Pro-military cafe owner tells Biden supporters to take their business elsewhere after US service members are killed in Afghanistan

A restaurant owner in DeBary, Florida, is telling supporters of President Joe Biden to take their business elsewhere following the administration's botched withdrawal from Afghanistan, which has resulted in the deaths of several U.S. service members and has left hundreds of American citizens stranded inside the Taliban-controlled country.

A sign displayed on the restaurant's front door reads: "If you voted for and continue to support and stand behind the worthless, inept and corrupt administration currently inhabiting the White House that is complicit in the death of our servicemen and women in Afghanistan, please take your business elsewhere. God bless America and God bless our soldiers."

DeBary Diner owner Angie Ugarte told WOFL-TV on Monday that she posted the sign the same day that 13 U.S. service members were killed in a terrorist attack at the Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan.

"It was the only thing I felt like I could do," Ugarte said.

"I was just angry. I was just let down. I felt like one of those mothers, or wives, or sisters who were gonna get that knock on the door," she explained.

The local news outlet reported that Ugarte isn't worried about losing more customers; she is worried about losing more lives in Afghanistan.

"If you really, really still stand behind what's allowed this to happen and the way it happened — which was unnecessary — then I really don't want to be associated with you in any way and I certainly don't want your business," said Ugarte, who has been operating the restaurant for about 5 years.

The owner noted that many of her regular customers are U.S. military veterans. Inside the restaurant, Ugarte has an entire wall dedicated to their service.

"Our Local Heroes," reads a placard on the wall. Below it are flags, stars and stripes decor, military insignia, and photos of service members.

Ugarte told WOFL on Monday that her message to Biden supporters has received mixed reviews, but she insisted on keeping it up for now.

"I've had people come to the door and look at it and turn around and walk away. And I've had people come into the kitchen while I'm cooking and say, 'Hey, I love your sign,'" she said.

A Google search of the diner Tuesday afternoon, however, showed that her message was resonating with local residents. Google's wait time forecast indicated the restaurant was much "busier than usual."

Gun store says it won't sell firearms, ammunition to Biden supporters: 'Sorry for the inconvenience'

A Missouri gun store is turning more than a few heads after announcing that it's not selling guns or ammunition to supporters of Democratic President Joe Biden.

Oh, and Trigger Firearms and Reloading in Jefferson City posted its Facebook message on Inauguration Day, no less:

"We don't have guns or ammo for Biden supporters," the post read. "Sorry for the inconvenience."

What was the reaction?

It isn't clear how many Biden supporters in the area took issue with the stance of Trigger Firearms and Reloading. But bear in mind that Missouri voters solidly supported former President Donald Trump (56.8%) in the 2020 election compared to Biden (41.4%), and that Jefferson City — the state capital — also leans conservative.

Still, a number of commenters didn't like the gun store's decision:

  • "So when you go to bankruptcy court you going to tell the judge I went out of business due to being overly bitter?" one person asked.
  • "Good to know, I'll take my money somewhere else!" another commenter exclaimed.
  • "Love it that you've decided to show us what the expression 'shooting yourself in the foot' actually looks like," another user quipped. "Thanks!"
  • And one guy who lives about a half hour from the store had this to say: "I had a few grand to spend on a small backup to my Springfield XD and some other gear and ammo. Good to know you don't want my money because I don't want a fake billionaire reality TV star as my president."

But it appeared the lion's share of reactions came from folks who were solidly behind the store's stance:

  • "We're not supposed to arm the mentally ill anyway," one commenter said.
  • "You are aware you just sold out..........of stock for the next 4 years," another user noted. "Whomever came up with this idea is a genius; you will have back orders for a few years; congratulations; soon to be a chain of guns stores across our great nation."
  • "Voting Democrat but exercising the 2nd Amendment is like a cow cheering for the butcher," another commenter said.
  • "Here I was thinking this was still a free country & any business owner can run their business as they please..." another commenter said. "It's okay for social media to block a particular person for reasons they choose, but you want to bitch & moan about this business doing the same? The sniveling just won't end!"

Anything else?

Stef Feldman, Biden's national policy director, said in December that the president will "make big, bold changes through executive action ... on gun violence."

But one Missouri official is preparing to defend the Second Amendment in case the Biden administration ramps up gun control laws, KMOX-AM reported.

State Sen. Bill Eigel's bill, SB 39, would create the "Second Amendment Preservation Act," which would nullify any new firearms restrictions from the federal government in Missouri, the station said.

Biden calls for unity. Comedian says 'F*** that. I want blood.' Then conservatives pile on.

Comedian and actor David Cross has rejected President-elect Joe Biden's plea for unity amid his transition into the White House, calling for "blood" instead.

What are the details?

Biden on Saturday tweeted, "After a year of pain and loss, it's time to unite, heal, and rebuild."

While many social media users took the president-elect's message in a productive and positive way, Cross called for a revolution.

"F*** that," he wrote, retweeting Biden's remarks. "I want blood."

What was the response?

