Mark Levin: Biden’s mental fitness is a ‘serious issue’



There should be no question at this point that Joe Biden’s mental decline is accelerating, and Mark Levin believes this should be of grave concern to us all.

“This issue of dementia is a serious issue,” Levin says. “I should know. I’ve had two people in my family who’ve had Alzheimer’s and one who had moderate dementia. It’s not funny, it’s very upsetting.”

This is why, Levin says, that he’s “disgusted” that Biden is running for president.

“We’re talking about the president of the United States. We’re talking about one branch of government that controls whether we go to war or not and what type of weapons we use among a thousand other things,” Levin says.

While Biden has moments when he seems okay, it’s not unusual for patients with mental disorders to seem as though they’re back to normal sometimes.

“Everybody says, ‘See? He was great for 90 minutes, he was great for an hour, he was great.’ Many people who have dementia or Alzheimer’s early stages can do that sort of thing,” Levin says.

“There’s a reason Joe Biden has taken vacation 40% of his presidency, there’s a reason why he won’t have, give, and take press conferences on a regular basis. There’s a reason why his staff walks around him when he goes to and fro from the helicopter. There’s a reason why we’re seeing on television what we’re seeing and we’re hearing what we’re hearing out of the president’s mouth — because he’s not well,” he continues.

“It’s not funny, but it’s utterly unconscionable and irresponsible for the largest political party in this country to be nominating somebody for president who they nominated before when he wasn’t well, when the vast majority of its members know damn well that what I’m saying is the truth.”

Exposing the Democrats' war on honest workers



While Donald Trump was mourning a heroic New York City police officer who was murdered during a stop, Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden were cracking jokes at Radio City Music Hall with Stephen Colbert.

Mark Levin believes this is “indicative of something bigger.”

“It is indicative of where we are as a country. We have a ruling class in America,” Levin explains.

“It’s not an official ruling class, but it is a group of individuals in different industries with different platforms who have seized authority over this country.”

Americans are not represented by this ruling class, which is why “so much of what they promote in their media has nothing to do with you.”

Rather, it’s meant to sabotage your way of life.

While issues like transgenderism and systemic racism are non-elected bureaucrats' favorite ones to amplify, the EPA has just decided that the single-family home for the middle class isn’t conducive to an environmentally healthy America.

“You’re to live in high-density high rises with public transportation; hence the automobile needs to be destroyed,” Levin says.

“Who voted for that? Nobody,” he continues.

“Biden did it through his EPA, and they say, ‘We’ll have cleaner air and cleaner water.’ Of course we won’t. Has nothing to do with that. It’s a massive inconvenience, and the intention is to limit the ability of the middle class to be mobile, to live the lives that you want to live.”

Defending liberty: Fighting against government overreach



Government overreach has become the norm under the Biden administration, and it threatens the liberty of Americans everywhere.

Mark Levin is sounding the alarm, warning of recent actions taken by this administration to target personal property and dictate the lifestyles of the people.

Levin calls a document put together by Bernie Sanders and the Biden administration aimed at “Combating the Climate Crisis and Pursuing Environmental Justice” the new “Communist Manifesto,” as it operates under the guise of “for the greater good” — but really reflects the goals of an autocratic party.

“You go through this document you’ll see what I mean in every aspect of our culture. Our politics, our government, central government, controls you, controls our livelihood, controls our future. It’s the modern day Communist Manifesto,” Levin says.

The government is enforcing their “Communist Manifesto” by issuing regulations that will affect the personal property of Americans.

“Joe Biden and his regime have issued a regulation that will make the use of your car and the combustion engine an impossibility. In other words, they are destroying the automobile industry,” Levin says, referring to a new EPA regulation that is the strictest federal climate regulation ever issued for passenger cars.

The regulation forces companies to up their sales of electric vehicles.

The administration has also recently enshrined rules “that will make it virtually impossible to build single family homes in the suburbs and the exurbs,” Levin says.

“Single family home, a home with a white gate — everybody has that dream. Wherever you are, wherever you live, this is something you want. They’re trying to eliminate it,” Levin warns.

While the Democrats claim to be “saving our democracy,” their actions reflect anything but that.

“The Democrat Party is a party of tyranny that practices totalitarianism despite talking about democracy,” Mark Levin says, adding that “all the biggest thugs, dictators, genocidal maniacs always use the word ‘democracy.’”

Levin’s point is easily illustrated by the 91 charges and four false indictments aimed at former President Donald Trump — all in the hopes of a 2024 victory for President Biden and the Democrat Party.

“I’m the real legal analyst, okay, and every one of these charges is bogus. All 91 of them. Not one of them should have ever been brought,” Levin says, noting that the only reason they’ve been brought is because “they want Donald Trump in prison.”

And why are they so enamored with the idea of Trump behind bars?

“The goal is a one-candidate race. One party. One rule,” Levin explains.

The Democrat Party has been trying to accomplish this goal since Trump was in office, starting with the accusations of Russian collusion and then insurrection — both of which failed to fulfill their goal.

“The result was no charges. Why? Because he didn’t do anything wrong,” Levin says.

“Then we have this New York attorney general. She is a radical reprobate who runs for office saying she’s going to get Trump. That should be enough to disbar her,” he continues, referencing the fraud case against Trump.

“Their goal is to imprison Donald Trump so Biden has a clear field. That’s why you charge somebody with 91 felonies in four different jurisdictions,” Levin adds.

