The INFURIATING truth about New York's 34 counts against Trump

While the media suggests there’s a mountain of evidence against Donald Trump in his hush money trial, the actual evidence tells a different story.

While Trump may have 34 counts of falsifying business records against him, they’re all for one payment. That payment is $130,000 to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016, which he is accused of covering up.

“There is no mountain of evidence that is standing in the way of anything other than a mistrial,” Glenn Beck says.

“How do you get to 34 counts when it’s basically one payment?” Stu Burguiere asks.

There were a total of 11 checks written, which landed Trump with 11 counts, which Stu says is “totally stretching.”

“It’s one payment broken into 11 times. Okay, that’s BS,” he says, noting that Michael Cohen then submitted 11 invoices, which takes Trump to 22 counts.

“So again, it’s still just one payment they’ve broken into 22 different charges,” Stu explains.

When the payments then went through in the general ledger for Trump’s trust, he used 12 entries to signify it. That represents another 12 counts against the former president.

“Anyone can recognize they’re trying to blow this number up to make it look more like it was a real series of criminal activity rather than just one thing,” Stu says, adding that “you can absolutely have a problem with that one payment, that is totally fine.”

Trump tells Glenn Beck the American people see through Democrats' efforts to lock him up: 'Every case is a scam' like 'Russia, Russia, Russia'

Former President Donald Trump told nationally syndicated radio host and Blaze Media co-founder Glenn Beck Tuesday that he ultimately won't need to run his campaign from a prison cell because his case is strong and the charges against him are flimsy.

As for the impact of the four indictments he has been slapped with, Trump did not appear remotely skittish, intimating they are just more of what he has already withstood and that there will be a reckoning at the ballot box because the "public gets it."

Beck noted early in the interview, "You've seen the deep state. We now all know what you saw was true and deeper than I think any of us knew. They've weaponized everything. They are serious about trying to put you in prison."

Trump has been indicted for allegedly: falsifying business records; retaining classified national defense information; conspiring to defraud the U.S. and to violate civil rights; and for alleged false statements and racketeering, all amounting to 91 counts.

The corresponding felony charges together carry potential prison sentences adding up to a maximum sentence of 717.5 years behind bars, reported Forbes.

In light of the real possibility Trump could end up facing something far more consequential than a monetizable mug shot, Beck pressed Trump on whether he would continue his campaign in prison.

Trump stressed, "I don't think that's ever happening. We have a great case. Every case is a scam," then likened his four indictments to the Democrat-led Russian collusion hoax.

"Remember, I was dealing with Russia, Russia, Russia. Then, all of a sudden, ... the Mueller report said there was no collusion, and everyone had a heart attack. And then they started on Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine," said Trump. "These are bad people. These are sick people."

Trump suggested that rather than a jail cell, his recent indictments have instead landed him ahead in the polls, noting the inverse relationship between the Washington establishment's loathing for him and his popularity with the American public has been around since the day he came down the escalator on June 16, 2015.

According to the latest Harris/Messenger poll, Trump leads the second-top Republican, Gov. Ron DeSantis, by 45 points, and is in a dead heat with the Democratic frontrunner, President Joe Biden.

"I think the fake indictment that they did in Georgia was very helpful," continued Trump. "The public is smarter than anyone can imagine because they understand what's happening. ... I was doing very well before this stuff, but it's really driven my poll numbers up."

While Trump indicated the various efforts to preclude him from running again have prompted a boost in the polls, he said that his staying power is the result of the abundance of "love of what we stand for," including a great economy and strong borders.

Donald Trump tells Glenn why he’s CERTAIN a campaign from jail will NOT happen

Glenn calls Donald Trump “the most persecuted man in ... American history,” and it’s no wonder since the former president has been indicted four times and now arrested.

Rumors have been circulating about how Trump would run his 2024 presidential campaign if he’s behind bars, but he joins Glenn to explain why he thinks that scenario is highly unlikely.

“They are serious about trying to put you in prison,” says Glenn. “Can I ask, will you and can you run a campaign from a jail cell?”

“Well, I don’t think that’s ever happening. We have a great case,” Trump explains, adding that all the charges brought against him are “a scam.”

The former president also notes that he has “the biggest lead [he’s] ever had,” especially after the Tucker interview that garnered 261 million views, “which is an all-time record,” he tells Glenn.

There’s also the mug shot to consider. In most contexts, a mug shot would tank someone’s reputation and career, but in Trump’s situation, it became instantaneously “iconic” and only served to inflate his popularity.

“I was doing well before this stuff, but it’s really driven my poll numbers up,” Trump says.

Beck: The Trump case judge should recuse himself NOW

Former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social following his indictment to say the judge overseeing his case, Judge Merchan, “HATES” him, and one can’t help but wonder why.

According to Glenn Beck, the facts are adding up to a potential conflict of interest in Trump’s case.

For starters, Merchan donated three times to ActBlue in the summer of 2020. As its name implies, ActBlue is a progressive fundraising platform that’s widely used by Democratic politicians.

