WATCH: Heated debate between Tulsi Gabbard's former advisor & Steve Deace over California immigrant bill
California state lawmakers have introduced a bill that would create a program for illegal aliens to put zero down on a no-payment “loan” for a house — and Steve Deace sees it for what it is: a replacement.
“If this isn’t a replacement, then what is the alternative explanation for what is being allowed to occur at the border?” Deace asks former Tulsi Gabbard advisor Paul Alexander.
“I struggle to understand the replacement argument,” Alexander says, noting that he believes it would be better to get the illegal immigrants housed than have them creating homeless encampments.
“I do acknowledge there are limited good options without the federal agencies stepping in. Ending Sanctuary City policies would be a step in the right direction to curb the flow moving forward,” he adds.
Alexander believes that additional legislation is needed in order to curb the issue at the border, but Todd Erzen disagrees.
“We already have a Constitution, we have laws. He can shut down the border anytime,” Erzen argues, adding, “Enforce the law.”
“I’m saying in broader terms of being well-received by the broader public,” Alexander replies, to which Erzen notes that caring about how you're received over what’s happening in real time is ridiculous.
“Well-received is not a girl being able to go jogging and not getting her skull crushed,” Erzen says, referencing the recent murder of student Laken Riley by an illegal immigrant.
“Yes, I’m aware of that,” Alexander says.
“It’s inhuman to continue to try to dance through the raindrops on this. The raindrops are bleeding out of the sky. I will not tolerate answers like this, it’s simply inhumane,” Erzen answers.

Biden continues his ridiculous LYING SPREE as America cringes
Joe Biden is an expert at enacting horrible policies and then dodging the blame once they inevitably fail.
Inflation, especially when it comes to astronomical grocery prices, is one such example.
Recently, in South Carolina, he claimed that “supermarkets should lower prices” and that “big grocery CEOs” are to blame for the rising number of Americans who “are not able to afford their groceries,” reports Sara Gonzales.
“They've been trying this forever. They always blame the companies and act as if they are the ones doing this, but it's such a fundamental misunderstanding of the free market,” sigh Stu Burguiere, adding that America’s inflation problem is a direct result of “government spending mostly juiced by Joe Biden.”
But grocery prices aren’t the only issue Democrats have refused to take the blame for.
There’s also the hugely problematic matter of rising crime.
“Every Walgreens in America in a major city is closed basically at this point,” says Stu, but instead of acknowledging that local governments “don't punish the people who are committing [crimes],” Democrats just claim that “the stores are racist.”
“The border is another example of this,” he continues. “They don’t control the border and then [Biden] has to come out and be like, ‘I’m actually super tough on the border; the Republicans won’t let me be tough on the border,”’ which any sane person knows is utter nonsense.
But perhaps the worst of Biden’s lies is the made-up a story about losing a son in Iraq in order to empathize with the families of the men who were actually killed in the Jordan drone attack.
“He was talking to this mom, and he again said that he understood what she was going through because his son Beau died during his service,” says Sara.
“My son spent a year in Iraq. That’s how I lost him,” Biden told the sobbing mother of Sergeant Kennedy Sanders, one of the victims who died in the tragedy.
“Beau died from cancer. He did not die while he was serving in Iraq,” sighs Sara, adding that Biden has told this false story “over and over and over again.”
“I literally don't know if this is an intentional lie or if he is just so far gone that that's how he remembers it in his dementia-riddled brain.”

Greg Abbott's statement on Texas' right to self-defense is so good, it should be framed next to 'victory or death' Alamo letter
As a border state, Texas takes the brunt of the illegal immigration crisis we’re experiencing in our country. The Biden administration, or, in the words of Sara Gonzales, the Biden “regime,” has disregarded immigration laws and welcomed millions of illegal aliens into the nation at the expense of the American people.
Back in December, Biden threatened to sue Texas if it implemented an immigration law called SB4 that would allow state and local law enforcement to arrest and prosecute those entering the country illegally.
Texas didn’t comply, choosing to exercise its Constitutional right to self-defense, and now, Biden is moving forward with the lawsuit. On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled that federal border agents be permitted to cut and remove razor wire Texas had set up to prevent illegal crossings.
The fact that the Biden administration “has the audacity to sue in this matter really should tell you what they think of you ... how they prioritize you and your safety as an American citizen,” says Sara.
In response to Biden’s unabashed breach of constitutional law, Texas Governor Greg Abbott issued a statement declaring, “Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself,” which “is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statutes.”
According to Jason Buttrill, Abbott’s letter is so compelling, “it should be framed right next to [Lt. Colonel William Barret Travis’ letter]” in which he vowed to fight for Texas’ sovereignty until “victory or death.”
Abbott’s statement “could be copied to every other red state ... that's sick of the bullcrap, that's sick of crime going unpunished,” Jason tells Sara, adding that they’re going to come after other rights as well, including those outlined in the First and Second Amendments.
“This is the way through ... to say that the states are sovereign. There is a federal law of the land, but if you will not enforce it, you give us no choice; we will go our own way [and] screw you if we have to.”
Sara is encouraged by Abbott’s response as well, considering thus far he’s been “weak in action at the border.”
“It’s time to fight fire with fire,” she says, and we “have the constitutional authority to do so.”