Levin: Revealing CNN's false claims on 'Christian Nationalism'



The leftist media has been equating American Christians with “Christian Nationalism,” and Mark Levin knows exactly what they’re doing: fueling hate against Christians and Jews.

“What they want you to think about when they say ‘Christian Nationalism’ is the Klan,” Levin says. “White robes, white people, white hoods, the Klan.”

In a segment on MSNBC, a reporter from Politico discussed the topic, saying that Christian Nationalists “believe that our rights as Americans, all human beings, don’t come from any earthly authority.”

According to her, our rights don’t come from God — despite our country being founded by those who believed in natural law.

“Our rights don’t come from God? Oh my goodness,” Levin says, adding that “it would surprise the men at the Second Continental Congress in Philadelphia at Independence Hall who drafted and voted on and approved the Declaration of Independence.”

“If man has the power to give you rights, man has the power to take them away,” Levin says.

Levin points out that most people don’t choose not to murder because they’ll get in trouble with the government and go to jail, but because it’s simply wrong.

“What they’re trying to do is deny the fact that Judeo-Christian morals and ethics are the basis of the founding of America because they are,” Levin says.

Levin: Exposing Biden's historical lies



Joe Biden’s State of the Union speech, which Mark Levin calls a “state of confusion” speech, was inflammatory at its best and full of lies at its worst.

The president used his speech to pretend to be the greatest ally of marginalized communities with only good intentions for Americans, unlike his predecessor Donald Trump, whom he relentlessly attacked.

“Joe Biden wants you to believe that he went to see Nelson Mandela and he went to jail; he’s a liar. Joe Biden wants you to believe he was a civil rights activist; he’s a liar,” Levin says.

And this is proven by his well-documented past.

At the height of the civil rights movement in the early '70s, Biden joined the United States Senate and befriended John Stennis, James Eastland, Herman Talmadge, and Robert Byrd.

“All four of whom were racist segregationists. All four of whom filibustered the 1964 and 1965 Civil Rights Acts,” Levin explains, adding, “and Joe Biden wasn’t just their friend. Joe Biden sponsored legislation to end the integration of our public schools.”

Biden has also come under fire for a comment he made about not wanting to send his kid into the “jungle” as he advocated for ending the integration of public schools.

“He’s made racist, bigoted, segregated comments ever since right up to his election,” Levin says.

In 1994, Biden was the sponsor of a new crime law that focused more on crack than cocaine. Civil rights groups who represented the black community believed he was purposely targeting them.

“More black people as a proportion of the population went to prison as a result of Joe Biden’s law,” Levin says.

And now, Biden is “doing his dark, petty, Castro-like speech filled with lies, propaganda, delivered in a snarky, sarcastic, and angry way.”

“America, we deserve better than this,” Levin says.

Levin: Unraveling America's legal beginnings



Despite what the reprobates and historical illiterates on the left will have you think, our founding fathers drew on the philosophy that our inalienable rights derive from natural law — God.

But it’s not always out of malice.

Rather, it’s mostly because “they’re not very bright,” Mark Levin says, noting that the media is one of the worst offenders.

“The media in this country, they abuse their authority. They lie and they try and preach the radical left agenda,” Levin says.

And a reporter on MSNBC is proving Levin right.

“There’s many different groups orbiting Trump, but the thing that reunites them as Christian nationalists, not Christians by the way, because Christian nationalist is very different, is that they believe that our rights as Americans, as all human beings, don’t come from any earthly authority, they don’t come from Congress, they don’t come from the Supreme Court, they come from God,” the Politico reporter said.

“Obviously, she doesn’t know a damn thing about American history,” Levin says.

At the time that the country was founded, John Locke was the most important philosopher. He spoke at length about free will, the individual, unalienable rights, natural rights, and natural law — just like the great Aristotle.

“He talked about natural law, which is a universal law,” Levin explains. “In other words, murder is wrong, whether a man passes a law or not.”

“Morality does not come from man; morality comes from a higher authority,” he adds.

This is what our country was founded on because our country was founded on Judeo-Christian principles.

“That’s the modern-day Democrat Party, that man gives us rights and privileges and we need the right man,” Levin says, adding that “it’s a very dangerous ideology, and it’s preposterous.”

Mark Levin EXPOSES Joe Biden’s high crimes



Special counsel Robert Hur’s report is overflowing with examples of Joe Biden’s felonies.

These felonies took place under the Espionage Act when he was vice president, when he was a private citizen, and when he was a senator.

“There’s scores of examples of his committing felonies, and the only reason they didn’t bring the case they said is because he’s an imbecile,” Mark Levin explains to Brian Kilmeade, adding, “There’s enough probable cause in this document to bring hundreds of charges against Joe Biden.”

Levin read the report over a weekend, and the evidence is damning.

“There are times where he walks into the room with his ghost writer and he says, ‘Look, I have classified documents here,’” Levin says, adding, “He even says to the ghost writer, ‘They don’t know I have these.’”

“So, that’s a confession, the man’s guilty of numerous Espionage Act violations,” he continues.

In addition, evidence continues to trickle out about Biden’s involvement in his son’s business dealings.

“At least 20 times when he had business dealings going on, his dad either showed up or called in, but he says it’s no big deal,” Kilmeade says.

Meanwhile, Hunter Biden has also slept with young prostitutes, didn’t pay his taxes despite pulling in over $30 million, and bought a gun illegally.

“He hasn’t signed up as a foreign agent despite all the foreign business,” Levin says, adding, “but the Democrat Party is corrupt. They don’t care about the country at all.”