Despite its apparent call for division, the tweet, according to the Washington Examiner, "did not violate any of the tech giant's rules or policies," a statement from Twitter said.

Many conservatives and critics, however, had their say and railed against Cross's inflammatory remarks.

Writer Kurt Schlicter simply wrote, "Come and take it."

Twitter user TyrantNo4 wrote, "Imagine saying this and still thinking you're one of the good guys."

User BagelEnchilada chimed in, "David, I used to be a bouncer for a pub in Santa Monica. You came in one night. You barely made it to the top of the stool at the bar. Sit down."

Musician Phil Labonte added, "Well go gitchu some! Stop tweeting and start watering that grass. ... For the rest of eternity, anytime he tweets, there should be at least one reply that says 'the grass isn't gonna water itself.'"

Following the backlash, Cross on Sunday wrote, "I am loving the responses to this that are all, 'come and try p***y soy lib hollywood girl woman' as if these anonymous maga chuds & chudettes don't practice the same exact feckless violent fantasy trolling."

Just last week, actor Alec Baldwin — an outspoken critic of President Donald Trump — mused about the violence the sitting president should see should he refuse to vacate the White House in January.

“Who arrests Trump if he refuses to concede? Who drags him out? Pepper spray? Cuffs?" Baldwin wrote on Twitter earlier in the month. "A knee on his neck, cutting off his oxygen? Does he wheeze 'I can't breathe.' Just whale away on him like a piñata? Rodney King style? The thug who has destroyed the country. What does he deserve?"

Biden supporters 'murder' effigies of President Trump at packed celebrations across the country

There were massive celebrations across the country as Biden supporters reveled after multiple news outlets declared Joe Biden as the victor in the 2020 presidential election. During some of the Biden rallies, the fervent crowd attacked effigies of President Donald Trump.

A huge horde of people gathered near the White House on Saturday, where it was so jam-packed that photojournalist Ford Fischer said, "social distancing isn't really possible."

"One Biden supporter is carrying around an effigy of Trump's decapitated head on a pike wearing a pacifier and a pig-nose," Fischer wrote on Twitter.

In Philadelphia, the fiery crowd took turns punching, kicking, and throwing around an inflatable doll with Trump's face on it.

Before a man kicked the Trump doll, a woman is heard shrieking, "Kill that b*tch!" One man smashes a bicycle on the effigy of the president. The throngs of Biden supporters cheered every time the Trump doll was pummeled.

According to a Twitter video description, one man "murdered" the effigy of Trump with a motorcycle, and then people in the crowd stomped on what was left of the "rag doll."

In Madison, Wisconsin, Biden supporters danced and sang "F*** Donald Trump." One man is seen waving a "Back Lives Matter" flag in one hand while holding a bloody fake head of a beheaded Trump in the other hand. Also in Madison, a man brutally attacked another reveler at a Biden rally.

In Columbus, Ohio, Biden supporters were seen taking turns battering a mannequin dressed up as Trump. The effigy had Trump's signature red tie, a "Make American Great Again" hat, and a "MAGA" flag. The crowd erupts in jubilation as the doll is clobbered.

The large gatherings happened despite previous warnings by the media labeling Trump rallies as "super spreader" events.

Earlier on Saturday, Biden called for "unity."

"With the campaign over, it's time to put the anger and the harsh rhetoric behind us and come together as a nation," Biden said. "It's time for America to unite. And to heal.

During Biden's "victory" speech on Saturday night, the former vice president also called for unity.

VIDEO: Biden supporters assume they'll escape the wrath of Black Lives Matter. Think again, kids.

Everybody knows radical leftist groups such as Antifa and Black Lives Matter enjoy physically damaging and intimidating those who don "Make America Great Again" hats and emit even the slightest scent of support for President Donald Trump.

But garden variety Democrats beware: You may think you're on the same team as BLM & Co. and escape their rampaging wrath — but you're not, and you won't.

What happened?

Video posted by conservative journalist Andy Ngo revealed some cognitively dissonant moments on election night when hundreds of protesters shut down the streets of southeast Portland and confronted residents — even if they supported Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.

Case in point was a man who stood on his porch and hollered at the protesters, "There's my Biden sign! Don't destroy anything! Be peaceful!"

Image source: Twitter video screenshot via @MrAndyNgo

Oh, but the guy's supposed sociopolitical teammates weren't having any of it.

"No one cares about your white-ass opinion!" one woman began yelling. "Who do you think you are telling black people how to protest? You f***ing white-ass privilege old man!"

Ouch.

Another woman hollered, "Asking for people to be peaceful is white supremacy!"

Image source: Twitter video screenshot via @MrAndyNgo

It didn't get any better when the man left the relative safety of his porch and spoke to the protesters up close and personal.

But one leftist told him, "You just came out to instigate violence!"

Then a woman got in the man's face and told him, "At this point you're distracting the movement, so go the f*** home!"

In a separate scene, another man made the mistake of yelling at protesters, "Dude, I'm on your f***ing side!" Because with that a woman screamed back at him, "No, you're not! No, you're f***ing not!"

How did observers react?

