter Sunday, Midler ranted on Twitter, "On this most Holy Day in the Christian calendar, remember the slaughter of your own innocents in school shootings across America, and let this #Easter mark a #resurrection, for them and for your commitment to change. It’s your turn."

She added a hashtag promoting the Mike Bloomberg-affiliated Moms Demand Action.

One Twitter user responded by saying, "The left is so unhinged. Let this Easter remind you that Jesus came to defeat evil like her. To bring about the awareness of a Good Father. But those who sow evil will be dealt with one day."

Someone wrote, "Guns don’t kill people. Crazy, evil people kill people. Many lives could be saved if we trained good citizens to use guns safely to protect our children. Your “change” would disarm America and make it even less safe."

Another social media user added, "I am praying for you and anyone who shares in your perspective."

Another person labeled Midler as "repulsive" for weaponizing Easter to push an anti-gun agenda.

Midler has been a strong opponent of the Second Amendment and guns.

In January, Midler ranted that there were 36 mass shootings in the United States.

The anti-gun leftist celebrity railed against the Second Amendment in May 2022, and encouraged liberals to "come armed" to a protest against the National Rifle Association in Houston, Texas. The comment was made on the heels of the mass shooting at the elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.

In May 2022, Midler blamed the NRA for the death of children instead of accusing Planned Parenthood for killing unborn kids.

Liberals and celebrities suffer complete meltdowns over Trump being reinstated on Twitter: 'How many Americans will die'

Twitter CEO Elon Musk reinstated the official account of former President Donald Trump. The reinstatement of the former president of the United States caused liberals and celebrities to suffer a complete meltdown.

Musk ran a poll asking Twitter users if Trump should be reinstated on Twitter. The 24-hour Twitter poll resulted in 51.8% of users voting "Yes" to reinstate Trump, compared to 48.2% of users saying to permanently ban Trump. More than 15 million Twitter users voted in Musk's poll.

Musk tweeted, "The people have spoken. Trump will be reinstated."

Liberals and celebrities seethed over the decision to reinstate Trump on the social media platform. Reactions on Twitter from leftists viciously attacked Trump as well as Musk.

David Leavitt: "How many Americans will die because @elonmusk brought @realDonaldTrump back onto Twitter? He's Back and every American who dies because of @realDonaldTrump being back on Twitter is @ElonMusk's fault."

Filmmaker Rob Reiner: "Elon Musk is letting a man who led a violent Insurrection to overthrow the United States Government back on this platform. Letting the Lies and Disinformation continue to poison the American bloodstream."

Leftist commentator Keith Olbermann: "After this week, Terrorist Trump's $8 would constitute half of Musk's income from Twitter."

Former Clinton Secretary of Labor Robert Reich: "Memo to Elon, freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom to incite an insurrection."

Blink 182 singer Tom DeLonge: "Elon is a trail blazer holding massive insecurities. His desire to be funny, and cool is loud. He is seemingly most moved by, literally, people just liking him? It now seems like a disease to me? But supporting this racist, treasonous f*** makes me want vomit and quit Twitter."

Liberal writer Julia Ioffe: "There it is. He paid $44 billion and destroyed Twitter to reinstate Trump."

NAACP president Derrick Johnson: "Any advertiser still funding Twitter should immediately pause all advertising now."

Actress Mia Farrow: "Get blood pressure pills."

Huffington Post writer S.V. Date: "Trump was banished from Twitter not because of cancel culture, but because he attempted a coup using Twitter as a tool and THEN CONTINUED RILING UP HIS MOB EVEN AFTER IT FAILED. 2) Getting back on Twitter will remind many people what a dangerous, unhinged president he was.”

Rep. Liz Cheney: "With Trump back on Twitter, it’s a good time to watch this Jan 6 hearing. It covers each of Trump’s tweets that day, including those that have been deleted, and features multiple Trump WH staff describing his inexcusable conduct during the violence."

Actress Bette Midler: "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? This a**hole is going to give that lying sack of s**t another crack at the brass ring! Vote NO to reinstate him on TWITTER!"

TV producer Andrew Kimmel: "Elon Musk is a c***."

Democratic activist Scott Dworkin: "@realDonaldTrump belongs in prison not on Twitter. This is bulls**t."

Leftist activist Shannon Coulter: "Just emailed the head of safety at Apple and Google respectively to ask if their app stores will continue to carry the Twitter app now that Elon Musk has reinstated Donald Trump."

ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt: "For @elonmusk to allow Donald Trump back on Twitter, ostensibly after a brief poll, shows he is not remotely serious about safeguarding the platform from hate, harassment and misinformation. As we've said before, Trump used Twitter to foment intolerance, issue threats and incite a violent attack against the US government. Moreover, he has shown no indication that he would do anything different if given the opportunity. When @ADL and other #StopHateforProfit leaders met with Elon Musk on 11/1, he committed to not replatform anyone, regardless of stature, until he installed a transparent, clear process that took into consideration the views of civil society. @elonmusk's decisions over the last month have been erratic and alarming, but this decision is dangerous and a threat to American democracy. We need to ask — is it time for Twitter to go?"

Fans turn on Bette Midler when she defends women from 'inclusive' trans agenda: 'Don't let them erase you!'

Actress Bette Midler sent her woke fans into an outrage on Monday when she defended women against the onslaught of the transgender agenda that says biological men can be women.

What did Midler say?

Declaring independence from the increasingly aggressive trans agenda, Midler said that women are "being stripped" of everything that makes them unique.

"WOMEN OF THE WORLD! We are being stripped of our rights over our bodies, our lives and even of our name! They don’t call us 'women' anymore; they call us 'birthing people' or 'menstruators', and even 'people with vaginas'!" Midler tweeted.

"Don’t let them erase you! Every human on earth owes you!" she added.

“WOMEN OF THE WORLD! We are being stripped of our rights over our bodies, our lives and even of our name! They don’t call us “women” anymore; they call us “birthing people” or “menstruators”, and even “people with vaginas”! Don’t let them erase you! Every human on earth owes you!”
— bettemidler (@bettemidler) 1656948480

Midler did not specify whom she meant by "they," but she was presumably referring to activists and organizations that demand everyone uses "inclusive" language. Such language claims that biological men can also be women and undergo the same experiences that are unique to women.

After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, for example, the American Civil Liberties Union and Planned Parenthood made it clear they believe that "abortion care" is not limited to women.

What was the reaction?

Midler's tweet generated fierce backlash from people who believe she is promoting discrimination and — gasp — "transphobia."

The actress was even accused of being a "TERF," or trans-exclusionary radical feminist, a term that pro-trans advocates call women who believe that calling a biological man/transgender woman a "woman" erodes the true meaning of femininity.

 • "Bette. Don’t be a TERF. Don’t make us boycott Hocus Pocus 2," journalist Kris Vire said.
 • "SAD NEWS: Macy Gray & Bette Midler have come out as TERFs.Unfollow, un-support, and unsubscribe," journalist Ernest Owens said.
 • "F*** Bette Midler too. It’s all of us or it’s none of us. We don’t get there with transphobic nonsense," Imani Barbarin said.
 • "No one is trying to erase women with inclusive language about people who need abortion care. No one is calling you anything but what you prefer. You should extend that courtesy in return," author Roxane Gay reacted.
 • "Suddenly I don’t want Hocus Pocus 2 anymore…… Really shocked to see she has fallen into this Voldemort way of thinking," YouTuber Roly West said.
 • "Oh Christ almighty you bought this bulls***," journalist Katelyn Burns complained.
 • "Of course she's a TERF," activist Wagatwe Wanjuki said.

Transgender journalist India Willoughby even accused Midler of promoting "fascist propaganda" disseminated by foreign intelligence agencies and claimed Midler has adopted tactics used by Joseph Stalin and chief Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels.

Outrage erupts over Bette Midler posting 'racist' meme against Clarence Thomas: 'The racism on the left is so deeply rooted'

Actress Bette Midler is accused of posting a racist attack against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas on Twitter.

The so-called "progressive" actress assailed Thomas online because she was enraged by the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade. Midler posted a meme that many people are calling racist. The meme featured the face of Thomas photoshopped as a mask, but underneath is his wife – Virginia "Ginni" Thomas – wearing a black robe.

— bettemidler (@bettemidler) 1656847369

Twitter reactions from online commentators bashed the "Beaches" actress for her insensitive and "racist" attack on the Supreme Court justice.

Republican strategist CJ Pearson: "Let’s call this what this is: racism. And the only reason she gets away with it is because she’s a white liberal."

Radio host Darvio Morrow: "Sigh. The racism combined with ignorance, arrogance and a religious belief in their own virtue leaves me speechless. I’m out of words."

Pro-life advocate Obianuju Ekeocha: "The racism on the left is so deeply rooted that it’s terrifying."

Union University dean Hunter Baker: "The left is secure and unchallenged in its deep racism regarding any independence of mind in black men and women."

Former Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell: "Bette Midler continues to attack the black man."

Writer Jim Teacher: "Libs love any excuse to be racist."

Actor Clifton Duncan: "Black Americans, take note: The White 'Progressives' currently posing as our 'allies' are, in truth, some of the most vile racists you will ever encounter. And to think — there was a time I would have been thrilled to work with Ms. Midler."

Actor Kangmin Lee: "Clarence Thomas is single-handedly exposing the deep-seeded racism in the hearts of entitled white liberal women."

Powerlifter Marc Lobliner: "If this isn’t racist…."

Editor Chad Felix Greene: "This is who they are."

Actor Matthew Marsden: "Not all actors are like this. I promise."

Columnist T. Becket Adams: "So ... is that literal black face?"

Attorney NathanDallon shared a 1991 quote from Thomas: "'I'd grown up fearing the lynch mobs of the Ku Klux Klan; as an adult, I was starting to wonder if I'd been afraid of the wrong white people all along. My worst fears had come to pass not in Georgia but in Washington, D.C., where I was being pursued not by bigots in white robes but by left-wing zealots draped in flowing sanctimony.'"

Several people shared a Malcolm X quote: "The worst enemy that the Negro have is this white man that runs around here drooling at the mouth professing to love Negros and calling himself a liberal, and it is following these white liberals that has perpetuated problems that Negros have. If the Negro wasn’t taken, tricked or deceived by the white liberal, then Negros would get together and solve our own problems. I only cite these things to show you that in America, the history of the white liberal has been nothing but a series of trickery designed to make Negros think that the white liberal was going to solve our problems."

Midler posted another questionable meme claiming that Virginia Thomas is controlling her Supreme Court justice husband.

— bettemidler (@bettemidler) 1656871140

The Hollywood celebrity also shared an illustration of Jesus Christ consoling a girl who had been raped by her uncle, but saying there was nothing he could do because Clarence Thomas makes the rules.

Last week, Midler tweeted at Ginni Thomas and wrote, "F*** ya!"

The 76-year-old actress posted another meme that called Justice Thomas an "a**hole," and saying that interracial marriage once was illegal.

She also declared the Supreme Court to be "illegitimate."

Midler has been critical of Justice Thomas since 2013.

Celebrities melt down over Roe v. Wade decision: Barbra Streisand says Supreme Court is 'American Taliban,' Billie Joe Armstrong renounces citizenship, Jodie Sweetin shoved to ground at abortion protest

Celebrities suffered meltdowns while reacting to the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. Celebutantes from Hollywood, music, and television raged against the Supreme Court's decision to allow states to make their own abortion laws.

Singer and actress Barbara Streisand ranted, "The Court uses religious dogma to overturn the constitutional right to abortion. This Court is the American Taliban."

Actress Bette Midler blustered, "They did it. THEY DID IT TO US! #SCOTUS has overturned #RoevWade, enshrined in the Constitution as settled law for over 50 years. How dare they? This #SCOTUS is absolutely tone-deaf to the will and even the actual needs of the American people. Well, at least the enormous HATE *Christians* have for women who don’t toe the Nazi party line Children, Kitchen, Church, has finally been revealed. GET READY, GAYS. YOU’RE NEXT."

Comic book actor Mark Ruffalo said, "Time to fight like hell in any way you know how. The American Taliban has taken over the Supreme Court."

Singer Taylor Swift griped, "I’m absolutely terrified that this is where we are - that after so many decades of people fighting for women’s rights to their own bodies, today’s decision has stripped us of that."

Actress Busy Philipps flew off the handle and said, "It doesn’t end here. F*** this sham. F*** these people. If you’re a single issue voter and your issue is your taxes, f*** you too. This Supreme Court is on you."

"Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane tweeted, "Not too long ago, this would have been dystopian sci-fi. But the legacy of the 2016 election and the indelible mark of the GOP is printed here in black and white. How much farther this will go once again depends on American voters. Blame extremism or apathy, but this is America."

Model Hailey Bieber said, "Wow…I'm speechless. What an extreme loss and disappointment. This is really really scary."

Actor Danny DeVito fumed, "Supreme Court my ass."

