Can the Democrats scare the Supreme Court out of hearing Trump’s appeal?
Donald Trump has been convicted on 34 counts in his New York hush-money trial — and Americans everywhere are horrified.
Not only because the former president may be going to prison, but the additional looming consequences could be game-changing.
“I think it also will be used as the excuse for Joe Biden not debating him. ‘I don’t debate a felon,’” Glenn Beck predicts, mocking Biden.
“They’re moving past this and they’re moving to the Supreme Court,” Glenn continues. “They are launching cannon balls at the ship, saying, ‘Don’t you dare get involved in this trial.’”
“They sent the message to Alito and Thomas and everybody else, ‘Back off, stay down,’” he explains.
“That’s the entire point of this process, in a nutshell, is intimidation. Telling them to back down, do not stand in our way,” Glenn’s chief researcher, Jason Buttrill, agrees.
“I’m glad you talk about this going to the Supreme Court. This is absolutely getting appealed,” Buttrill says. “But first he has to go to sentencing. Now, normally, in a sane world, I would say you know he’s only going to get probation, maybe at the very worst like house arrest.”
While the Democrats are doing everything they can to keep Trump out of the White House, their plan might be backfiring when it comes to their support.
“People who didn’t vote and don’t like Donald Trump, I’ve seen them yesterday give and commit to voting for him,” Glenn says, adding that however, “there is a chance this works out horribly.”

Glenn Beck dropped the F-BOMB after SOTU speech. Here's why
President Biden’s 2024 State of the Union address was so full of lies and finger-pointing that even Glenn Beck lost his cool and dropped the forbidden F-bomb.
“I don’t think I’ve ever done that before,” Glenn says.
“It happened because I just walked away from the television where I had been pacing like a caged animal because I was so angry at the lies, and not only that, the childish rubbing people’s noses in it,” he adds.
It started when Biden claimed that Donald Trump didn’t care about the American people during COVID.
“It started there, and then he went into rubbing Republicans' noses, like in the border, which was a complete lie,” Glenn explains, adding, “On his day of inauguration, all of a sudden, the border surge started.”
“95 executive orders allowing it to happen,” he continues, noting that thousands of Americans have died after the surge in fentanyl use that resulted from Biden’s disastrous border policies.
“He won’t stop it because he’s in bed with China,” Glenn says. “How dare you.”
While Glenn had been taking notes on the State of the Union address, none of his notes did justice to how he was really feeling.
“No point that I made from my notes really summed up what I felt the president did, and who he was in that, and that’s when I dropped the CFA, maybe more than once,” he explains.
“I shouldn’t have done that, because I want to be a better person,” Glenn continues, adding, “and quite honestly, I am glad I am on federally regulated broadcast airwaves today, because it’s one of the reasons why I joined my church. I need strong framework to help me be a better man.”

Glenn reacts to Oliver Anthony's POWERFUL testimony on 'The Joe Rogan Experience'
Oliver Anthony can’t stop winning.
The viral sensation recently made an appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast and chose to read verses from the Bible as well as to tell Rogan how he found his faith in God.
Glenn Beck couldn't be more thrilled.
“I think what Oliver Anthony just did is what our preachers are failing to do,” Glenn tells Stu Burguiere.
“It’s all gobbledygook. It doesn’t feel real to so many Americans,” he adds before playing a clip of Oliver on Rogan’s podcast.
Rogan asks Oliver what inspired him to pick up the Bible, and Oliver says he did so after a “breakdown moment.”
“I just felt hopeless, like almost the way a child feels hopeless when they, you know, like you can’t find your parents or something,” he says.
Glenn notes that what Oliver has done through this admission is let Americans know that, through God, anything is possible.
“This is a guy, just weeks ago, [who] was feeling just like that. Just weeks ago. That’s in itself a miracle,” Glenn says.
Oliver continues explaining his faith to Rogan, saying he decided to give up his ego and make God the focus of his life instead of himself.
“I just tried to let my ego and everything that I was, just let that go,” Oliver says.
Glenn believes that Anthony’s first step toward sobriety and giving it all up to God is the same as the first step in Alcoholics Anonymous.
“What’s he doing right here? This is the first step of Alcoholics Anonymous. First step: I give up. I can’t do it. I completely give up. God, I give it all to you. We’ll just call it, start fresh.”
“This is why AA works. Because it’s so obvious, it’s natural,” Glenn adds.
