Elon Musk calls for life in prison for any parent or doctor who carries out sex-change surgery on children



Elon Musk caused a stir on Twitter on Friday morning when he called for any parent or doctor who carries out sex-change surgery on children to be locked away in prison for life.

Last month, a measure by the Florida Board of Medicine that bans the use of puberty blockers, hormone therapies, or gender reassignment surgery went into effect.

There is also a bill advancing through the Florida state legislature that would ban so-called "gender-affirming care" for minors.

Senate Bill 254, which passed through the Florida Senate earlier this month, would criminalize parents or medical professionals who provided sex-reassignment prescriptions or procedures to children. The bill would also prohibit state funds from being used for such treatments.

In January, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis encouraged minors with body dysmorphia to undergo counseling instead of the irreversible action of "hacking off their body parts."

The Redheaded Libertarian, a popular political commentary account on Twitter, shared an MSNBC article titled: "What's the matter with Ron DeSantis’ Florida?"

The MSNBC opinion piece bashed the state of Florida, especially under the governance of DeSantis.

The author, Michael A. Cohen, called Florida the "hot mess state" and the "meth lab of American democracy." He said, "The Sunshine State long ago became a punchline to a running joke, but what’s happening there — and what it augurs for the country — is no laughing matter."

Cohen described Florida as "the most intolerant and authoritarian-minded state in the country and a disquieting reminder of the descent of the Republican Party into the political sewer."

The columnist called the governance of DeSantis has been "deplorable" and "hypocritical" with a "policy agenda defined largely by pettiness, cruelty and a disturbing disregard for basic democratic norms."

The Redheaded Libertarian shared the MSNBC article and mocked liberals for being upset that children can't change the sex of their children in Florida.

Musk responded to the tweet by writing, "Any parent or doctor who sterilizes a child before they are a consenting adult should go to prison for life."

Matthew Kolken, an attorney and director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association's Board of Governors, replied to Musk's tweet, "Also note, it is a federal crime to perform, attempt to perform, or conspire to perform female genital mutilation on another person who has not attained the age of 18 years under 18 U.S. Code § 116. 'It shall not be a defense to a prosecution under this section that female genital mutilation is required as a matter of religion, custom, tradition, ritual, or standard practice.'"

Biden's Department of Health and Human Services states that "early gender-affirming care is crucial" for children and adolescents.

For transgender and nonbinary children and adolescents, early gender-affirming care is crucial to overall health and well-being as it allows the child or adolescent to focus on social transitions and can increase their confidence while navigating the healthcare system.

While being interviewed by transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney in the Oval Office in October, President Joe Biden said that states and people should not have the right to ban "gender-affirming health care."

Newsom banked with SVB and lobbied for its bailout



If Gavin Newsom is trying to self-destruct, he’s doing a great job.

The governor of California recently praised Biden’s bailout of SVB, all the while omitting the fact that his wine companies and personal accounts all use SVB.

He said the FDIC’s decision to cover all depositor losses would have “profoundly positive impacts” on California businesses — but he didn’t mention that it would also have a “profoundly positive impact” on his own assets.

Newsom owns several wineries, CADE, Odette, and PlumpJack. All of them banked with SVB, and all were at risk of losing their deposit if holding over $250,000 threshold in a single account.

Host of "The Rubin Report," Dave Rubin, gives his take on the matter.

He says, “This should not surprise us at all. He’s got millions of dollars invested in these wineries, he personally is worth around — I don’t know — 20 million ... he was lobbying for the government to bailout HIS bank.”

Savannah Hernandez responds, “He is one of the most corrupt politicians that we have.”

She recalls that during COVID, he forced the entire state to lockdown, wear face masks, and stay away from visiting family in the hospital while he was wining and dining with his friends.

Savannah adds, “Going to SVB, I believe they also donated 73 million ... to Black Lives Matter and other social programs — and again, we have to ask the question, who is paying for these bailouts?”

While Biden claimed the American taxpayers wouldn’t be paying for the bailouts, that’s exactly who is paying for the bailouts.

Hernandez calls it “an absolute joke,” before asking, “Why is it that when Joe Biden comes out and says ‘the banking system is safe,’ we all automatically know the banking system is not safe?”

Apparently, whenever our government says one thing, the opposite is true.

Hernandez is right. Truly — at this point — it’s all a joke.

Matt Walsh's "Rally to End Child Mutilation" attracted an estimated 3,000 people Friday at the Tennessee State Capitol — as well as a small group of foul-mouthed, left-wing protesters who made several pathetic, unsuccessful attempts to shut down the event, according to the Daily Wire.

The large crowd was solidly with Walsh's cause to end medical transgender treatments for children and easily drowned out the protesters.

What are the details?

Twitter videos of the event documented numerous incidents of leftists melting down over the rally's message.

