Feds bust 'high-end brothel' network frequented by politicians, military officers, gov't employees with security clearances

The Justice Department announced Wednesday that federal investigators busted a "high-end brothel" network the clientele of which included politicians, military officers, and other influential figures.

At a press conference, federal prosecutors said they have arrested three people for allegedly running the sophisticated network: Han Lee, Junmyung Lee, and James Lee.

Each man is charged with conspiracy to coerce and entice to travel to engage in illegal sexual activity. They allegedly operated the network since July 2020.

Prosecutors allege the men operated four brothel locations — two in Boston suburbs and two in Washington, D.C., suburbs — by renting out "high-end apartment complexes." The men allegedly advertised their prostitution ring using websites in which they included pictures of the women and information about them, including their height, weight, and bust size.

The operators charged sex buyers between $350 to $600 per hour and forced clients to fork over personal information to purchase sex, including their full name, phone number, email address, employer, credit card information, driver's license photos, and even references.

Joshua Levy, acting U.S. attorney for Massachusetts, said investigators believe hundreds of people — at the very least — purchased sex in the high-end ring.

"They are doctors, they are lawyers, they are accountants, they are elected officials, they are executives of high tech companies and pharmaceutical companies, they are military officers, government contractors [with security clearances], professors, scientists," he said.

Prosecutors did not identity any of the brothel clientele because investigation is "active and ongoing."

It is not clear whether the clientele will face criminal charges, but the Homeland Security agent who wrote the affidavit believes there are "potentially hundreds of yet to be identified customers."

Sex worker at Bunny Ranch brothel arrested after shots fired and hours-long standoff, OnlyFans model claims she was falsely accused

A sex worker at a legal brothel in Northern Nevada was arrested after shots were fired and an hours-long standoff, according to police. The sex worker claimed that she was falsely accused and plans to tell her side of the story on her OnlyFans account.

Savannah Henderson, also known by her performer name, "Tiara Tae," is a worker at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch – the legal brothel featured in the adult reality TV series "Cathouse" on HBO in the 2000s. On Monday, Henderson was arrested and booked into Lyon County Jail on felony charges of four counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one count of possession of a controlled substance, discharging a firearm where others may be endangered, and a misdemeanor charge of obstructing/resisting a peace officer.

Henderson was released on Tuesday after paying $86,140 in bail.

Around 9:30 p.m. on Monday, police officers with the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office reportedly responded to a call about two workers having an argument at the Moonlite Bunny Ranch in Mound House. During the 911 phone call, the dispatcher allegedly heard gunshots in the background.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office said in statement, "Upon the arrival of Lyon County Sheriff's Office personnel, several more gunshots were heard. LCSO personnel immediately began an evacuation of the building and determined a single employee of the Moonlight Bunny Ranch had discharged a firearm."

The armed employee allegedly "retreated" to a room inside the brothel, according to LCSO Sheriff Brad Pope.

A SWAT team, a crisis negotiating team, and other local police departments were reportedly deployed to the standoff situation.

At 12:33 a.m. on Tuesday, Henderson allegedly surrendered to authorities, and she was arrested.

The Lyon County Sheriff's Office said that no one was injured during the shooting, and there is no current threat to the public.

Henderson disputes the charges and claims that she was falsely accused. She said that she was "feeling relief" that the charges would be dropped.

Henderson, who labels herself as "bully Barbie," teased that she would release "juicy details" regarding her arrest on her OnlyFans account.

Henderson appeared on the cover of the March 2019 issue of Hustler magazine, according to the New York Post.

Video: American judge kidnapped in Brazil by prostitutes and fake cops, held for ransom

An American judge vacationing in Brazil was kidnapped and held for ransom after being manipulated by prostitutes and men posing as police officers.

An unnamed U.S. judge was reportedly conned by two prostitutes in Rio de Janeiro. The judge told authorities that he had been traveling to Brazil for 20 years and he had known the two women – identified as Shayna Monteiro and Beatriz Freitas, according to the Daily Mail. He reportedly contacted the women and invited them to an apartment he rented out in the Copacabana neighborhood on July 3.

Surveillance video from the elevator shows the women with the American judge, Monteiro and Freitas left the apartment around 11:30 a.m. but returned an hour later.

The women were accompanied by two men dressed up as Rio de Janeiro police officers. The fake cops were identified as Erivaldo da Silva and Alef dos Santos – who told the judge that he was being placed under arrest for having sexual relations with the two prostitutes who they claimed were underage.

The fake police officers held the judge hostage and demanded ransom for his release. They negotiated a ransom of more than $36,000 from a friend of the judge.

"Erivaldo even pretended to be a policeman and tried to negotiate the price with a friend of the tourist, who was informed by phone that the friend was being arrested for being with call girls in her apartment," Brazilian newspaper O Dia reported.

The judge's friend contacted the military police.

When the conmen went to pick up the ransom money from the judge's friend, the real police reportedly arrested the fake cops. The judge was rescued without incident.

Da Silva is said to be the leader of a gang and was on parole for illegal possession of a firearm and criminal association. He was charged with extortion and kidnapping.

Charges for dos Santos, Freitas, and Monteiro are still pending.

"The welfare and safety of U.S. citizens abroad is one of the highest priorities of the Department of State,' a U.S. State Department spokesperson told the Daily Mail. "We are aware of these reports. Due to privacy considerations, we have no further comment."

Brothel in Austria offers customers who receive COVID-19 shots on site free 30-minute 'sauna club' sessions with 'lady of their choice'

A brothel in Austria is offering customers who get COVID-19 vaccine shots at its on-site clinic a free 30-minute "sauna club" session with the "lady of their choice," the Daily Mail reported.

What are the details?

The promotion at Fun Palast brothel in Vienna, which began Nov. 1, is an attempt to raise revenue after a dip in clients due to low vaccination rates, the outlet said, adding that about 65 percent of Austrians are fully vaccinated, while those who aren't can't enter restaurants, hotels, hairdressing salons, or large public events.

The Daily Mail said the Austrian infection rate in the past week is more than three times as high as neighboring Germany's.

So vaccine shots will be available once a week this month in the hopes of getting men vaccinated — and the sauna club voucher, which is worth 40 euros or about 46 U.S. dollars, is supposed to act as an incentive, the outlet said.

What's more, the Daily Mail said boys as young as 14 are reportedly allowed to use the clinic as long as they are accompanied by an adult, and women are being encouraged to visit the brothel for the vaccine as well.

"Due to the pandemic, we have registered a 50 percent decrease [in clients], with this initiative we hope that the number of customers will rise again," the brothel said in its announcement of the clinic.

Christoph Lielacher — director of Fun Palast — told Reuters that his brothel is "very popular," the New York Post said.

Anything else?

While vaccine incentives in the U.S. haven't risen to the level of free "sauna club" sessions at brothels, there have been extras out there:
