The real reason liberals suddenly want to ‘build the wall’

Liberals have historically been against building a wall, but it seems they’re suddenly singing a different tune.

Dave Rubin has noticed the shift in perspective.

“Do you sense that a lot of people are on that wake-up thing?" Rubin asks Emily Austin, adding, “There’s a lot of Jews like that in Long Island, and they’re just like finally, ‘Okay, maybe we should have guns, maybe we shouldn’t vote for Democrats, maybe we shouldn’t have open borders.”

As a native of New York, Austin has noticed it too.

“Remember when ‘build a wall’ was racist? And now, everyone’s like, 'Can we build this damn wall?'” Austin says to Rubin, adding, “It’s not about excluding others, like, they shift the narrative too much. It’s about protecting ourselves.”

As illegal immigrants begin to flood liberal hotspots like New York City, the idea of protecting themselves overshadows the narrative that they must help everyone in need.

“It’s not as racist and excluding as people want it to be, and I think people are starting to realize that because of their own selfish interest, because now it’s your house getting robbed, it’s your daughter being harassed on the street,” Austin says.

“Once it applies to you, you care. It’s easy to speak when you have no skin in the game,” she adds.

Before Governor Abbott of Texas began bussing migrants to California, California was looking down on Abbott as racist for not wanting an open border. But now, they’re begging him to stop sending illegals their way.

“I think people unfortunately only open their eyes once it’s reached an insane point of craziness,” Austin tells Rubin.

Retired player suggests racist idea to 'fix' the NBA

Retired NBA player Gilbert Arenas has a solution to fix the NBA’s lack of defense — and it involves racism.

“I know what they can do. Get rid of all the Europeans,” Arenas said on his podcast, "Gils Arena."

“They have no athleticism, right? They have no speed, no jumping ability, they are a liability on defense.”

“They didn’t soften the rules for the Americans, they softened the rules to open it up international,” Arenas continued, adding, “This is not our league, this is not the American South, this is the Euro style.”

Steve Kim believes Arenas has unwittingly gone “MAGA.”

He notes that it’s basically the same thing as “the replacement theory” since “he’s blaming the immigrants.”

Whitlock agrees, seeing Arenas’ take as fairly racist and full of misinformation, but he does admit there are “tiny kernels of truth there.”

“Tiny kernels of truth in terms of the NBA wanted to extend its international reach. That was their whole big plan for ‘we’re going to overtake the NFL, we’re going to be the international game, they’re going to love us in China, they’re going to love us here,’” Whitlock explains, adding that the NBA is suffering “the consequences of globalism.”

“Now, the chickens are coming home to roost, and it’s not an American game,” he adds.

HOW are these college campus HORROR stories actually true?!

It’s no secret that the majority of our colleges have become woke indoctrination mills. From radical ideologies pushed by professors to rampant leftist activism on campus, the university model is crumbling.

But just how bad has it gotten?

According to 22-year-old journalist and sports media broadcaster Emily Austin, it’s much worse than you think.

Austin, who attended Hofstra University, tells Dave Rubin that she “had a nonbinary professor who fully forced [students] to follow ‘them’ on Instagram.”

“They would post in thongs with their male genitals out,” she tells Dave.

She also “had a classmate who identified as a cat.”

“She would lick herself, she would meow, she would wear whiskers ... in class,” says Emily, adding that when she voiced concern, she was told she was “very insensitive.”

“But do you know what wasn't insensitive according to my dean? When my professor told me you're only on camera because you're a Jew.”

When Emily was given the honor of attending the Super Bowl as a media journalist at 19 years old, she told her professor, who taught sports journalism, that she would need to miss class for one week.

She assumed he would be proud of her given the content area he taught, but unfortunately, he responded with, “If you miss my classes, I'm failing you,” and, “ You're only on camera because you're a Jew.”

However, one of her male classmates mysteriously stopped coming to class halfway through the semester but returned for the last week of class. But when he got back, he was suddenly a she.

“He missed classes because he was transitioning,” says Emily, adding that she was also “forced to take” a “Japanese sexuality class” for a communications credit.

“I learned nothing,” except “how to news write,” she says, but “they would say, ‘Write about Lia Thomas,’ so it's like even the things I learned they used for the wrong things.”

And when Emily would “call out the indoctrination going on,” she ended up “suffering with the worst grades.”

“I wrote about how Lia as an athlete ... threatens women in sports, [but] I failed, [and] everyone else got a good grade,” she tells Dave.