Monica Lewinsky lashed out, "F*** you roberts. F*** you thomas. F*** you alito. F*** you gorsuch. F*** you coney barrett."

Actor Josh Gad wrote on Twitter, "You don’t need 280 characters today. Just one word: Rage."

Alec Baldwin's daughter Ireland Baldwin said, "F*** this absolutely disgusting country. I am ashamed to be an American."

Author Glennon Doylewrote, "Comfort to every human being who feels afraid right now. I feel afraid too. it is okay to feel afraid and tender now. soon, the anger returns and we fight like bloody hell. first the pain, then the mother f***ing rising."

Filmmaker Michael Moore seethed, "This is one of the worst abominations ever committed by this country. And if we don’t act, RIGHT NOW, they will get away with it. So, on this day of infamy, I ask, I beg, I IMPLORE you — MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD! FLOOD THE STREETS! ... Remove all Republicans in November."

Singer Finneas said, "I don’t even know what to say other than absolutely f*** this."

Kim Kardashian shared a graphic that read, "In America, guns have more rights than women."

During a concert in London, Green Day singer Billie Joe Armstrong yelled, "F*** America," then declared he was "renouncing" his U.S. citizenship and moving to the U.K. The pop-punk singer added, “There’s too much f***ing stupid in the world to go back to that miserable f***ing excuse for a country."

During a performance at Glastonbury, singer Lorde shouted, "F*** the Supreme Court!"

Singer Olivia Rodrigo, 19, told the crowd at the Glastonbury Festival in the U.K., "I'm devastated and terrified. So many women and so many girls are going to die because of this. I wanted to dedicate this next song to the five members of the Supreme Court who have showed us that at the end of the day, they truly don't give a s**t about freedom. The song is for the justices: Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh. We hate you! We hate you!"

Anti-gun leftist Bette Midler ripped as 'massively irresponsible' for telling people to 'come armed' to possible NRA convention protest

Anti-gun leftist entertainer Bette Midler took to Twitter on Wednesday and told people to "come armed" to a possible protest at the National Rife Association's convention in Houston this weekend.

Midler's suggestion came on the heels of a mass killing at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, earlier this week, and was among a flurry of tweets and replies the far-left actress and singer posted on the social media platform.

“AT THE GEORGE R BROWN CONVENTION CENTER IN HOUSTON TEXAS, THIS WEEKEND. Come armed.”
— bettemidler (@bettemidler) 1653496249

While the NRA said convention attendees can carry guns, they cannot be armed inside the General Assembly Hall for Friday's Leadership Forum, as former President Donald Trump is scheduled to speak and the Secret Service is in charge at that time.

How did folks react to Midler's shoot-from-the-hip tweet?

Midler — who's been nothing if not politically and socially outspoken of late — received some backlash for telling people to "come armed" to the potential protest:

 • One commenter remarked, "19 children and 2 adults just died from gun violence yesterday, and you're cracking a joke about 'come armed'? ... at least I HOPE it's a joke."
 • "She's gonna get people killed," another user said. "Massively irresponsible."
 • "No, no, no. Don't do this. Don't go armed and don't listen to her suggestion to act like it's Jan 6. This is the wrong take," another commenter reacted.
 • "Oh my gosh, Bette. Don’t act like a Republican!!!" another user said. "It’s so unbecoming."
 • "If someone does show up and shoots at people at this convention, I hope the police arrest you for this tweet," another commenter told Midler.
 • "Calling for more gun violence at the NRA convention doesn’t help us heal over the shootings. You are calling for more innocent people to be victims," another use wrote. "This doesn’t do anything to get us united. NRA teaches how to use guns properly & store them properly."

Anything else?

Houston is bracing for a number of protests related to the NRA convention, including planned actions from Moms Demand Action, Youth for Beto, and the Houston chapter of Black Lives Matter, according to Bloomberg.

"American Pie" singer-songwriter Don McLean pulled out of a scheduled performance at the convention due to Tuesday's mass killing, USA Today said.

"In light of the recent events in Texas, I have decided it would be disrespectful and hurtful for me to perform for the NRA at their convention in Houston this week," McLean said in a statement to the paper. "I’m sure all the folks planning to attend this event are shocked and sickened by these events as well. After all, we are all Americans."

In addition, Daniel Defense — the manufacturer of the gun used in the Uvalde massacre — on Wednesday withdrew from the convention.