Radicals held up signs that read "Nazi lives don't matter" and "fascists f*** off." At one point protesters surrounded some Walsh supporters in the crowd and chanted over a megaphone, "F*** around, you're gonna find out."

One unnamed protester claimed to have taken hormone blockers and attempted to tell attendees that the treatment is life-saving and "completely reversible" if children change their minds. The protester argued that puberty is traumatic for some children, so "gender-affirming" treatment is necessary for minors.

Event speakers included U.S. Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), Robby and Landon Starbuck, Scott Newgent, and former U.S. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, who denounced her Democratic party affiliation earlier this month.

Far-left protesters attempted to drown out a speech by de-transitioner Chloe Cole by repeatedly shouting, "F*** you, fascist."

Cole discussed her emotional journey of being born a girl but deciding to transition and undergo a double mastectomy at 18 years — then ultimately de-transitioning. Cole now dedicates her time to speaking out against irreversible gender-mutilating hormone therapies and surgeries on minors.

Some leftists didn't like that very much.

"[Cole] is a fascist, and she doesn't care about other trans youth," one leftist protester told the Daily Wire. "She's using her own experiences to s**t on thousands of others that want to kill themselves because people like this won't let them."

When Matt Walsh walked on stage, radical protesters continued trying to chant and shriek over the rally.

One protester was captured on video calling Walsh "a far-right lunatic propagandist." The protester stated, "If you support anything he f***ing says, you're indoctrinating everyone you know into being a Nazi."

Despite the best efforts of the leftists, the vast majority of the crowd turned up in support of Walsh.

Walsh's stated during his speech that "these people here don't want you to hear what we have to say because they're cowards. They can't engage in the argument. All they could try to do is shut us down and silence us, but it's not going to work. We're still here. We're not going anywhere."

Walsh explained that the purpose of the event was to rally together "to protect our children." He accused the far-left protesters of "victimizing and preying upon kids."

"As Tennesseans, do we believe in castrating children? Do we believe in that? No. Do we believe in drugging and mutilating kids? They believe it — we don't," Walsh said. "Are we going to allow this in our state? Are we going to do what they want us to do, which is to sit back in silence and allow our kids to be victimized?"

He added, "The reason they're acting this way is because they are losing, and they know it. They're losing. And they will continue to lose as long as we continue to fight all across the country."

JK Rowling demands end to 'climate of fear' in trans debate; received 'heartbreaking' stories of women regretting irreversible gender surgeries



British author J.K. Rowling has called for an end to the "climate of fear" regarding the debate about transgender individuals in a new interview that is certain to spur an uproar.

"Many are afraid to speak up because they fear for their jobs and even for their personal safety," Rowling said in an interview with Good Housekeeping magazine. "This climate of fear serves nobody well, least of all trans people."

Since Rowling has been speaking her mind on the trans debate, she has received harsh condemnation as well as death and rape threats. But the 55-year-old writer alleges that "more than 90 percent of the letters and emails have been supportive."

"My correspondence have included medical staff, social workers, prison workers, workers in women's refuges, and members of the LGBT community, including trans people," Rowling claimed.

"I believe everybody should be free to live a life that is authentic to them, and that they should be safe to do so," the "Harry Potter" author said. "I also believe that we need a more nuanced conversation around women's rights and around the huge increase in numbers of girls and young women who are seeking to transition."

Rowling claimed to have received "heartbreaking letters" from young women, who "regret the irreversible surgeries they've undertaken." She said these stories from women regretting their irreversible gender reassignment surgery "need to be told."

This follows the Keira Bell case in Britain, where the 23-year-old sued the British National Health Service's gender-identity youth clinic for prescribing her puberty blockers at the age of 16. Bell blamed the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, which runs the U.K'.s only gender identity development service for children, for not doing enough to "challenge" her decision to transition to a male.

Earlier this month, the judges' ruling stated, "It is highly unlikely that a child aged 13 or under would be competent to give consent to the administration of puberty blockers."

"It is doubtful that a child aged 14 or 15 could understand and weigh the long-term risks and consequences of the administration of puberty blockers," the judges said.

"In respect of young persons aged 16 and over, the legal position is that there is a presumption that they have the ability to consent to medical treatment," the ruling read.

Bell had a double mastectomy at age 20 with hopes to "achieve happiness." When the surgery didn't bring joy, Bell began to de-transition last year, describing the situation by saying, "It was heartbreaking to realize I'd gone down the wrong path."

Rowling has had a history of weighing in on trans issues. In September, transgender activists called Rowling a "transphobe" for writing about a character in one of her books that was a cross-dressing serial killer.

Over the summer, Rowling was heavily criticized for saying that hormone therapy and gender reassignment surgeries are too often over-prescribed.

The author penned a lengthy essay detailing how she was allegedly targeted by the transgender lobby.
