Biden orders executive action to grant amnesty for illegal aliens married to US citizens: 'It doesn't tear families apart'

President Joe Biden announced two executive actions meant to ease restrictions on illegal aliens trying to gain legal status and those classified as "Dreamers."

Biden announced the orders on Tuesday in a media briefing at the White House, surrounded by Democrats who applauded him.

'It will be a magnet for even MORE illegal immigration. Biden needs to stop rewriting immigration law and start enforcing it.'

"This action is a better way. It doesn't tear families apart while requiring every undocumented spouse to fulfill their obligation under the law," said Biden.

The order would do away with a provision that forced illegal immigrants to leave the country when seeking legal status and come back as part of their application process.

"These couples have been raising families, sending their kids to church and school, paying taxes, contributing to our country for ten years or more," the president continued in part. "They've been living in the United States all of this time, in fear and uncertainty.

"We can fix that, and that's why I'm gonna do today!"

The second order would make it easier for those who gained legal status under the Obama-era DACA act to get work visas.

While the mainstream media downplayed the orders in its reporting, illegal immigrant advocates applauded what they saw as amnesty for illegal immigrants married to U.S. citizens.

"President Biden Announces Executive Order Granting Parole in Place for Undocumented Spouses of U.S. Citizens," announced the social media account for NM Dream Team. "Over 1M undocumented spouses, including nearly 100K DACA recipients, to gain protection from deportation and work authorization."

'Desperate pandering for his failing reelection bid.'

Others called it the greatest action to ease restrictions on illegal immigrants since the DACA order by former President Barack Obama. More than 800,000 illegal aliens gained an exemption from deportation under that order, which many on the right called unconstitutional.

Among the critics was Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who immediately lambasted the Biden administration on social media.

"Biden’s mass amnesty policy is a desperate pandering for his failing reelection bid. It will be a magnet for even MORE illegal immigration. Biden needs to stop rewriting immigration law and start enforcing it. America can’t survive 4 more years of Biden's border crisis," wrote Abbott.

Critics of the DACA amnesty order say that many of those allowed to gain legal status didn't meet up to the stringent standards that were supposed to govern the program. Defenders of the program say that many who are eligible have difficulty providing paperwork to prove their eligibility owing to their hasty exits from their countries of origin.

Much like the DACA amnesty program, Biden's orders are expected to be challenged in court.

Biden sent HOW MANY migrants to THIS red state?!

According to a new report, internal DHS data has revealed that the Biden administration has flown hundreds of thousands of “inadmissible” migrants into U.S. cities — and the top 15 cities are eye-opening.

The controversial CHNV mass-parole program has used American tax dollars to send migrants who have claimed refugee status all over the country, but the state with the most migrants is, of course, the red state of Florida.

“We’re just flying these people, without knowing who they really are,” Glenn Beck says, disturbed.

“Now, these aren’t the people who came across the border, these are the ones that the United States government went out to and said, ‘Hey, is anybody a refugee? If you’re a refugee, I got free tickets to America,’” he adds.

According to the report, 91,000 migrants were flown in from January through August 2023 to Miami, Florida. Fort Lauderdale, Florida, received 60,000 migrants.

Those were the top two cities of the fifteen, but the third received much less.

Compared to Miami’s 91,000 and Fort Lauderdale’s 60,000 — New York City came in at number three with 14,000.

“Wait a minute, that’s quite a spread there,” Glenn says, shocked.

Houston, Texas, received 8,000, and at number five, Orlando, Florida, received 6,000. Tampa, Florida, was also on the list.

Stu Burguiere is confused by the decision to send so many migrants to red states rather than states with sanctuary cities.

“If you’re the Biden administration, you keep telling everyone that people in the South, in the red states, hate immigrants, they’re racists, they’re xenophobes, they don’t have any programs for them,” Stu says.

“So, why would you continue to keep bringing them to Florida and Texas? Why wouldn’t you bring them to the cities that have all these wonderful programs you’ve passed?”

The border and budget are EXPLODING. Thanks, Biden.

Clearly America is not doing too well. Government spending is out of control, our debt continues to grow, and our borders are being crossed daily by murderers, rapists, and drug traffickers.

While the government doesn’t seem to notice or care, Mark Levin is well aware.

“We have a full-fledged invasion going on as a result of the purposeful and intentional inaction of the Biden regime,” he says. "It’s intentional what’s going on on that southern border.”

And what is going on at the southern border?

Death, sex trafficking, drug trafficking, and dangerous criminals leaving Mexico to come to America.

According to a report, almost 800 people have died at the border, and lethal drugs are pouring across it — killing up to 100,000 Americans every single year.

“We have murderers, we have rapists coming across the border — people who’ve been deported nine times, 11 times, 14 times — back in the country. We have drug cartels that now have footholds in every single state of the union. Now, this is unsustainable,” Levin says.

Levin believes the point is to turn Texas blue.

“They’ve turned Arizona blue, they’ve turned Nevada blue, they’ve turned New Mexico blue,” he says.

“And their main goal is to take out Texas. Because as I’ve said before, once Texas goes blue, the nation goes blue and there’s no turning back.”

Not only is the border completely out of control, but so is government spending.

“They want to spend an enormous amount of additional money; they don’t want to secure the border,” Levin continues.

“They’re undermining the United States military. I could go on and on with their budget priorities. Their budget priorities are to redistribute wealth, and they keep pouring trillions of dollars into the fourth branch of government: their bureaucracy, their permanent government.”

Even Beto O'Rourke is slamming President Biden's latest effort at the southern border: 'It does not make sense'

President Biden's continued mishandling of the immigration crisis at the southern border has turned several members of his own party into critics. Now that list even includes notable progressive Beto O'Rourke.

The Democratic gubernatorial candidate knocked the president this week for ending Title 42 — a Trump-era rule that allows border agents to turn away illegal immigrants over COVID-19 health concerns — without a plan to stem the massive tide of migrants seeking entry into the country.

“It does not make sense to end this until there is a real plan and the capacity in place to handle those and address those that come over,” O’Rourke told the Texas Tribune on Tuesday. “I have yet to hear a plan from the Biden administration to address the dynamic we will have on the border once Title 42 ends.”

The rebuke is somewhat surprising given that O'Rourke was a frequent critic of the federal government's use of Title 42 during the Trump administration. However, political winds appear to have shifted on the issue, as illegal immigration continues to rock border communities.

The Biden administration announced it would end the emergency health order in May to a flurry of criticism. A Morning Consult survey found the move marked the administration's most unpopular policy to date, topping a lengthy list.

Many — including current Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) — fear it's all but inevitable that with Title 42 no longer at agents' disposal, the number of migrants showing up at U.S.-Mexico border crossings will surge to even higher levels.

Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin (W.Va.), too, called the move a "frightening decision" that will surely lead to the worsening of an already unprecedented crisis. He was soon joined in disapproval by Arizona Democratic Sens. Mark Kelly and Kyrsten Sinema.

Sensing the changing sentiment, O'Rourke settled on a new perspective on the order, offering some critique while maintaining his opposition to the border enforcement measure.

“What [Title 42] has done is produced a situation where the same person is crossing multiple times a week, and under [the order] that Border Patrol agent simply turns that person back around and then that person tries to cross the next day,” he argued. “They’re not arrested, not detained, there are no consequences for someone who is not following our laws when they try to come into this country, and it means that this country is not following its laws when it comes to those who are trying to make a legitimate claim for asylum.”

But, he added, “Everyone is legitimately concerned about the lack of a plan. We should hold the federal government accountable for doing its job, and they’re not doing that.”