As you might guess, folks who've apparently seen these things play out before weren't the least bit surprised at the left once again eating their own:

  • "They aren't on your side," one commenter wrote. "They want to see the whole system burn, and you will be a casualty in their revolution, and they don't care."
  • "Idiots! I have no sympathy. They ask for it by voting Biden," another person noted. "It's soul crushing to see so many brainwashed stupid WEAK Oregonians. If we had WW3, these people would surrender at the first angry glare of invaders."
  • "Thanks for once again proving to everyone that Antifa does not align with the Dems," another user said.
  • "Lmao 'I'm with you!' F***ing loser," another commenter declared. "Do you get it now? They don't care about you! These BLM rioters don't care about police brutality; it's all about getting pay back. Instead of trying to come together they want to destroy our country in an effort to take control."

So, buckle up, Dems. Don't think your support for Biden and even for radical leftist groups will buy you an ounce of security when they're pounding on your door, chanting outside your bedroom window in the middle of the night, and blocking your vehicle when you need to pick up your kids from school.

Anti-Trump vandals going hog-wild in Arizona neighborhood. But Biden campaign signs? They're left alone.

One thing that's glaringly apparent in Kevin Beamon's neighborhood is the support for President Donald Trump.

As KPHO-TV noticed upon visiting the Scottsdale, Arizona, enclave, pro-Trump flags, signs, bumper stickers, and banners are in numerous yards.

But on Monday night, several of those pro-Trump displays of support were slashed or stolen, the station said.

Not that there are only Trump supporters in this neck of the woods — a few folks have signs up for Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, KPHO noted. However, the pro-Biden signs have been left alone, the station said.

Apparently it's an anti-Trump operation.

"They basically just defaced and destroyed a lot of political signs, which is obviously illegal," Beamon told KPHO.

What are the details?

Around midnight, Peter Cohen's security camera caught two people — who looked an awful lot like Antifa types with helmets and black clothing — who tried jumping and climbing up his flagpole, the station said. Soon enough they were able to scale the pole and tear down his Trump 2020 flag, KPHO said, after which they ran off with it.

The same thing happened 30 minutes earlier in a different part of the neighborhood, the station aid.

It also appears vandals sliced in half Cohen's Trump signs in his yard because they couldn't pull the iron stakes from the ground, KPHO reported.

Down the street, Randy Marema's Trump flag was left torn in half and hanging in tatters from the top of his front porch, the station said.

"When they come right up to the doorway and go into a hallway and rip a flag down, that made me feel really violated," Marema added to KPHO.

'It's unacceptable'

Marianne Amato has Biden signs — and sympathy for her neighbors.

"It's unacceptable," she told the station in regard to the vandalism. "I would feel the same way if somebody took my sign. Everybody has the right to an opinion."

'We can disagree agreeably — apparently, they can't'

As for Cohen, he raised a spare Trump flag on the flagpole before most people even noticed, KPHO said.

"I'm well stocked, of course, just for this kind of case," Cohen told the station.

Beamon isn't impressed with the vandals' lack of civility, noting to KPHO: "We can disagree agreeably — apparently, they can't."

Female Biden supporter arrested after allegedly assaulting man who crossed street to wave Trump flag in faces of her group

A pair of female supporters of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden apparently didn't take too kindly to a fan of President Donald Trump invading their rallying spot in Wilmington, North Carolina, over the weekend, WECT-TV reported.

What are the details?

Witnesses said a male Trump supporter decided to head across the street, where Biden supporters were standing near the intersection of Military Cutoff and Eastwood Road, around 4:40 p.m. Saturday, the station reported.

The Trump supporter's mission appeared to be waving his pro-Trump flag in the faces of the Biden backers, witnesses said, according to WECT.

As you might guess, the gesture didn't turn out too well for him.

The male Trump supporter said he was assaulted by two female Biden supporters, the station noted, and one of them threw water on him.

So he pointed out the culprits to police and told them he wanted to press charges, WECT said.

But according to Jessica Williams of the Wilmington Police Department, since the alleged incident falls under a misdemeanor and police didn't witness it, an officer told the Trump supporter he'd obtain the women's information and give it to him so he could pursue a warrant on his own, the station said.

The Trump supporter gave the officer his information so it could be shared with the female Biden supporters, WECT noted.

Oops

However, things didn't go so smoothly when the cop approached the Biden-backing women, as one of them refused to give the officer her information, the station said.

Police told WECT the officer tried reasoning with the woman and asked her to comply multiple times, but she wouldn't budge.

With that, the woman was arrested for resisting, delaying, or obstructing an officer and taken before a magistrate, the station said.

Are things heating up in town?

Also in Wilmington, a Trump supporter made headlines after she said her Trump signs and a large flag were taken from her property, WWAY-TV reported.

But Amy Byers told the station that "fear is the absence of faith, and I'm not going to let fear control me."

"I'm going to make a sign that says, 'You can steal my sign but you can't steal my vote.' And that's really what my stance is," she added to WWAY.

Byers added to the station, "I just think we all need to respect each other's opinions."
