Dershowitz: Proof Trump’s judge is a ‘TYRANT’ with an ‘AGENDA’

Famed attorney Alan Dershowitz has witnessed the hush money trial against former President Donald Trump firsthand — and he is shocked how blatant the anti-Trump bias is.

While attorney Robert Costello was testifying on behalf of the defense, he reportedly committed the crime of raising his eyebrows. For this infraction, Judge Juan Merchan cleared the courtroom of everyone including the media and threatened to strike Costello’s testimony if he raised his eyebrow again.

Dershowitz, for some reason, was allowed to stay.

“I don’t understand how our justice system got to where it is this quickly,” Glenn Beck tells Dershowitz, who is also shocked by what’s happening in the Manhattan courtroom.

“I wish the trial had been televised so that all Americans could see the veins in this judge’s head popping,” Dershowitz tells Glenn.

“Let’s remember this is a judge who was so permissive with the prosecution, he allowed Stormy Daniels to testify that they had sex in a missionary position, that he used a certain kind of deodorant, and that he wore silk pajamas,” Dershowitz says, asking, “How is that relevant to an entry case involving bookkeeping?”

The judge then also imposed restrictions on what other witnesses could say.

“He was allowed to say that he had said on numerous occasions that he didn’t know anything about Trump. But he was restricted from saying many other things. As he has said, he swore to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, and the judge said, 'No I only want a partial truth.'”

When the country’s leading expert on campaign contributions was called as a witness and prepared to testify that there were no illegal campaign contributions, Merchan reportedly said that they could not testify as to whether or not they were illegal or legal.

“This judge has an agenda,” Dershowitz says. “This case is so absurd. In 60 years of practicing, teaching, and writing about criminal law, I have never seen a weaker case — and yet, there might be a conviction because this is a New York jury.”

Though clearly biased, the judge has been putting on a show for this jury.

“He is benevolent when the jury is there. It’s when the jury leaves that he becomes the true tyrant,” Dershowitz explains.

Michael Cohen 'lying' in grand jury testimony, his former legal adviser says ahead of Trump's possible arrest

Robert Costello, former legal adviser to Michael Cohen, testified before a grand jury Monday that Cohen's testimony in the case against former President Donald Trump is unreliable.

"Michael Cohen, in my opinion, was lying about just about everything," Costello told Fox News' Tucker Carlson Monday on "Tucker Carlson Tonight."

"It was clear to me that the Manhattan DA's office did not want to get to the truth," Costello also said, adding that he "got his point across" anyway.

Costello said he contacted the authorities involved when he saw televised coverage of Cohen discussing his testimony before the grand jury. According to Costello, the testimony Cohen described was "contrary to what he told [Costello and Costello's colleagues]" in 2018.

"I don't represent Donald Trump, but I do stand for justice, and I think I have a legal obligation to inform both sides," Costello said.

Costello told Carlson he prepared materials in 2019 for the Department of Justice on his representation of Cohen that he sent both to Donald Trump's lawyer and to the Manhattan DA's office.

"I wouldn't touch a witness like Michael Cohen for any amount of money. You simply cannot rely upon this guy," Costello said. Costello added that he formerly served as deputy chief of the criminal division for the U.S. attorney's office of the Southern District of New York.

Costello, displaying what he said was a waiver of attorney-client privilege signed by Cohen, noted that Cohen had "gone on another station" Monday denying he had signed it.

Costello testified before the grand jury in Manhattan Monday for two hours in a case against former President Donald Trump about a hush-money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels back in 2016. Costello represented Cohen in 2018 in a case involving that payment and other matters.

Costello said Cohen told him he was suicidal when they first met. In addition, Costello says Cohen repeatedly told Costello and colleagues that he had "nothing" on Donald Trump, despite the fact that giving up such information, if it existed, might absolve Cohen of some of the legal troubles he was facing.

"When you're willing to give up your life to avoid these legal troubles, and they're insurmountable to you, and you're offered a way out ... it's certainly easier to give up information on Donald Trump than it is to kill yourself."

"'Guys, I want you to know I will do whatever the F I've got to do,'" Costello said, quoting Michael Cohen. Costello, describing his interaction with Cohen, said Cohen "paced like a wild tiger."

"What he's saying is, 'I'll lie, cheat, steal, shoot somebody,'" Costello said, characterizing Cohen's words.

Cohen pleaded guilty to several charges, including a charge related to the Stormy Daniels payment, and was sentenced to three years in prison for it December 2018. Those charges included tax evasion, making false statements to a federally insured bank, and campaign finance violations. Separately, Cohen pleaded guilty to making false statements to the U.S. Congress, for which he received a two-month concurrent sentence.

"Weak, to say the least," Costello responded, when asked his general assessment of the case against President Trump.

Computer repairman at center of 'Biden laptop' scandal breaks silence after reportedly receiving death threats: I'm no 'Russian agent'

John Paul Mac Isaac, the computer repairman at the center of a reported Biden family scandal, is speaking out against any assertions that he is a Russian agent or hacker.

Mac Isaac made the remarks in a new video shared to YouTube on Saturday.

What's a brief history here?

Mac Isaac previously stated that he was in receipt of a laptop computer and hard drive containing highly sensitive information regarding former Vice President Joe Biden, his son Hunter Biden, and purported business dealings with Ukraine.

In November, Mac Isaac's lawyer, Brian Della Rocca, said that Mac Isaac closed his Wilmington, Delaware, computer repair shop after receiving death threats. A neighbor also told the outlet that Mac Isaac left town.

Hunter has not spoken about the laptop, and the former vice president said that the allegations were nothing more than a "desperate campaign to smear me and my family." He did not confirm whether the laptop belonged to his son.

What are the details of the new video?

As highlighted by the New York Post, Mac Isaac spoke out in the video insisting that he is not a double agent.

"For two generations, the Mac Isaac family has fought for the entirety of the Cold War against communism in the '70s," he said. "That's why it's completely absurd that why anyone would ever consider me to be a Russian agent or influenced by Russians. I am proud of my family, I'm proud of my country. I am proud to be an American."

Elsewhere in the three-minute video, titled "The Truth," Mac Isaac added, "For the record, I am not nor have I ever been a hacker. Those guys make so much more money than I do. I was hired — never paid — to perform a data transfer from a MacBook Pro to an external hard drive. The signed paperwork clearly states the process and sets the expectations. There's no magic or Hollywood. The process is no different than dragging or dropping from a USB drive. The only difference is I had to perform some surgery on the Mac to get it to boot."

Mac Isaac also said that he is absolutely not a hacker, which he said would be a "death sentence" in his industry.

"To imply that I'm a hacker or that information is hacked has an irreversible impact on my business and my character," he added.