Merchan donated to ActBlue “once on July 26, when the judge’s donation, according to the FEC, was earmarked for President Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign. The other two contributions were pledged to the Progressive Turnout Project. This is a left-wing pack that rallies voter turnout for Democratic candidates and Stop Republicans.”

Judge Merchan’s daughter even worked for Kamala Harris For the People as director of digital persuasion, then again during Harris’ 2020 presidential campaign. She now is president of Authentic Campaigns, which is a consulting company that lists the Biden-Harris campaign as one of its clients.

“You can’t make this up,” Beck says.

He continues, “This is clearly a partisan, political move, and the judge is bought and paid for. I don’t know how you don’t get at least him to recuse himself, or a change of venue.”

Beck says that despite the Democrats' clear efforts to ruin Trump ahead of the election, he doesn’t think these political moves will work the way they want.

He says, “The last time they played this little game and they were like 'we’ll outsmart them, we’ll show America how stupid he is. We’ll put Trump on wall-to-wall coverage,' didn’t work out as you thought it would. I have a feeling this might not work out the way you think it will either. But we’ll see.”

Glenn: Do this TODAY to help stop possible Trump arrest

They have the man they want to see arrested; now they just have to figure out what his crime is. And apparently, the left is sticking with his dealings with Stormy Daniels as what’s finally going to take him down.

Glenn Beck knows it's nothing, but the left will do anything to see him fall.

He says, “It’s not a bribe; it was a settlement. He settled a case. That happens all the time.”

But if you want to fight what’s happening to the former president, you have to take action. Beck advises, “Get on the phone with your member of the GOP, whichever and as many as you possibly can dial. And I mean local all the way to the top.”

He continues, “Governments are instituted among men to protect rights. They haven’t protected our First Amendment right, the GOP hasn’t.”

Glenn says that the reason Donald Trump is so popular is because people feel that he understands them and is fighting for them as well as himself.

He continues, “They’re against him because he’s standing in the way to get to us. That’s the way most Trump supporters feel. It’s the way I feel.”

Will anyone in the GOP become a leader and stand up today for the rights of our former president? Glenn is asking that you do. That someone in the GOP does.

“So you call ... and you say ... I want you to stand up against the violation of our rights and the violation of Donald Trump’s right. We have a banana republic. We sent you there to protect and defend the Constitution. I don’t think you’re doing enough.”

Donald Trump says Glenn Beck will be 'very happy' about THIS big announcement

During an appearance on BlazeTV's live coverage of the 2022 midterm elections Tuesday, former President Donald Trump repeatedly dodged host Glenn Beck's questions about a potential White House run in 2024, but ultimately hinted at an upcoming "big announcement" that he said would make Glenn "very happy."

Glenn asked Trump if he plans to return to Twitter now that Elon Musk owns the social media platform, which permanently banned the former president in January 2021.

"You know, I have something that I think you're familiar with," Trump said to Glenn. "I have something called 'Truth [Social],' and Truth has been amazing. Actually, I like it better ... and I own Truth also, to be honest with you. So, it's become quite valuable. We have, you know, millions of people on there — millions — and it's gaining rapidly."

Glenn used the segway to ask if Trump would be using Truth Social or any other platform to announce that he will be running for president in 2024, referencing the "big announcement" Trump teased on Monday.

But Trump wasn't taking the bait. "I really like Truth. It's growing so beautifully and honestly ... the Democrats are thrilled that I have that name," he said.

Glenn tried again, asking, "So when you announce that you're running for president next week ... you'll just be using Truth?"

"So here's the good news," Trump said, expertly avoiding the real question. "They really want me. I really had a big impact on Twitter because, you know, when I went on Twitter 12 years ago when it was a nothing, failing platform, and then it became very, very successful. ... Elon wants me to go back on, but I don't see myself going back on it."

"So, let me try one more time," Glenn said. "Are you announcing that you're going to be running for president next week?"

"I'm going to announce that I think you're going to be very happy," Trump replied.

'Russia OWNS Germany': Here's why Trump says Russia-Ukraine conflict is 'a European problem'

Should America be involved in the Russia/Ukraine conflict? Former President Donald Trump joined Glenn Beck on the radio program Friday to explain how decisions to phase out nuclear and coal power in Germany and other European countries has led to their own crippling energy dependence on Russia.

Trump told Glenn the current conflict between Russia and Ukraine "never would have happened" in the first place if it weren’t for President Joe Biden's obvious lack of leadership and strength.

"This is a total lack of respect for [Biden] and for our country. And it's a disaster," Trump stated. "I think two weeks ago [Putin] had no intention of [invading]. He was just negotiating ... which he likes to do. And now he's seeing ... a clear path, because of the stupid people he's dealing with," he added.

Trump went on to say he thinks the Russia/Ukraine conflict is really "a European problem," caused in large part by Germany’s dependence on Russian gas.

"Seventy percent or more of [Germany's] energy is going to come out of Russia. That means that Russia controls them. Russia owns Germany," Trump explained. "In one of the dumbest moves I've ever seen ... [Germany] closed their nuclear plants and other plants to get rid of coal. Which was, you know, seen as a great thing ... So, Russia has total control of Germany, and Germany is saying, 'Well, we can't fight them.' So, I would really say, it's a European problem."