Will Biden’s border crisis TRANSFORM America FOREVER?
With the end of the pandemic comes the end of pandemic policy.
Title 42, the policy which allowed border authorities to easily turn away migrants at the border expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on Thursday and has left Americans wondering how this will affect the humanitarian crisis at the southern U.S. border.
Its expiration has also left the public in fear of the anticipated migrant rush and its potential to change America forever.
Texas Rep. Chip Roy discussed what he believes should be done with Glenn Beck.
Beck says he’d “sure like Governor Abbott to start leading a little more than he is,” saying though “he’s shipping everybody out from Texas to other states,” it’s really just hurting other states.
“This is an invasion. You can’t have 400,000 people coming in every month and expect to keep your country,” Beck warns.
“This is why,” Roy says, “the Texas House should have passed HB20, which they crapped on this last week instead of giving more resources to the governor. And instead they’re passing freaking gambling bills. That’s your freaking Texas House Republicans in action.”
Glenn believes this is all a part of a larger strategy.
He says that sending an unprecedented number of migrants across the border can collapse a country. The enemy will “win without firing a bullet.”
“This is exactly that strategy, if you believe someone is trying to collapse the United States of America, and I happen to believe that,” Glenn continues.
Roy agrees.
“The problem is that what people haven’t firmly come to grips with is that we’ve got evil in our own White House and DHS who don’t give a rat’s rear end about our own sovereignty, security. And they want to undermine our country. They’re literally at war with the American people,” Roy says.
“You can only conclude that it’s purposeful,” he continues, “there is no other logical conclusion.”
However, Chip says that Republicans like himself are taking action.
“We’ve finally grown a spine. We’ve finally passed a strong border security bill and I’m proud of it.”
The bill “would make very clear that the secretary — a future secretary who’s not corrupt for a Republican — has straight up authority to turn away at the border for any reason he or she sees fit.”
The bill would also tighten asylum definitions and fix the separation problems between families at the border.

Glenn Beck EXPOSES Biden for 'HELPING' the EVIL border cartels
Joe Biden might be president, but Glenn Beck sees him as much more than that.
“He’s a pimp, he’s a drug smuggler. He is helping the sex rings with children here in America. He is helping the drug cartels get fentanyl,” Beck charges.
Beck says this after a White House announcement claimed the administration has cut border crossings by 90%.
“Next week,” Beck says, “we are going to be hit by a tidal wave. They are expecting 10,000 people every day. Right now it’s about 2,000.”
Beck is referring to the quickly approaching expiration of Title 42, which was created to expel migrants in order to address public health during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“I think it’s time we have a frank talk,” Beck says, “and we ask what is it that the president has exchanged. The virtue, the sweetness, the hope, the dreams of little boys and girls who are raped by drug cartels, trafficked by drug and sex rings — tell me, what did you exchange that for, Mr. President?”
Under President Biden, 85,000 children who came across the border are currently unaccounted for.
“Why do you think we’re having so many problems with fentanyl?” Beck asks.
Beck answers himself, saying it’s “because our borders are open.”
“I’m sorry,” he continues, “but there is no way any rational, reasonable human being who actually cares about America, the American people, and human beings doesn’t do something on the border to stop this.”
Beck doesn’t think this is just a misstep by the president.
“I think you are in the grips of evil,” Beck accuses, “because only evil would turn a blind eye to what is happening to children, mothers, even single guys, families.”
“Mr. President, shame on you. Not only will America pay a heavy price for this, but mark my words, sir, in the eternities you will forever pay.”
