The DOJ indicts Menendez for corruption AGAIN

Justice might finally be catching up with New Jersey Senator Robert Menendez.

It all began when federal prosecutors raided Bob Menendez’s home last summer and discovered quite the impressive stash.

One of the most influential Democrats in the nation had stuffed nearly $500,000 in cash into jacket pockets, closets, and a safe. The stash included 13 gold bars, two of which were 1kg in weight.

Menendez and his wife were also gifted a brand-new Mercedes-Benz. Now the two are being charged with accepting bribes in return for political favors.

This is the second time in ten years Menendez is facing an indictment, and Levin believes the lengths to which law enforcement is going to expose his corruption are “amazing.”

“I’m sure Menendez says 'why can’t I get Hunter Biden treatment here?'” Levin jokes.

“They weren’t throwing search warrants at Hunter Biden for anything, and they don’t even open an investigation about Joe Biden, who’s selling out to communist China and other enemy states and corporations,” Levin says.

“It’s far more serious than whatever this moronic senator did from New Jersey.”

Not one search warrant has been issued to look into the Biden family, while the government jumped at the chance to search Menendez’s home for his cash and gold.

“If anything, the Menendez case shows us how corrupt Biden is and how corrupt the Department of Justice is, that they don’t even have a special counsel investigating the guy,” Levin says.

Here's ALL THE EVIDENCE you need to kick Biden out of office

According to the Constitution, a president may be impeached if he’s involved in treason, bribery, or high crimes and misdemeanors.

Mark Levin believes it’s time we take the Constitution’s advice and impeach Joe Biden.

“Let’s look at this in the context of Joe Biden. Let’s start with the Constitution,” says Levin, who believes the president has violated the Impeachment Clause of the Constitution.

The president took an oath to uphold the Constitution and the law. Levin thinks he’s done everything but that.

“So we have all these laws dealing with immigration, to secure the country, to protect the people, to determine how people come here, who comes here, under what circumstances they come here. Joe Biden has blown out every single one of those immigration laws,” Levin explains.

While the inhumane consequences at the border are themselves egregious, Biden has not upheld federal immigration laws.

“He has destroyed the federal immigration system. That would be a basis for an impeachment article to be considered for impeachment,” Levin says.

“This is in essence a political crime or a constitutional crime, if you will, against the body politic.”

He also believes that Joe Biden’s “circumventing a Supreme Court decision” that said he does not have the authority to forgive student loans “clearly undermines Congress’ power under the Constitution.”

And defying a Supreme Court ruling is an impeachable offense.

“And violation of separation of powers, of course that should be an article that should be considered as an impeachable offense. That is a political crime or a constitutional crime against the body politic,” Levin adds, saying this is "a pattern."

“His family had introductions to enemy states, and some allies, to front corporations, from which his family benefited to the tune of anywhere from $30 million to $50 million,” he continues.

“There’s simply no question that it not only is worthy of an impeachment inquiry; in my view it’s worthy of an impeachment trial.”

Rep. Nancy Mace sends Democrats into an uproar when she gives them dose of their own medicine: 'She actually said it'

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) sent Democrats into a tizzy on Thursday when she brought attention to a "hypocritical" argument that Democrats are making to protect President Joe Biden.

Democrats claim the impeachment inquiry targeting President Biden is tainted by political motivations because, in their eyes, there exists no evidence to prove Biden family corruption. At the first House Oversight Committee hearing of the impeachment inquiry, Democrats pointed to Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and her effort to impeach Biden two years ago as evidence that Republicans are unfairly targeting Biden.

But Mace quickly put an end to that argument.

The South Carolina Republican entered into the congressional record Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib's infamous demand in January 2019 that then-President Donald Trump, whom Tlaib called a "motherf***er," be impeached.

"Mr. Chairman, I request unanimous consent to enter an article into the record dated Jan. 6, 2019," Mace petitioned. "A member of this own committee, the day after she was sworn in, came into Congress and this article says 'Dem split response to her words "impeach the mother f-er"' the day after she was sworn in.

"Some might even say these kinds of comments, not only are they hypocritical by the left and their arguments today, but that this is an embarrassment to the time and people of this country," Mace added.

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.), the top Oversight Democrat, immediately took issue with Mace's petition, accusing her of personally attacking Tlaib.

"Mr. Chairman, I'm afraid my friend, the gentle lady from South Carolina, just engaged in personalities against a fellow member of the committee," Raskin objected.

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R) countered that Mace simply asked to enter into the congressional record Tlaib's own words.

"She said it. She actually said it," Comer told Raskin as he continued to object.

That's when Rep. Alexandria Ocaiso-Cortez (D-N.Y.) interjected to claim that Mace's "commentary" was problematic as Mace kept defending herself.

Ultimately, Raskin and Ocasio-Cortez backed off, the comments were entered into the congressional record, and the hearing continued.
